This study describes the Secretariat's role in supporting the functions of the Regional House of ... more This study describes the Secretariat's role in supporting the functions of the Regional House of Representatives and taking location at the Nias Regency House of Representatives, using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Sources of data and participants comprised the Speaker and Members, the Secretary of the Regional House of Representatives, and several state civil apparatuses. Data were collected using semi-structured interview techniques and analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The study results show that the Secretariat's role in supporting the implementation of the duties and functions of the Nias Regency House of Representatives has not been fully implemented optimally. It is due to limited human resources, lack of facilities and budget, and ineffective coordination and communication. Therefore, to meet the demands of the Regional House of Representatives increasingly high-performance standards, it is necessary to increase personnel resources using scientific and technological developments and develop a solid work team. The Secretariat of the Regional House of Representative must also optimize the availability of facilities and infrastructure and institutional development to support the implementation of the duties and functions of the Regional House of Representative, including developing a harmonious relationship to provide services and support in channeling community aspirations.

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Kebutuhan Pelatihan dan Pengembangan bagi tenaga dosen, tenaga kependidikan dan tenaga pengelola di STIKES Yayasan Rumah Sakit Dr. Soetomo. Metode penelitian deskriptif, menggambarkan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan dan pengembangan bagi SDM di Prodi S-1 Administrasi RS dan D-3 Rekam Medik dan Informasi Kesehatan (RMIK), yang terdiri dari dosen tetap, tenaga pengelola/struktural, tenaga kependidikan dengan Rancangan Penelitian crosssectional karena semua variabel diukur pada waktu yang bersamaan. This study examines the influence of knowledge, skills, and work experience on employee performan... more This study examines the influence of knowledge, skills, and work experience on employee performance at the Gunungsitoli District Court Office. The analysis shows that these three factors significantly influence employee performance. Employee knowledge is essential in carrying out tasks, with a probability value of 0.036. Individual abilities define the efficiency of implementing their duties and responsibilities, with a probability value of 0.010. Meanwhile, work experience increases employee adaptation and efficiency in completing tasks, with a probability value of 0.041. The F test found that combining the three factors significantly affected employee performance, with a calculated F value of 7,800 and a probability of 0.001. This finding supports the view that quality human resources can improve organizational performance, and a combination of various elements of individual rate influences employee performance.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi resistensi pegawai terha... more Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi resistensi pegawai terhadap perubahan organisasi di Kantor Pengadilan Agama Gunungsitoli. Berfokus pada persepsi pegawai terhadap perubahan organisasi, faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi pada resistensi pegawai, dampak resistensi pegawai pada kinerja dan efektivitas organisasi, serta strategi yang dapat mengurangi resistensi pegawai terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Enam informan, dipilih melalui teknik purpose sampling, menjaring data data melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan model interaktif Miles et al. Hasil penelitian menyoroti berbagai aspek terkait persepsi pegawai tentang perubahan organisasi, termasuk pemahaman terhadap perubahan organisasi, dampak perubahan terhadap pekerjaan, hubungan kerja dan kerjasama, sikap pegawai terhadap perubahan, dan komunikasi terhadap perubahan organisasi. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa persepsi pegawai terhadap perubahan organisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh latar belakang, pengalaman, dan keyakinan individu. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan resistensi pegawai meliputi kurangnya pemahaman tentang alasan perubahan, keterlibatan yang minim, kekhawatiran terhadap dampak pribadi, kurangnya komunikasi yang efektif, kekurangan pelatihan atau pendidikan, dan tidak adanya langkah-langkah konkret. Resistensi pegawai dapat berdampak negatif pada kinerja dan efektivitas organisasi. Strategi utama untuk mengurangi resistensi melibatkan pelibatan pegawai dalam proses perubahan dan penyediaan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan untuk adaptasi yang sukses.

