Berkaitan dengan John Calvin, para sejarawan dan teolog menganggap, Calvin tidak memiliki aktifitas penginjilan ke negara lain. Menurut Davies, Calvin tidak memiliki aktifikas penginjilan ke negara lain, dikarenakan bagi Calvin gereja saat ini tidak perlu lagi melaksanakan Amanat Agung Tuhan Yesus karena Amanat Agung Tuhan Yesus sudah berakhir pada zaman para rasul, karena bagi Calvin Amanat Agung hanya bersifat sementara. Sebaliknya Jean Francois Zorn melihat bahwa Calvin memiliki aktifitas penginjilan ke negara lain. mereka yang menganggap Calvin tidak memiliki aktifitas penginjilan karena salah memahami Calvin. This study was conducted to answer the criticism of the dialogue process in a pluralistic society... more This study was conducted to answer the criticism of the dialogue process in a pluralistic society. There is a dualism that separates mission and dialogue (social dialogue and spiritual dialogue). In this regard, there is a concern that social dialogue will have a missiological tendency which will affect the faith of others. Thus, there is no need for social dialogue. Therefore, this article aims to explain that social dialogue is not harmful because social dialogue does not always affect one's faith. On the other hand, social dialogue can be an important model in this plural society. The study in this study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with a literature research approach. The research was conducted by investigating primary and secondary sources to find out the esense of social dialogue. The results of this study show that social dialogue is not harmful because social dialogue is an unavoidable fact. The incarnation of Christ forms the basis of social dialogue for Christians to live in the midst of pluralism.

Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik, sangat mendesak untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kemampuan pendidik di ruang kelas terkhusus sebagai metode pembelajaran. Maka dari itu, guru harus dikembangkan dan dibekali dengan metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan tepat guna. Terdapat pemikiran dualisme yang memisahkan misi dan dialog (dialog sosial dan dialog spiritual). Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut terdapat kekhawatiran bahwa dialog sosial akan bertendensi misi sehingga mempengaruhi iman seseorang. Sehingga dialog sosial tidak perlu dilakukan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bahwa dialog sosial tidak berbahaya karena dialog sosial tidak selalu mempengaruhi iman seseorang. The question is whether limited redemption doctrine has prevented evangelism? Harold Dekker said that, limited redemption doctrine had hindered the activity of evangelism in the Reformed Church. However, questions arise about John Calvin's concept of miracles. Does Calvin still believe that after the apostolic times, miracles still happen today? According to Pavel Hejzlar, Calvin said that miracle healings are no longer happening today because after the apostolic era ended there were no more miracles. This paper uses the bibliographical method to explore Calvin's concept of miracles both in Calvin's writings at the Institute of Christians Religion and in Calvin's commentaries. The author will prove that Calvin continued to believe that after the apostolic times miracles still occurred. They said Edwards' sermon was sadistic and frightening because hell is the most important element in Edwards' theology. Therefore, the author uses qualitative methods, especially literature review. The author will explore primary and secondary sources to see if Edwards' concept of hell is the most critical element in Edwards' theology. As a result of this discussion, the writer will show that the concept of hell is not the most critical element in Edwards' theology because Edwards also has the concept of the glory of God, the sovereignty of God, the love of God, and heaven and the majesty of Christ. There are scholars accusing Matthew of misinterpreting Hosea 11:1 when saying Matthew 2:15 is the fulfillment of what was prophesied by the prophet Hosea, because Hosea 11:1 is actually a historical reflection not prophecy. On the other hand, other scholars say that Matthew did not misinterpret Hosea 11:1, because this is the way the New Testament writers used the Old Testament. Where they can direct to Christ. In this study, the author uses the literature research method as a reference in describing the problems studied. Evangelism is a task assigned to all God's people wherever they are, namely the task of communica... more Evangelism is a task assigned to all God's people wherever they are, namely the task of communicating a message from the Creator to sinful humans. Regarding John Calvin, historians and theologians assume, Calvin did not have evangelistic activities to other countries, according to Davies, Calvin has no evangelistic activities to other countries. Because, for Calvin the church today no longer needs to carry out the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus because the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus has ended in the days of the apostles, because for Calvin the Great Commission is only temporary. On the other hand, Jean Francois Zorn saw that Calvin had evangelistic activities to other countries. those who think Calvin has no evangelistic activity because they misunderstand Calvin. This research uses the literature method. The author will explore primary and secondary sources to see if Calvin had any evangelistic activity. The author will investigate more deeply and more broadly with regard to Calvin's evangelistic concept, the social and political situation at Calvin's time, and the evangelistic activities that Calvin had carried out either directly or indirectly. The results of the study, the author does not agree with what was said by Davies. According to the author, Calvin has evangelistic activities in Geneva and in other countries. Those who think Calvin has no evangelistic activity, are misunderstanding Calvin. At the end of this paper the author will show that Calvin has evangelistic activities to other countries.

Those scholars who accused Calvin lack of having concept of social service; that Calvin has not concerned with social service for those in distress. In fact, Calvin's theology might help the church recover a more faithful gospel witness in the area of social justice. Calvin maintained that the kingdom of God must take social and material expression in the church. Literature research method become the main tools to analyzed and describing the problems raises. The final result of this research, the writer will show that Calvin has major support about the importance of social service where he considers one form the love of God through helping those in need and he is also actively involved in serving the poor.

This writing explains the frequent misunderstanding that many evangelical figures who still like ... more This writing explains the frequent misunderstanding that many evangelical figures who still like to call themselves Fundamentals, are unable to distinguish between the Evangelical and Fundamentalist movements to seem to be the same as the Fundamentalistic. Evangelical movements are different from fundamentalist movements. These evangelicals have emerged since the early 20th century as a reaction to the rejection of Modern/Liberal Theology. Fundamentalism is a movement that emphasizes the preservation of the truth of doctrine and beliefs that are considered fundamental to religion. Fundamentalists believe that religious teachings should be preserved in their original form and should not undergo adaptation or reinterpretation. They tend to be skeptical of social and cultural changes that are considered contrary to their religious beliefs and principles. Fundamentalism is often identified with a rigid attitude and rejection of modernist approaches in theology and religious life. In this article, the author uses the qualitative method of literary research as a reference in describing the problems studied. The outcome of the authors would show that the Evangelical is not the same as the fundamentalist so the equation caused by the lack of understanding of the Evangelistic can be explained.

Sebagai dua agama yang berbeda, Hinduisme dan Kekristenan memiliki perspektif dan praktik yang berbeda tentang kesucian dalam hal ibadah dan kehidupan spiritual. Studi ini akan menganalisis aspek teologis dari kesucian dalam kedua agama ini, dengan penekanan pada kitab suci dan teks penting, serta praktik keagamaan yang terkait. Studi ini akan menemukan persamaan dan perbedaan dalam konsep kesucian antara Hindu dan kristen dengan menggunakan teknik analisis teologis perbandingan. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah: apa arti kesucian dalam ajaran Hindu dan bagaimana para pemeluknya menginterpretasikan dan menerapkannya? Bagaimana keyakinan Kristen tentang kesucian dan praktiknya berdampak pada kehidupan rohani umat Kristen? Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang perbedaan dan persamaan teologis antara Hindu dan Kristen, serta bagaimana konsep kesucian berdampak pada kehidupan dan praktik keagamaan masing-masing orang.
