Yes there is a survey, and it must also be behind an lj-cut if your pictures and survey are not behind a cut that shows me you did not read the rules and you will get one warning to fix the problem, after that you're automactially rejected.

To make it easier on our eyes, please put the ?s in bold and answers regular, or vis virsa. Just so that we can tell which is the question and which is the answer. If you do not, I, or another member will ask you to fix it before we vote.

You may try us again within 2 weeks with NEW pictures. You do not have to fill out the survey again if your views on the ?s have not changed. But don't change the answers b/c thats what we want you to say.
