Potatoes are one of the most comforting comfort foods out there - and I love them. Hash browns, tater tots, potato soup, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, potato pancakes...it's pretty much a "you-name-it, I-love-it" kind of situation. I even have a potato cook book (I don't remember the name of it off the top of my head, and it's still packed).
How about y'all? Do you love potatoes? Hate them? Have a favorite dish? Let's get some discussion going here! :)
EDIT: How could I forget that my books are listed on LibraryThing?? This is the potato cookbook I have.
