Sikap optimis dapat membantu remaja pecandu narkoba memiliki harapan untuk masa depan, dengan begitu remaja pecandu narkoba akan memiliki harga diri tinggi dalam menilai dirinya sendiri dan mampu untuk bersosialisasi di lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat keefektifan logoterapi terhadap peningkatan harga diri remaja pecandu narkoba di Pondok Pesantren Bidayatussalikin Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi ekperimen dengan menggunakan non equivalent control grup design, masing-masing kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol akan diberikan pretest dan posttest. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah logoterapi efektif terhadap peningkatan harga diri remaja pecandu narkoba di Pondok Pesantren Bidayatussalikin.

The method employed in the study was pre-experimental with single-subject experimental design. The subject of the study was five managers of HIMA PPB FIP UNY consisting of three males and two females. The present study was conducted in 3 (three) phases namely pre-treatment, treatment, and post-treatment. The data were collected using problem-solving scale and miracle questions technique counseling guide. The data were analyzed using non-parametric statistical analysis namely wilcoxon test. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah siswa SMP Islam Al Azhar 26 Yogyakarta kelas VII A, VII B, VII C, VIID, VII E, VII F dan VII G. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh populasi siswa kelas VII dengan jumlah 124 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala efikasi diri dan skala keterampilan komunikasi yang diadaptasi. Realibilitas skala efikasi diri 0,91 dan realibillitas skala keterampilan komunikasi 0,89. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan keterampilan komunikasi siswa. Hasil korelasi diperoleh 0.208 yang berada pada koefesien korelasi antara 0.20-0.399 termasuk memiliki tingkat hubungan rendah. Applying descriptive quantitative approach, the present study involved 280 students of SMK Muhammadiyah Mungkid who were recruited using simple random sampling technique. The data were collected using anger management scale and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The present study showed that students’ overall anger management skill was categorized as very high. In terms of anger management aspects, students’ anger recognition, anger control, anger relief, and assertive anger expression skills were categorized as high, high, moderate, and high, respectively. The result of the present study is expected to serve as a preliminary study for school counselors to determine appropriate techniques to help students to improve anger management skills.

The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods with library studies' support, strengthening researchers' analysis in making conclusions following the subject matter-the data collection techniques using the Likert scale model. The communication skills questionnaire consisted of 4 indicators and 36 statement items. The Cronbach alpha coefficient of the entire scale calculated was 0.788. Because the scale factor and the reliability coefficient are high, the scale can be considered reliable, and the scale items are homogeneous. Communication skills scale distributed using Google forms. The research sample was 134 grade VII students of Al Azhar 26 Yogyakarta Islamic Middle School in 2019/2010.

Peace guidance and counseling approach with elements of local cultural values or local wisdom Indonesia can develop students' peaceful minds through a process of building awareness, understanding, and caring that enables people to live, interact and create conditions and systems that actualize nonviolence, justice, caring environment and values of peace. Development of student peace through four basic needs. Security, recognition, acceptance, and fair access are four basic needs to form a peaceful mind for students. The peace guidance and counseling based on Indonesian local wisdom is implemented in guidance and counseling services through classical, group, and individual formats with punokawan figures. The results of the implementation of peace guidance and counseling based on Indonesian wisdom are understanding the characteristics and problems of the counselee, as well as helping the counselee to solve the problem.

This type of research is using the pre-experimental method with one pretest and posttest design group. The population in this study were all high school students. The sample of this study was taken using a Purposive Sample based on low learning motivation criteria so that there were 10 students. Methods of collecting data using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis using t-test data analysis techniques. To analyze the data for the t-test the Ha criteria are accepted if T count> T table. The results of the analysis obtained thitung value obtained at 4.39 while the table of 1.83 or in other words, t count> t table = 4.39> 1.83. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This shows that the Guidance service group uses influential poetry media to increase student learning motivation.

