CONANDA e nos consequentes encontros visando construir o Projeto Político Pedagógico do DEGASE e
tem por finalidade resgatar o sentido comunitário republicano das políticas públicas voltadas para os
adolescentes submetidos ao Sistema Socioeducativo, contido na Constituição Federal de 1988 e no Estatuto
da Criança e do Adolescente, apontando a Gestão Participativa como o método mais adequado para a
formulação, a execução e o controle dos programas de atendimento.

This work presents the modeling and validation results of a newly developed computer program for ... more This work presents the modeling and validation results of a newly developed computer program for calculating airflow conditions behind normal and oblique shock waves considering two distinct gas models for the air: a) calorically perfect and b) chemical and thermodynamic equilibrium. In the latter, high temperature effects in the air such as molecular vibration and dissociation and atomic ionization are taken into account by using the mathematical correlations for the air properties given by Srinivasan and Tannehill. By yielding pressure, temperature and Mach number of the air free stream, it is possible to obtain the results for the airflow conditions behind a normal and/or oblique shock wave. The program can also calculate oblique shock waves generated by a sequence of compression ramps such as in scramjet intakes, for instance, by yielding sequences of ramp angles. This work is part of the research and development, at the Institute for Advanced Studies (IEAv), ... more This work is part of the research and development, at the Institute for Advanced Studies (IEAv), of the first Brazilian hypersonic vehicle prototype, the 14-X airplane. It presents CFD results and performance calculations of the air intake section of some scramjet engine configurations under several operating conditions assuming 2D planar geometry. The reference case considers the vehicle flying at Mach 7 and zero angle of attack at an altitude of 30 km. In this case, air compression is achieved by two ramps, one of which is the vehicle forebody itself and the other is a scramjet inlet compression ramp, and the engine cowl which satisfies the "shock-on-lip" condition. From this reference case, several other cases were simulated varying vehicle operating conditions such as altitude, velocity and angle of attack. Information technology and communication through the use of software developed for specific envir... more Information technology and communication through the use of software developed for specific environments has aided education through the pursuit of new technologies that provide students with the subject content more closely the real world, and in order to seek tools that will expanding current forms of learning, so that education has more dynamic aspects. This work was developed by the research group on Immersive Environments and aims at the development of the"'world" Instituto Federal Farroupilha and future use of this environment for teaching purposes, replacing the use of static environments such as traditional Moodle Virtual Learning Environments and TelEduc.
