Altmetric Attention Score for a Research Output provides an indicator of the amount of attention. Score is taken from an automated algorithm, and represents a weighted count of the amount of meditation taken for a research output. This research output is an Altmetric attribution score of 9147 for the article The Spread of True and Fall News Online. Altmetric has tracked 12,623,901 research outputs in all sources till date 11th, 2019. Altmetric has tracked 7,171,211 research outputs in all the sources so far, out of which this article got # 4 places. By age, we can compare this Altmetric Attention Score with 273,408 tracked outcasts which were published within six weeks on both sides of this one in any source. This article got # 1 place. Good Library User service is like an analog clock where all the gears work seamlessly in a coordi... more Good Library User service is like an analog clock where all the gears work seamlessly in a coordinated manner. The mechanism is reliable and effective but malfunctioning of just one gear can bring the whole clock to a standstill. Although the performance of library user service might not be dependent on just one factor, tracking key live chat metrics can help avoid common issues like long waiting queues, missed chats, bad user experience, and ultimately frustrated Library Users. WhatsApp is the third most used social media app in the world. As the user base continues to grow, so does the number of messages sent on a daily basis. This is a text and sentiment analysis of a WhatsApp group chat of Li(fe)brary at the Home WhatsApp Forum with User Satisfaction of NIELIT-Itanagar Library, Arunachal Pradesh. For the purpose of librarian service to the library users during lockdown created to this group and found Impact of 178 days and 193 library users with 1088 messages, shared 323 Media messages and found the most active day in this Forum is October 24 th , 2020. 93.8 percentage of Nielit Library Users in this li(fe)brary at Home stated for Forum activity like library at home.

Application of ICT in libraries has helped librarians and information specialists and researchers... more Application of ICT in libraries has helped librarians and information specialists and researchers improve their information products and services through enhanced search outcomes in terms of specificities of documents retrieval, provision/dissemination, and use of requisite information retrieved or generated. The study shows the gender distribution of respondents' frequency of using ICT-based resources and services. It is evident that 57.43% male and 42.57% female respondents using ICT-based resources and services on a daily basis, and 54.67% male and 45.33% female respondents were using 2-3 times in a week.

The phrase electronic journal or "e-journal " is used to denote a broader category of e... more The phrase electronic journal or "e-journal " is used to denote a broader category of electronic publications that may or may not have a print counterpart. The Encyclopedic Dictionary of Library and Information Science define a journal as "the record of proceeding of transactions of a learned society". This study found in Ph.D scholars, more respondents (52.1%) participated in the study than the M.Phil. scholars (47.9%). It is pertinent to mention here that some responses received from M.Phil. Scholars were not usable as most of the questions were left unanswered. This study also shows that in M.Phil Scholars, 72.8 % respondents were aware of e-journals and 27.2 % were not aware of them. This study found 100% were aware about various SNSs, 95% of the respondents using for interact with their friends, 62% respondents using Smartphones to accessing SNSs and 26% of the students are frequently using 25hours per day. Academic libraries in India make use of ICT as tools to meet the information need of users who in... more Academic libraries in India make use of ICT as tools to meet the information need of users who in this context are students and faculty staff. Academic libraries are established to support the objectives of their parent institutions which are to promote teaching, learning, and research. Therefore, academic libraries are expected to serve the students, lecturers, and other members of the academic community. To meet the information need of users, academic libraries provide various services such as user education (orientation/instruction services), inter-library loan/connection services, abstracting and indexing services, referral services, and circulation services. The finding of the respondents problems encountered while using ICT-based resources and services reveal the fact that, out of 732 respondents, 543 (74.18%) respondents stated too few computers with internet and 421 (57.51%) lack of subscription for more foreign journals for their main problems.

Knowing who's talking about related research and what's being said is critical to this effort. Altmetric put together resources to help the navigate altmetric data and evaluate the quality of discussions around corona virus literature. The objective of this study is to determine the top three research articles related with Covid-19 and published in 2020. Based on altmetric attention score "The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2" is the first rank article out of three and it's published in Nature journal. It has highly mentioned in News Stories, blog posts and facebook posts. Also with 5,251 readers on mendeley and 1,354 citations on dimensions database. Altmetric calculated the attention score is 34,775. Maximum number of twitters for "The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2" In country wise Spain twitters is dominating with other countries in geographical breakdown. The second rank article is "Effectiveness of Adding a Mask Recommendation to Other Public Health Measures to Prevent SARS-CoV-2 Infection in Danish Mask Wearers" has been mentioned highly compared to other articles with 97,846 tweets, 58 reddit posts,149 readers on mendeley and 13 citations on dimensions database. Altmetric calculated the attention score is 32,931. Information is variously perceived as facts, intelligence, data, news and knowledge. Information has been a common ingredient to all areas of human endeavor, be it the day-today affairs of business, matters of life and death or the most trivial of pursuits. In a modern industrial society there are negligibly few individuals, who do not, from time to time, occasionally or frequently have any requirement for information. It is an essential accompaniment of almost every social activity. Information is considered as important that contributes towards the development of a nation. It provides the core for the development of knowledge, the basis for innovations, the resources for informed citizenry, and as a result, becomes a key commodity for the progress of a society. This study carried out about the use of ICT services to search the information. It is clear that most of the respondents 84.9% use to browse the internet for study purpose, 76.9% of the respondents use ICT services to use e-mail facility, 59.3% respondents use for to search online database, 46.9% of the respondents use ICT services for to access e-journal, 30.1% of the respondents use ICT services for to search CD-ROM database and 29.2% of the respondents use to use OPAC services.. SCImago Journal Rank - A measure of the scientific impact of scholarly journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or reputation of the journals from which such citations come. This paper examined citation-based analysis using the SCImago journal rank to compare Library Quarterly and Library Hi-Tech journals are published from 1999 onwards particularly in the fields of library and information science. This study found that in 2018 SJR ranking, H indexes and best quartileetc. For Library Hi-Tech Journal SJR 0.75, h index is 33, Q1 is the best quartile and in 2018 about Library Quarterly Journal SJR 0.73, h index 34, and Q1 best quartile. Information is variously perceived as facts, intelligence, data, news and knowledge. Information has been a common ingredient to all areas of human endeavor, be it the day-today affairs of business, matters of life and death or the most trivial of pursuits. In a modern industrial society there are negligibly few individuals, who do not, from time to time, occasionally or frequently have any requirement for information. It is an essential accompaniment of almost every social activity. Information is considered as important that contributes towards the development of a nation. It provides the core for the development of knowledge, the basis for innovations, the resources for informed citizenry, and as a result, becomes a key commodity for the progress of a society. This study carried out about the use of ICT services to search the information. It is clear that most of the respondents 84.9% use to browse the internet for study purpose, 76.9% of the respondents use ICT services to use e-mail facility, 59.3% respondents use for to search online database, 46.9% of the respondents use ICT services for to access e-journal, 30.1% of the respondents use ICT services for to search CD-ROM database and 29.2% of the respondents use to use OPAC services.. SCImago Journal Rank - A measure of the scientific impact of scholarly journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or reputation of the journals from which such citations come. This paper examined citation-based analysis using the SCImago journal rank to compare Library Quarterly and Library Hi-Tech journals are published from 1999 onwards particularly in the fields of library and information science. This study found that in 2018 SJR ranking, H indexes and best quartileetc. For Library Hi-Tech Journal SJR 0.75, h index is 33, Q1 is the best quartile and in 2018 about Library Quarterly Journal SJR 0.73, h index 34, and Q1 best quartile. And also found number of citable documents and non citable documents, number of self citations and total citation of the both journals from 1999 to 2018.