Profil kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dilihat berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, dan aspek kemandirian belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 248 mahasiswa program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, yaitu skala kemandirian belajar. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemandirian belajar mahasiswa sebagian besar berada pada kategori sedang sejumlah 209 mahasiswa (84,3%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan usia, sebagian besar tingkat kemandirian mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang. This research was quantitative study using quasi experimental design with non-equvalent control group design. The population are 180 students. The sample was obtained using purposive sampling technique and gained 10 students consisting 5 students as experimental group and 5 students as control group. The data collection technique used was the scale of academic stress. The data analysis technique used in this study was the wilcoxon non-parametric statistic. The result of the study show the problem focused coping strategies is influential on reducing academic stress (sig=0,042 <0,05). Therefore problem focused coping strategies is influential on reducing academic stress in grade VIII SMP.

This study aimed to discover the learning difficulties experienced by the guidance and counseling... more This study aimed to discover the learning difficulties experienced by the guidance and counseling students on group counseling practicum. This study was categorized as a descriptive study involving 286 students of seven Universities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta as the sample of the study. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique of this study was a learning difficulties in group counseling practicum questionnaire by open and closed-ended questions. The data of this study were analyzed by using simple descriptive analysis by calculating the percentage and the categorization of the questionnaire score. The result of the study showed that the most contributing factor to the the students' learning difficulties on the group counseling practicum was the aspect of the lecturer' teaching method by 53.31%. Besides, the result of the open-ended questionnaire showed that lack of group counseling basic skill mastery is one of the difficulties they experience during the group counseling service at the school. It contributes 38.46%. It showed that the practicum teaching methods need improvement to optimize the students' ability in practicing group counseling in school. This study becomes the basic consideration of the needs of learning model for group counseling practicum for the students of guidance and counseling in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

This research method uses Experiments with 8 subjects of research, which is obtained from the results of questionnaire analysis that has been tested for validity as a support for an approach to teachers guidance and counseling. Data were analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The results of this Experimental study indicate that group guidance with discussion techniques can influence the interest in learning local content on 8 students who are subject. Score of interest in learning local content before being given an action (pre-test) that is 43 in the low category. After being given an action (post-test) the score was 55 which was categorized as moderate. Thus it can be recommended that group guidance with discussion techniques can influence the interest in learning local content for students in the school.

Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen sejumlah enam siswa dan kelompok kontrol sejumlah enam siswa. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMA N 1 Jatinom tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan skala regulasi diri untuk mengukur tingkat regulasi diri siswa SMA N 1 Jatinom. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan secara deskriptif tentang efikasi diri pada siswa, khususnya kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul sejumlah 282 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan statistik diskriptif berupa frekuensi dan persentase. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh hasil bahwa efikasi diri siswa kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul cenderung menunjukkan kategori sedang. Dari 142 siswa kelas VIII yang memiliki efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 9 siswa (6,34%), efikasi diri dengan kategori rendah sebanyak 35 siswa (24,65%), efikasi diri dengan kategori sedang sebanyak 62 siswa (43,66%), efikasi diri dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 26 siswa (18,31%) dan efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 10 siswa (7,04%). Seyogyanya hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling sebagai upaya untuk membantu meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa.

Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah siswa SMP Islam Al Azhar 26 Yogyakarta kelas VII A, VII B, VII C, VIID, VII E, VII F dan VII G. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh populasi siswa kelas VII dengan jumlah 124 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala efikasi diri dan skala keterampilan komunikasi yang diadaptasi. Realibilitas skala efikasi diri 0,91 dan realibillitas skala keterampilan komunikasi 0,89. Applying descriptive quantitative approach, the present study involved 280 students of SMK Muhammadiyah Mungkid who were recruited using simple random sampling technique. The data were collected using anger management scale and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The present study showed that students’ overall anger management skill was categorized as very high. In terms of anger management aspects, students’ anger recognition, anger control, anger relief, and assertive anger expression skills were categorized as high, high, moderate, and high, respectively. The result of the present study is expected to serve as a preliminary study for school counselors to determine appropriate techniques to help students to improve anger management skills.

