Economic geography typically explains the growth of cultural clusters under self-reinforcing external economies, and scholars point to early-mover advantages of a few cultural clusters in Western economies, such as Los Angeles, Paris, London, Milan, and so on. In this logic, globalization for the cultural industries mainly entails westernization of mass culture and subordination of cultural clusters in emerging economies to peripheral positions in global networks

However, due to the nature of these practices and the significance of culture and tradition in Japan, these changes are slow and somehow limited. This presentation I will first explains the specific features of traditional Japanese human resource management practices which I learn, then goes on to explore the economic environment of Japan and how this has informed the evolution of Japanese human resource management practices Lifetime employment Traditionally, Japanese companies recruit graduates and guarantee them employment with the company for the entirety of their career. There are a number of advantages to the practice of lifetime employment for both employees and the company. The company benefits as the stability of lifetime employment inspires devotion and loyalty in employees, which in turn generates improved employee performance. Employees are also provided with continual training in all areas of the company, making with a range of skills and abilities that they can contribute to the company throughout their career. Lifetime employment also leads to a decreased turnover rate for the company, which means that talent is retained within the company, so the company receives a return on the human resources that it has invested in, the primary advantage of lifetime employment is stability. employees are guaranteed to receive a pension after retirement. Lifetime employment also provides a strong platform for career development and steady salary increases. Seniority-based wage and promotion system Hierarchy and respect for elders are key elements of Confucianism, As employees gain knowledge and experience over time in a company, they earn new opportunities such as promotions and wage increases. The benefit of this system is that it guarantees career development and pay increases for employees who work in the company for a significant period of time.

Historically, investor's decisions were made only based on information gleaned from traditional m... more Historically, investor's decisions were made only based on information gleaned from traditional media. However, the proliferation of social media has altered the relationship with the news. Due to its ease of use, speed, and efficiency, social media has become an inevitable source of information for investors. As a result, social media enables investors to make more informed and prudent judgments because of an unprecedented interchange of information. This master's research takes a behavioral approach to understand the financial market's reaction to various information, news, and announcement from individuals and companies. Studies have shown that investors act as been overconfident and as such, there makes the decision based on their thought this makes people in positive mood states decide according to personal validation.
The news media employed in this study is the social networking site Twitter from 2008 to 2018. Companies investigated are included in the CAC 40, AEX 25, and BEL 20 indices are all free-float market capitalization-weighted indices, lending this research a European flavor and distinguishing it from past studies. Additionally, this master's research examines whether Twitter's volume of tweets and sentiments inherent in them affects the stock market and then adds to the current literature by studying its relationship with the percentage of retail investors and company market capitalization. To attain the objective, a spearman correlation matrix was done between the selected list of market variables and for Twitter to help understand movements in the market, we performed a regression analysis with the use of EViews, R studio, and Microsoft excel which is all open-source statistical software for data processing and analysis.
Our findings demonstrate Twitter's explanatory power in the European market. There is profound negativity amongst online investors from the result which shows a clear negative correlation that occurs between positive and negative tweets. Indeed, both the number of tweets and the negative sentiment expressed in messages correlate with market returns. The regression
8
analysis using the Ordinary Least Square method shows from the result that stock prices are affected by emotions, so we accept that negative emotions help explain stock market movements. The number of retweets is also associated with market returns. The more messages about a stock increase it will have a significant impact on stock market investment returns This, therefore, implies when more stocks are discussed on Twitter and likely to be attributed to the negative mode it will have a significant impact on the return for the assets been discussed.
One additional aspect of the research was the invention of a sentiment score that investors and sideline traders can use as a reliable predictive tool for the trading volume of financial assets. The sentiment score was further proven statistically by using a two-factor analysis of the market model to determine the abnormal return and also carry out the regression of the company stock return and the return of the market index from a case study of a tweet from Elon Musk concerning Tesla and Bitcoin. The estimation helps us to test the level of significance of the abnormal return and shows that the sentiment score can be used as a great predictive tool by investors and sideline traders.
With all the elements discovered in the research, investors and sideline traders should be much more watchful when a negative mood is attached to an announcement posted by either an individual or more especially from a company about a financial asset. This is because it can have a significant impact on the behavior of the assets and hence affecting the return for the asset, in this case, the sentiment score methodology can be used as a strong predictive tool to show the impact level when such announcements are been declared.
