ICT has played a vital role in the development particularly in different sector of the society such as agriculture, education, health, economic and fisheries. In agriculture sector, the fishing industry is playing an important role in the Malaysian economic development. Base on the scenario above the purpose of this study is to examine the level use of ICT tools among the youth fishermen in the northern part of Peninsular Malaysia. A quantitative approach was employed in this study by using a survey questionnaire to generate the primary data of the study. A total of 200 respondents, comprising of male and female fishermen from the Perak and Kedah states of Malaysia have been selected as the main respondents of the study. Globally new media is replacing traditional way of communication. The reach and impact of new media is far stronger and long lasting than traditional media. Brahui language newspapers and magazines are facinghardships to use and adopt alternate media platforms. Lack of resources and less technological and IT skills are hurdles in this transition. The newspapers published in Brahui language completely depends on government advertisements in the absence of wellestablished private sector. The owners of the newspapers are bound to follow government policies in every aspect, therefore journalists want to switch to new media with prime objective to highlight contemporary social, political, cultural and religious issue of Balochistan and to find better revenue generating opportunities to decrease dependency on government advertisements.

This undertaking can be called as social media political campaigning. Political communication is a very huge and fascinating part of Social media. For about 2 decades, the domain of World Wide Web has transformed the globe and developed by what means information is kept, circulated, explored and used. Each political party is trying to make its full and extreme struggle to cover the cyberspace better than its rivals do. In this way, this study hence, is an attempt to know that what level of social media Political campaign offers the opportunities and prospects to the voters to know about their leaders, party thoughts, ideology, and party manifestos. These help voters to decide who is the best party or candidate for the nominated position. In this research study, there are three main Political Parties of Pakistan, having most of the public affiliation. These political parties are "Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML N), Pakistan People's Party (PPP), and Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf (PTI) The data was collected by applying a purposive non probability sampling technique. Whereas, the finding are presented in tabular form and then the data findings in table have been described. The key finding showed those respondents were frequently users of social media specifically Facebook and Twitter. They have enough exposure to political content through social media. Finding shows that users consume knowledge regarding party manifestos and have much knowledge of political content through social media political campaign.

The mobile phone is resulting in greater market integration and improvement in the quality of life of fishermen. Moreover, the mobile phone has also been helpful in connecting isolated fishermen communities to mainstream society and disaster risk reduction during the emergency. Similarly, the mobile phone is also playing an important role in helping the ordinary fishermen to get connected with the market and the device is emerging as a highly useful source of essential market information for fishermen communities. Purpose of the study: This article is based on an impact assessment study regarding mobile phone use by fishers of the Indus Delta for the marketing of their fish products. It also envisages the impact of socio-demographic factors on the usage of mobile phones by the fishing communities for better marketing of their output from the fisheries profession. Due to the increasing importance of mobile phones in creating market efficiency in rural markets all around the world, a study was conducted to investigate the impact of mobile on fish marketing in the deltaic region of Sindh Pakistan. Methodology: The data was accumulated by a cross-sectional survey. The data collection instrument was a close-ended questionnaire, and SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Main Findings: It was observed that the majority of the respondents acknowledged the role of mobile phone for receiving market information. That includes enquiring about fish prices, information about dealer buyer, and suitable market to sell their fish products. Applications of this study: this study will be helpful for the government to make policies to facilitate and improve the profession of fisheries for the fisher community in Pakistan. Novelty: This is the first systematic and scientific study to be conducted upon the fishermen of Indus Delta and their mobile usage pattern for fish production marketing purposes.

Objective: This study was conducted to discover the farmers' behavioral intention to use mobile p... more Objective: This study was conducted to discover the farmers' behavioral intention to use mobile phones for agricultural information and how mobile phones impact farmers' abilities to obtain the latest weather and market information. Method: In this way, this study surveyed 1500 farmers in ten districts of Sindh, Pakistan, 150 from each district. The list was obtained from Sindh Government Agriculture Department and Sindh Irrigation & Drainage Authority (SIDA). Findings: The results mentioned that 97.3% respondents own their personal mobile phone and 64.5% of the respondents call to the market directly for seeking crop information. Moreover, in Sindh, Pakistan, farmers make use of mobile phones to keep current with the market; contact buyers and very limited 7.9% of the respondents get weather information. In some places information and communication technology disseminates information rapidly around the world to the benefit of many communities. Furthermore, the farmers were found unaware of the proper mobile phone usage. Improvements: Therefore, there is still a need to enhance farmers' capacity for new technology and provide new opportunities and facilities to farmers for enhance their product.