The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods with library studies' support, strengthening researchers' analysis in making conclusions following the subject matter-the data collection techniques using the Likert scale model. The communication skills questionnaire consisted of 4 indicators and 36 statement items. The Cronbach alpha coefficient of the entire scale calculated was 0.788. Because the scale factor and the reliability coefficient are high, the scale can be considered reliable, and the scale items are homogeneous. Communication skills scale distributed using Google forms. The research sample was 134 grade VII students of Al Azhar 26 Yogyakarta Islamic Middle School in 2019/2010.

This type of research is using the pre-experimental method with one pretest and posttest design group. The population in this study were all high school students. The sample of this study was taken using a Purposive Sample based on low learning motivation criteria so that there were 10 students. Methods of collecting data using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis using t-test data analysis techniques. To analyze the data for the t-test the Ha criteria are accepted if T count> T table. The results of the analysis obtained thitung value obtained at 4.39 while the table of 1.83 or in other words, t count> t table = 4.39> 1.83. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This shows that the Guidance service group uses influential poetry media to increase student learning motivation.

Profil kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dilihat berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, dan aspek kemandirian belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 248 mahasiswa program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, yaitu skala kemandirian belajar. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemandirian belajar mahasiswa sebagian besar berada pada kategori sedang sejumlah 209 mahasiswa (84,3%). This research was quantitative study using quasi experimental design with non-equvalent control group design. The population are 180 students. The sample was obtained using purposive sampling technique and gained 10 students consisting 5 students as experimental group and 5 students as control group. The data collection technique used was the scale of academic stress. The data analysis technique used in this study was the wilcoxon non-parametric statistic. The result of the study show the problem focused coping strategies is influential on reducing academic stress (sig=0,042 <0,05). Therefore problem focused coping strategies is influential on reducing academic stress in grade VIII SMP.

This study was categorized as a descriptive study involving 286 students of seven Universities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta as the sample of the study. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique of this study was a learning difficulties in group counseling practicum questionnaire by open and closed-ended questions. The data of this study were analyzed by using simple descriptive analysis by calculating the percentage and the categorization of the questionnaire score. The result of the study showed that the most contributing factor to the the students' learning difficulties on the group counseling practicum was the aspect of the lecturer' teaching method by 53.31%. Besides, the result of the open-ended questionnaire showed that lack of group counseling basic skill mastery is one of the difficulties they experience during the group counseling service at the school. It contributes 38.46%. It showed that the practicum teaching methods need improvement to optimize the students' ability in practicing group counseling in school. This study becomes the basic consideration of the needs of learning model for group counseling practicum for the students of guidance and counseling in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

This research method uses Experiments with 8 subjects of research, which is obtained from the results of questionnaire analysis that has been tested for validity as a support for an approach to teachers guidance and counseling. Data were analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The results of this Experimental study indicate that group guidance with discussion techniques can influence the interest in learning local content on 8 students who are subject. Score of interest in learning local content before being given an action (pre-test) that is 43 in the low category. After being given an action (post-test) the score was 55 which was categorized as moderate. Thus it can be recommended that group guidance with discussion techniques can influence the interest in learning local content for students in the school.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan secara deskriptif tentang efikasi diri pada siswa, khususnya kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul sejumlah 282 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan statistik diskriptif berupa frekuensi dan persentase. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh hasil bahwa efikasi diri siswa kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul cenderung menunjukkan kategori sedang. Dari 142 siswa kelas VIII yang memiliki efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 9 siswa (6,34%), efikasi diri dengan kategori rendah sebanyak 35 siswa (24,65%), efikasi diri dengan kategori sedang sebanyak 62 siswa (43,66%), efikasi diri dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 26 siswa (18,31%) dan efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 10 siswa (7,04%). Seyogyanya hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling sebagai upaya untuk membantu meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa.