This article aims to analyze the training and development needs of village officials in the Alasa... more This article aims to analyze the training and development needs of village officials in the Alasa Talumuzoi Sub-district to improve the quality of public services. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods to gather information from twelve village officials through semi-structured interviews. The results show significant variations in the knowledge and skills of village officials, with a primary focus on administrative skills, technology use, and communication improvement needs. Constraints identified included limited resources, limited access to technology, complex bureaucracy, social inequality, and low community participation and legal understanding. The training covers diverse aspects such as administrative management, law, finance, community development, and technology use. The implication is the need for training programs tailored to local conditions, improved access to technology, understanding of good governance, effective communication with communities, continuous evaluation, and community involvement in the development process. This study has limitations in accessing specific data and measuring the long-term impact of training and potential bias from respondents. However, the conclusions underscore the need for a holistic approach to improving village public services.

No country in the world is not affected by this, the difference is the percentage affected. People who fill the power of a country during the Covid-19 pandemic have an attitude that is able to translate responsively and innovatively, so they need to be given a big stage for accelerating the recovery of the country's condition. During his presidency, Indonesia played a role in setting priority agendas and chairing a series of G20 meetings. «Recover Together, Recover Stronger» is a big theme raised by the G20 Indonesia presidency this time. Qualitative research-based observation and empiricism. The era of disruption that is being experienced by the State of Indonesia coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic has brought a blessing in disguise, especially in the education sector. The education sector in Indonesia, which was previously still semi-modern systematic, even in developing areas, is still carried out conventionally with minimal touch of digitization. The Future of the World of Work After the Covid-19 Pandemic The world's needs, especially the post-Covid-19 world of work, have changed. Therefore, the world must reorganize how education can answer the challenges of the future world. These four issues need to be sharpened by coordination and consolidation with the Sherpas and need to be triggered by a good response. The challenges of education in the era of technological disruption or the development of technology and information science can be concluded that with these developments it should make it easier for the development of the world of education. However, what happened was just the opposite, as explained above that there are many challenges that teachers must face in carrying out their duties as teachers in the era of technological disruption. However, the situation will be different if the teachers are able to understand the challenges and how to overcome them, then the world of education will experience advanced development together with technological developments.

This study was developed to investigate parents' perceptions and attitudes towards distance learn... more This study was developed to investigate parents' perceptions and attitudes towards distance learning in response to many schools' closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of parents of elementary school students in Gunungsitoli City who were determined by purposive sampling technique, totaling twenty-four people. The data were collected using semistructured interview techniques and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. This study shows that distance learning or learning from home in a research context takes the form of online and offline learning. For parents, the learning approach implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic emergency must be lived and supported in the absence of other options. Although parents do not have negative perceptions, distance learning has increased the burden on parents or families economically, psychologically, and socially. The lack of parental involvement and support in children's learning process at home is generally due to the lack of time and the inability of parents to become teachers for their children at home. Actions to accompany and support the learning process of children at home are carried out to provide internet packages, help children master the material, and participate in completing assignments or tests given by the teacher. The surprising finding from this study is the decline in learning motivation and cognitive abilities of children. Parents hope that distance learning is not extended in the remainder of the 2020/2021 school year so that children can study again at educational institutions.

No country in the world is not affected by this, the difference is the percentage affected. People who fill the power of a country during the Covid-19 pandemic have an attitude that is able to translate responsively and innovatively, so they need to be given a big stage for accelerating the recovery of the country's condition. During his presidency, Indonesia played a role in setting priority agendas and chairing a series of G20 meetings. «Recover Together, Recover Stronger» is a big theme raised by the G20 Indonesia presidency this time. Qualitative research-based observation and empiricism. The era of disruption that is being experienced by the State of Indonesia coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic has brought a blessing in disguise, especially in the education sector. The education sector in Indonesia, which was previously still semi-modern systematic, even in developing areas, is still carried out conventionally with minimal touch of digitization. The Future of the World of Work After the Covid-19 Pandemic The world's needs, especially the post-Covid-19 world of work, have changed. Therefore, the world must reorganize how education can answer the challenges of the future world. These four issues need to be sharpened by coordination and consolidation with the Sherpas and need to be triggered by a good response. The challenges of education in the era of technological disruption or the development of technology and information science can be concluded that with these developments it should make it easier for the development of the world of education. However, what happened was just the opposite, as explained above that there are many challenges that teachers must face in carrying out their duties as teachers in the era of technological disruption. However, the situation will be different if the teachers are able to understand the challenges and how to overcome them, then the world of education will experience advanced development together with technological developments.