Social network sites (SNSs) are penetrating deep among the lives of internet users owing to its s... more Social network sites (SNSs) are penetrating deep among the lives of internet users owing to its social compatibility with modern online needs in the shape of constructing profile by providing their bio-data and hanging out with old and new friends in order to share and gain information. This study aims to investigate the usage pattern of SNSs and the adoptability of the users. A descriptive analysis was run on the random sample of 200 respondents surveyed in a large public sector university of Sindh, Pakistan. Results revealed that users feel proud by using SNSs and routinely log-on to their account at least once a day so as to know what is new on their wall from their around-the-hundred-contacts' activities. They felt as a part of larger SNSs community where they could find new friends, thus bridging social capital was prominent as majority of the respondents did not know their Facebook friends personally.

The main purpose this study is to explore that how the international students use Wechat in China... more The main purpose this study is to explore that how the international students use Wechat in China and what kind of functions and social networking apply on Wechat. Furthermore the study indicated regarding what was most important opinion and information students adopt on Wechat. This research study is descriptive analysis about usage and Wechat as source of communication and contact with family, friends and teacher is highlighted in the paper. Total 200 international students respondents randomly were selected for data collection from Tsinghua University Beijing, China the 65.5% male and 34.5% of the female participated in the study the main findings of the study 94.5% of the respondents use Wechat to contact with friends and main purpose of use Wechat is the result showed 97.5% send message their friends and teachers. However, the 44% of the respondents agree the information that people tag and write on Wechat could be reliable. Furthermore, there many functions are available on Wechat where people can get benefit like call the taxi, transfer money recharge money in mobile phone and games but most of the respondents did not use it properly due to lack of Chinese language bearer among international students. Therefore it is possible that Wechat can introduce some new Apps where international students can get more benefit from it.

Objectives: Based on the fact that 5G license issuance will greatly enhance the trend of ecologic... more Objectives: Based on the fact that 5G license issuance will greatly enhance the trend of ecological integration between China's Broadcasting Network and other networks, this paper studies how to effectively extend the inherent tension of media convergence to construct the logic of sustainable development. Methods: By comparing and analyzing IPTV data of digital TV and telecom operators and OTT data of Internet companies in the field of broadcasting network in China, this paper puts China's Broadcasting Network in the latest trends and frontier tendency to conduct rethinking, and put forward the suggestion that the sustainable development capacity of China's Broadcast Network should be reshaped in the whole chain covering contents, platforms, technologies and terminals. Findings: The diversified combination of mobile communication technology and the iterative application of media convergence have broken the channel monopoly of China's Broadcasting Network, bringing the obvious trend of mobile, video-based and high-definition information communication. Based on this, we can extend to the following imagination: the accelerating integration of China's Broadcasting Network will, in turn, promote the deep integration of media, thus increasingly presenting a multi-dimensional mirror image of reshaping the future ecological landscape of China's radio, film and television. Improvements: All such factors as the goal of being beyond the industry and realizing the goal of improving the efficiency of social public services, the systematic planning in the practical field of China's Broadcasting Network to carry 5G license, and the accelerating superposition of ultra HD video technology and mobile interactive television network is pushing the internal logic of the future sustainable development of China's Broadcasting Network to make constant adjustments.

