i can't stop - it's getting really bad. I try and i try and i sit on my hands and it's been years and years... and i'm afraid at the damage i have done. soon its going to be terribly noticable to everyone. I don't know what to do anymore.

I know how you feel... my case is not as bad as some, but it does make me feel terribly self conscious. I try and alternate plucking sites... if one place gets too bad I try and switch to another so it has a chance to regrow. Doesn't always work, I know, and it's not as good as stopping, but it helps a little. My trich is really bad at the moment too. I dyed my hair today and that helps me. why does dying ur hair help u?
