Studi ini mengkaji tentang kelayakan penyampaian materi dakwah Ketuhanan dengan pendekatan filsaf... more Studi ini mengkaji tentang kelayakan penyampaian materi dakwah Ketuhanan dengan pendekatan filsafaat dan ilmu pengetahuan kepada remaja muslim pelajar SMA. Dilatarbelakangi permasalahan kerusakan remaja yang membutuhkan dakwah Ketauhidan sebagai landasan pembangunan moral remaja. Selama ini penyampaian materi Ketuhanan lebih banyak secara indoktrinasi dan normatif, sehingga tidak bisa membangun nalar kritis remaja. Sementara di masyarakat berkembang pemikiran atheisme yang menjadikan teori-teori ilmiah sebagai argumentasinya. Dakwah Ketauhidan pendekatan filsafat dapat menjadi alternatif untuk membantah argumentasi atheisme sekaligus memperkokoh keimanan remaja muslim. Sejauhmanakah kelayakan penyampaian materi dakah filsafat ketuhanan tersebut kepada remaja, akan didekati dengan teori perkembangan kognitif. Metodologi studi adalah kualitatif dengan sumber data kepustakaan terkait dan observasi kegiatan dakwah di remaja. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa ditinjau dari teori perkembangan kognitif remaja dan pentahapan pembelajaran moral, penyampaian materi dakwah filsafat Ketuhanan layak diberikan kepada remaja. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan perkembangan kognitif remaja, secara target, beban, dan isi materi, serta metodenya relevan dengan karakteristik remaja, serta terbukti memberikan dampak sosial postif.

Akibatnya sering tidak mampu membentuk kesadaran karena hanya mendengar pesan-pesan itu tanpa mencoba mendiskusikan secara mendalam. Sementara Dakwah harusnya memberikan bekasan sehingga mampu merubah pemahaman dan membentuk kesadaran dan mendorong prilaku yang positif. Metode Dakwah yang disampaikan dikalangan remaja tentu harus mendorong kemampuan berpikir sehingga mampu membentuk kesadaran. Metode Brainstorming mampu menghasilkan ide-ide baru dan pemecahan masalah bisa menjadi altenatif dalam penyampain Dakwah, khususnya dikalangan remaja muslim. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menawarkan metode Brainstorming sebagai alternative metode penyampaian Dakwah, khususnya dikalangan remaja muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa metode brainstoring bisa menjadi altenatif dalam penyampaian Dakwah Islam khususnya dikalangan remaja dan mampu mndorong kemampuan berpikir dan membentuk kesadaran akan nilai-nilai moral Kata Kunci: Brainstorming, metode dakwah, remaja muslim Abstract: BRAINSTORMING AS AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF MUJADALAH DA'WAH AMONG MUSLIM TEENAGERS. Da'wah is often only interpreted as conveying religious messages and is delivered using a one-way lecture method, lacking interaction and discussion. As a result, they are often unable to form awareness because they only hear the messages without trying to discuss them in depth. Meanwhile, Da'wah should provide impressions so that it can change understanding and form awareness and encourage positive behavior. The Da'wah method delivered among teenagers must certainly encourage thinking skills so that they can form awareness. The Brainstorming method is able to produce new ideas and problem solving and can be an alternative in delivering Da'wah, especially among Muslim teenagers. The aim of this research is to offer the Brainstorming method as an alternative method for delivering Da'wah, especially among Muslim teenagers. This research uses qualitative library methods. The results of this research show that the brainstoring method can be an alternative in conveying Islamic Da'wah, especially among teenagers, and is able to encourage thinking skills and form awareness of moral values.

The current balancedscorecard management system has greatly leveraged success in the business wor... more The current balancedscorecard management system has greatly leveraged success in the business world and ushered in the company's profit and survival in global competition. Al Qur'an course institution Masjid al Falah Surabaya as a da'wah institution has various steps of service management given to santrinya professionally as business enterprise. This study is an evaluation of the implementation of institutional quality management services to students. The method used is the quantitative method, by conducting interviews to stakeholders, and the use of written source documents. The findings of this study indicate that there are some unique things in the management of quality services, where the institute implements the cost of the course with a "carrying" or cross-subsidy system, targeting specific markets of adults and elderly and building harmonious relationships between parents and children, product innovation courses and studies Sufism in improving the performance of ustad / ustazah. Research recommendations are market extension (santri), santri needs analysis, product innovation and HR training.