This study was developed to investigate parents' perceptions and attitudes towards distance learn... more This study was developed to investigate parents' perceptions and attitudes towards distance learning in response to many schools' closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of parents of elementary school students in Gunungsitoli City who were determined by purposive sampling technique, totaling twenty-four people. The data were collected using semistructured interview techniques and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. This study shows that distance learning or learning from home in a research context takes the form of online and offline learning. For parents, the learning approach implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic emergency must be lived and supported in the absence of other options. Although parents do not have negative perceptions, distance learning has increased the burden on parents or families economically, psychologically, and socially. The lack of parental involvement and support in children's learning process at home is generally due to the lack of time and the inability of parents to become teachers for their children at home. Actions to accompany and support the learning process of children at home are carried out to provide internet packages, help children master the material, and participate in completing assignments or tests given by the teacher. The surprising finding from this study is the decline in learning motivation and cognitive abilities of children. Parents hope that distance learning is not extended in the remainder of the 2020/2021 school year so that children can study again at educational institutions.

Teorinya memberikan banyak konsep utama dalam psikologi perkembangan dan berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan konsep kecerdasan. Teori ini membahas munculnya dan diperoleh secara schemata (skema bagaimana seseorang memersepsikan lingkungannya) dalam tahapan-tahapan perkembangan dan saat seseorang memperoleh cara baru dalam merepresentasikan informasi secara mental. Teori digolongkan ke dalam konstruktivisme, bukan teori nativisme yang menggambarkan perkembangan kognitif sebagai pemunculan pengetahuan dan kemampuan bawaan. Teori kognitif berpendapat bahwa manusia membangun kemampuan kognitif melalui tindakan yang termotivasi dengan sendirinya terhadap lingkungan. Menurut teori kognitif, belajar adalah perubahan persepsi dan pemahaman. Belajar tidak selalu berbentuk perubahan tingkah laku yang bisa diamati. Asumsi dasar teori ini adalah setiap orang telah mempunyai pengalaman dan pengetahuan dalam dirinya. Pengalaman dan pengetahuan ini tertata dalam bentuk struktur kognitif. Artikel ini merupakan artikel hasil penelitian tentang etos kerja Pendeta di gereja Banua Niha Ke... more Artikel ini merupakan artikel hasil penelitian tentang etos kerja Pendeta di gereja Banua Niha Keriso Protestan (BNKP). Topik ini penting untuk diteliti, mengingat BNKP sebagai organisasi gereja memiliki program umum pelayanan BNKP yang pelaksanaannya dijabarkan melalui pelayanan di aras sinodal, resort dan jemaat. Berhasilnya pelaksanaan program pelayanan umum dimaksud, sangat tergantung pada kualitas etos kerja para pelayan (Pendeta) di setiap aras. Dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif-desktiptif, ditemukan bahwa dari 60 orang Pendeta BNKP sebagai partisipan, memiliki kualitas etos kerja yang berbeda-beda. Sebanyak 39,26% memiliki etos kerja dengan kategori tinggi, 33,33% kategori sedang serta 27,41% kategori rendah. Data ini juga ekuivalen dengan setiap 10 (sepuluh) orang pendeta, terdapat 4 (empat) orang memiliki etos kerja dengan kategori tinggi, 3 (tiga) orang sedang dan 3 (tiga) orang rendah. Penelitian ini juga berhasil merumuskan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi etos kerja dalam konteks pelayanan BNKP, di antaranya adalah adanya krisis panggilan dan kekaburan tanggung jawab, masakah spiritualitas dan integritas pendeta, kepemimpinan serta perbedaan latar belakang pendidikan teologi
