Touch of Text is a brush resource community designed specifically for text brushes. These may include lyrics, quotes, and other phrases/words. Brushes may be icon brushes or other brushes as desired.

Posting Rules

1. Please include in your subject the type of brush(100x100 or other), the number, and content of your brushes(shakespeare quotes, nirvana lyrics etc.).
2. In the body of your entry, make sure to include what kind of brushes they are(Photoshop 7, Paint Shop Pro, etc) and if there is an image pack available.
3. Have a preview image. If you have more than one, please put them beneath a cut tag (one should be visable on the community).
4. If brushes contain inappropriate language or phrasing, please note and place behind a cut tag.

Crediting

1. Please credit the brush makers appropriately. The only exception is if the brush maker specifically says that you do not have to credit them.
2. Please comment if you have taken brushes. It's polite and brush makers love to be recognized for their work. :)
3. Do not under any circumstances take these brushes as your own.

Requests

1. You may make requests in the requests thread only. Any other requests will be deleted.
2. Requests may cover all areas of text, but please be specific. Saying, "Evanescence brushes" is nice, but will be more likely to get filled if you specify a song etc.
3. We are not filling the requests ourselves, requests may be filled by any member of the community. Please do not ask twice.
4. If you fill a request, please comment to the request thread (preferably the request you filled!) so that we can remove the request.
5. If a request is more than 6 months old, it will be deleted whether it has been filled or not. Feel free to request it again if you still wish it to be filled. This is so the request thread does not become overrun with old requests.

All brushes will be filed into memories, so please, before making a request check the memories section.

We as mods have ultimate say in what happens on this community. If we see infringement upon the rules, we will take steps to assure it doesn't happen.

Otherwise, please just be nice and friendly. Treat each other with respect and enjoy the creative process. :)
