This management tool was implemented in a Peruvian industrial company Screen printing inks, with favorable productivity and costs results, it shows that not only large companies can use this kind of management tools, also medium and small companies can successfully implement the Balanced Scorecard, it is necessary to identify the critical success factors related to the increase in production costs from the perspective of internal processes, and from there, develop strategic indicators for the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard, to improve productivity in the company.
