Interested in well-documented and credible myths, folklore, and urban legends for the use of fan-inspired works and to share knowledge with each other. We welcome well-written and well-documented arguments on mythology in Supernatural, source material, and questions related to mythology. With the introduction of more old gods, monsters of the week, and now Christian beliefs our complex fandom's understanding of mythology is growing while at the same time becoming nebulous. We're here to assist with clarification. So let us bask in our geekiness together and make our fandom a better place. |

| Questions and finds that can be described as myths, folklore, legends, religious, mystical, magical, or beliefs. They can be from any religion, culture, or time period. It's a pretty open definition. Angelic or demonic resouces, sigils, old language protection spells, exorcisms, Haitian voodoo rituals, the thirteen different ways of spelling Castiel's name, old witchcraft spells, etc. are all good examples of what we're interested in. Use your best judgement. |
