He parks the tardis in Martha’s house while Ianto adapts and gets reacquainted with jack. I remember at one point Ianto drags jack back to the tardis after his pheromones act up and the doctor comments that he’s glad that their compatible. Martha asks how he can tell and he replies it would have taken longer and jack would have been the one doing the dragging. I also remember that jack and Ianto were so lusty they were affecting the tardis and as such the doctor psychical. The doctor ended up taking a icy shower to cool his own thought.
