Terms of Service

-Serious buyers only please!

-Users have NO right or permission to use/mint/sell my art, commissions, or adoptables as NFTs.

-Accepting payment via PayPal invoice only. Please do not ask about points or trades!
-Invoices will be sent after I accept your adopt/slot claim or commission order, and must be paid before I start work.
-No refunds are given for any adopted design; for commissions and customs, I will only give a refund if I have not yet started work.
-Edits can be made after initial design, but will cost an extra fee unless it's color changes, which I will do for free.
-I keep track of all my owed work on my queue, and I try to keep it as up-to-date as possible; if you think I've made a mistake, please contact me so I can fix it!
-If you request changes but also want to own the original version, regardless of the edit, the fee is $10. I don't feel comfortable providing originals otherwise! The only exception to this rule is if the changes made do not change the appearance in a drastic way (changing hair, eye, and/or skin color counts as a drastic change; the addition of horns/tail/etc to an otherwise not altered design is fine)
-You may not resell the base design for higher than you purchased it from me, unless there is commissioned art not of your own making. Commissioned art adds value, not your own work.
-Vouchers are acceptable so long as they follow the rule above about what adds value and what does not. If you are in possession of a design and want to voucher it, you may ask me if you have any questions about original value upon first sales.
-Extra art for any adopt can take up to 1-3 months, depending on my current work load. This goes for commissions as well; I currently make adopts for a living and as well as commissions and customs, so please keep that in mind! My queue is accessible for a reason; please feel free to message me directly if you have any questions or concerns!
-Tiers are not refundable; they take time to work on! If you have traded or resold the design you bought a Tier for, please let me know beforehand. If I have finished the Tier art, you will be responsible for delivering it to the person you traded or sold the design to.
-If you have purchased a Tier for extra art, please understand that it is crucial that you fill out the form I provide you. I will remind you whenever I can, but it is your responsibility to make sure that I have the required information for your art! This includes information such as gender, personality, and other guidelines I need to start work. If you fail to provide me with the form, you will be pushed back in line on my worklist. If you do not send me a note with the filled out form within three months, I will assume you are no longer interested and will remove you from my queue.
-Please be able to pay immediately or within a reasonable amount of time (24 hours). Otherwise, your commission/custom/adopt slot will be back up for claiming or go to the next person who expressed interest.
-Holds are only available to previous customers, and last for a week at most. Patrons can hold designs for longer!
-By purchasing a design from me, you are agreeing to the above information.
