All personal entries are locked. Fan fiction posts and some fandom posts are open to all.

Go ahead and friend me, but I do check every journal I friend back for the level of activity. If your journal hasn't been updated in a very very long time and has very few entries or it is just for commenting/keeping track of journals/communities on your flist then I may not friend back.