Electricity energy in the future, because it is realized that fossil energy will sooner or later ... more Electricity energy in the future, because it is realized that fossil energy will sooner or later be depleted and will be eliminated by humans, besides that its reserves are depleting and the impact of carbon emissions resulting from combustion systems produced by motorized vehicles and industry has become a central issue for the global community. In fact, the government is also encouraging the creation of renewable energy and launching the acceleration of electric vehicles. So that electricity can be said as energy that will be consumed by mankind in the future, leaving energy that has a negative impact on the environment and health. Thus, the community's efforts to create cheap and affordable electrical energy for the community, villages need support and appreciation from both the government and entrepreneurs, as has been done by IBEKA. Institute of Business and People's Economics (IBEKA). This IBEKA has a mission to develop renewable energy which is beneficial for community independence in the socio-economic and environmental aspects. His research aims to analyze the entrepreneurial process based on rural communities, considering that most of Indonesia's population resides in rural areas. The potential of rural areas is enormous to be developed well economically, culturally, socially and politically. The theoretical approach used to analyze the process of social entrepreneurship is based on the Business Canvas Model (CMB). This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. The result of this research is that IBEKA has succeeded in developing a hybrid social enterprise model that combines social and business.

FEASIBILITY OF DELIVERING DIVINE PHILOSOPHY DAKWAH MATERIAL TO ADOLESCENTS APPROACH TO COGNITIVE ... more FEASIBILITY OF DELIVERING DIVINE PHILOSOPHY DAKWAH MATERIAL TO ADOLESCENTS APPROACH TO COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT THEORY. This study examines the feasibility of delivering da’wah material about Divinity using philosophical and scientific approach to moslem teenage high school students. Its motivated by the problem of juvenile delinquency which requires Islamic divinity da’wah as a basia for teenage moral development. So far, the delivary of Islamic Divinity material has been mostly indoctrinative and normative approach. It couldn’t develop critical thinking in teenagers. Meanwhile, in society there was Atheism thought that used scientific theories as its argue. Da’wah of Islamic divinity using philosophical approach could be an alternatif to counter Atheism arguments and strengthening the faith of Muslim teenagers. How is the conveying da’wah material of philosophy Islamic divinity to teenagers? It would be approached using cognitive development theory. It method is qualitative research, data resouces using related literature and observations of da’wah activities to teenagers. The results showed that acoording to cognitive development theory delivering Islamic divinity da’wah material using philosophical and scientific approach is appropriate for teenage high school students. This is in line with the cognitive development of teenagers. Its also in line with material target, load, and content. The methods are relevant to the characteristics of teenagers. Its proven have positive social impact.

Every da'wah or non-dakwah organization, of course, the role of employees/HR (human resources) de... more Every da'wah or non-dakwah organization, of course, the role of employees/HR (human resources) determines success or failure, progress and setbacks. In terms of human resources, of course, it is not just competence, but also high loyalty to the organization or company which will determine the success and progress of the organization or company. The author found that there is a non-profit organization engaged in the service sector in the form of courses on the Koran which is able to build the loyalty of its human resources in carrying out their role as teachers. This research method uses the technique of conducting interviews and extracting related data, especially on stakeholders. This research shows that the institution is able to build loyalty to its human resources in a professional manner where there is a salary system and a non-salary motivation system, and there is a career ladder. Until they are able to maintain their human resources up to around 60 people to become teaching staff. And this loyalty has resulted in thousands of female students from various walks of life and community groups.

Leadership determines the success, success and greatness of both companies, organizations and countries. Exemplary-based leadership in history plays a major role and even determines the course of history of a company, organization or a nation and even a civilization. The exemplary leadership theory is a theory that is quite significant in explaining a leadership phenomenon as well as being a leadership role model in the future. Because in exemplary leadership, the author has the belief that "one word with deed", becomes the essence of leadership. In this case, the character Umar bin Abdul Aziz in Islamic history is seen as a leader who is able to set a very meaningful role model in the Islamic world. This study uses a qualitative method with literature study, namely analyzing the leadership of Umar bin Abdul Aziz with the Kauzes-Posner Leadership Theory approach as an analytical tool. The findings of this study are the courage of a leader to set an example starting from himself, the family has encouraged his subordinates to be motivated in carrying out the tasks or mandates he has been charged properly. Courage to set an example that challenged the "culture" of leadership, especially as a figure in the rulers of a large empire in his time.
