A weekly icontest community that focuses on different TV shows

Welcome Rules
Welcome! This is a weekly icontest for various television shows. Each week will feature a different TV show, and caps will be provided for you to turn into icons. 1. I will provide you with caps from a show. You must use only these caps in your icons.2. Everything but animation is allowed. This means that you can blend, but still only using the caps I've provided you with.3. Challenges will be open for about a week. I will then post the voting, which will remain open for a couple of days. The icon with the most votes will win. Sometimes there will be special voting categories as well, such as Best Crop, Best Color, etc. 4. You are only allowed to submit 2 icons for each challenge. 5. No voting for yourself, or telling others to vote for you.6. You may not post your icons anywhere else until the winners are announced.7. Icons must meet LJ requirements: no larger than 100x100, less than 40k, either .gif, .jpg, or .png8. Winners Affiliates
The first place icon from each challenge will the community's default icon for that week. I will also try my darndest to make banners. If, however, you would like to make banners, please leave a comment on the welcome post.
