In an effort to remove your data, the following will take place about a month after account cancelation:

If you have any refundable credit left in your canceled account, you should receive a refund within 4-12 weeks. Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method. If you're concerned that your original payment method is no longer valid or active, you may need to add a new payment method to receive the refund. Reactivation

You’ll always be able to reactivate your canceled account. After reactivation, if the account doesn't have any activity and doesn’t serve any ads for 3 months, then the account will be automatically canceled again.

Note: Accounts that are canceled will not be accessible via the Google Ads API. You’ll have to reactivate the account before attempting to view data or make changes to the account via the API.