The information and communication technologies have spread all over the world and people are getting advantages and latest information by use of Internet. Similarly universities students also spent lot of time in findings and their related information on internet. The survey research was conducted among 200 students of University of Sindh Jamshoro Pakistan, where result revealed that, 36.5% of the students use internet for entertainment with the mean value of M= 2.73, SD= 1.35. While 42.2% of the respondents use Facebook with the mean value of M= 2.18, SD=1.41. However, 65.5% use Google website for searching the articles, reports and other material for their class assignments the mean value was (M= 1.86, SD= 1.38). The use of Facebook result showed that 42.2% of the respondents use Facebook with the mean value of (SD= 18, SD, 1.41). The result revealed that most of the students use internet for entertainments and obtaining the information for making their assignments of the class. Social network sites (SNSs) are penetrating deep among the lives of internet users owing to its s... more Social network sites (SNSs) are penetrating deep among the lives of internet users owing to its social compatibility with modern online needs in the shape of constructing profile by providing their bio-data and hanging out with old and new friends in order to share and gain information. This study aims to investigate the usage pattern of SNSs and the adoptability of the users. A descriptive analysis was run on the random sample of 200 respondents surveyed in a large public sector university of Sindh, Pakistan. Results revealed that users feel proud by using SNSs and routinely log-on to their account at least once a day so as to know what is new on their wall from their around-the-hundred-contacts' activities. They felt as a part of larger SNSs community where they could find new friends, thus bridging social capital was prominent as majority of the respondents did not know their Facebook friends personally.

The main purpose this study is to explore that how the international students use Wechat in China... more The main purpose this study is to explore that how the international students use Wechat in China and what kind of functions and social networking apply on Wechat. Furthermore the study indicated regarding what was most important opinion and information students adopt on Wechat. This research study is descriptive analysis about usage and Wechat as source of communication and contact with family, friends and teacher is highlighted in the paper. Total 200 international students respondents randomly were selected for data collection from Tsinghua University Beijing, China the 65.5% male and 34.5% of the female participated in the study the main findings of the study 94.5% of the respondents use Wechat to contact with friends and main purpose of use Wechat is the result showed 97.5% send message their friends and teachers. However, the 44% of the respondents agree the information that people tag and write on Wechat could be reliable. Furthermore, there many functions are available on Wechat where people can get benefit like call the taxi, transfer money recharge money in mobile phone and games but most of the respondents did not use it properly due to lack of Chinese language bearer among international students. Therefore it is possible that Wechat can introduce some new Apps where international students can get more benefit from it.

Objectives: Based on the fact that 5G license issuance will greatly enhance the trend of ecologic... more Objectives: Based on the fact that 5G license issuance will greatly enhance the trend of ecological integration between China's Broadcasting Network and other networks, this paper studies how to effectively extend the inherent tension of media convergence to construct the logic of sustainable development. Methods: By comparing and analyzing IPTV data of digital TV and telecom operators and OTT data of Internet companies in the field of broadcasting network in China, this paper puts China's Broadcasting Network in the latest trends and frontier tendency to conduct rethinking, and put forward the suggestion that the sustainable development capacity of China's Broadcast Network should be reshaped in the whole chain covering contents, platforms, technologies and terminals. Findings: The diversified combination of mobile communication technology and the iterative application of media convergence have broken the channel monopoly of China's Broadcasting Network, bringing the obvious trend of mobile, video-based and high-definition information communication. Based on this, we can extend to the following imagination: the accelerating integration of China's Broadcasting Network will, in turn, promote the deep integration of media, thus increasingly presenting a multi-dimensional mirror image of reshaping the future ecological landscape of China's radio, film and television. Improvements: All such factors as the goal of being beyond the industry and realizing the goal of improving the efficiency of social public services, the systematic planning in the practical field of China's Broadcasting Network to carry 5G license, and the accelerating superposition of ultra HD video technology and mobile interactive television network is pushing the internal logic of the future sustainable development of China's Broadcasting Network to make constant adjustments.

The information and communication technologies have spread all over the world and people are getting advantages and latest information by use of Internet. Similarly universities students also spent lot of time in findings and their related information on internet. The survey research was conducted among 200 students of University of Sindh Jamshoro Pakistan, where result revealed that, 36.5% of the students use internet for entertainment with the mean value of M= 2.73, SD= 1.35. While 42.2% of the respondents use Facebook with the mean value of M= 2.18, SD=1.41. However, 65.5% use Google website for searching the articles, reports and other material for their class assignments the mean value was (M= 1.86, SD= 1.38). The use of Facebook result showed that 42.2% of the respondents use Facebook with the mean value of (SD= 18, SD, 1.41). The result revealed that most of the students use internet for entertainments and obtaining the information for making their assignments of the class. The quantitative research approach was applied for the data collection from respondents. Total 200 respondents were selected for data collection from Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus, Taylor’s College Subang Jaya and Sunway University Malaysia and the simple random sampling was used for data collection from respondents.
