The juvenile justice system as a legal efforcement to guarantee the rights of children who confli... more The juvenile justice system as a legal efforcement to guarantee the rights of children who conflict with the law. The mechanism for the criminal justice system against children is carried out through diversion involving judicial officials. However, problems arise in enforcing the criminal justice system for children engaged in Jinayah cases. It is because the Jinayah case must obey the qanun implemented in Aceh. The punishment given to the perpetrators of Jinayah can be in the form of flogging or imprisonment. For a child, that punishment can be traumatic for the child’s mental health. Therefore, this research will examine various efforts to minimize the impact of this punishment on the psychological development of children who become perpetrators of Jinayah. The problem of this study is how a child can maintain his psychological health after becoming a perpetrator of Jinayah. This research is to determine the influence of an author, document, affiliation, source, and country in article publication with war and global economy themes. The source of the analysis data with the theme of war and global economy comes from the Scopus database without any restrictions. Weiss MA is the most influential author, at the same time Liu Y has the highest h index. The University of California is the most influential affiliate, and at the same time, the Cambridge Journal of Economics has the highest h index. The economy is the most influential keyword in the publication, at the same time, the war keyword also appears the most. Gössling S, 2020, J Sustainable Tour and USA are the most influential documents and country publications. The Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance (Ditjen Bimas Buddha) is a work unit withi... more The Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance (Ditjen Bimas Buddha) is a work unit within the Ministry of Religious Affairs which has the duty to service Buddhists. This religious service has been held by this directorate since 2007. This study is intended to look at whether the religious services carried out by the Ditjen Bimas Buddha meet the community satisfaction that use service. This study aims at knowing: 1) the level of community satisfaction on the religious services of Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance of Ministry of Religious Affairs during 2018, and 2) service elements that need to be prioritized for improvement in 2019. This research is quantitative and data were collected through online survey (e-questionnaire) to respondents in 34 provinces. The analysis used was the servqual method which is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucracy (Permenpan) No. 14 of 2017 concerning the Guidelines for the Preparation of Community Satisfaction Survey. The findings are: 1) the level of community satisfaction on religious services of the Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance of Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2018 is 3.0045 on a scale of 4 (category C with poor quality, 2) service elements that need improvement priority in 2019 is elements of facilities and infrastructure, especially space capacity, completeness, service accuracy and acceleration.

The Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance (Ditjen Bimas Buddha) has carried out a bu... more The Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance (Ditjen Bimas Buddha) has carried out a bureaucratic reform program since 2012 intending to become a work unit with a predicate Free Area from Corruption. The unfolding of the grand corruption case involving top officials in the project to procure religious education books raises whether the same corruption also occurs in religious services for the Buddhist community. This research aims to uncover the petty corruption levels in religious services and the factors contributing to these outcomes. This research uses a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory research design that applies surveys and qualitative methods to explain the survey achievements with GONE theory analysis from Bologna. This study's findings are the value of the corruption behavior of religious services at the Directorate General of Bimas Buddha exceeds the minimum score of 13.5 to get the predicate of a corruption-free area. The level of petty corruption in religious services is deficient, thus meeting a Corruption Free Zone's requirements. The factors that contribute to this achievement are the fulfillment of the basic needs of service officers by institutions, the low greed of officers due to pujabakti activities initiated by service officers personally, the reduced opportunities for corruption with the implementation of e-government (Organization Information System applications and Houses of Worship)

This study aims to determine whether employee engagement and organizational citizenship behaviour positively and significantly impact employee performance. This research finds that employee engagement has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while organizational citizenship behaviour has a negative and insignificant impact on employee performance. Ikhlas beramal merupakan motto Kementerian Agama yang belum pernah didefinisikan secara institusi... more Ikhlas beramal merupakan motto Kementerian Agama yang belum pernah didefinisikan secara institusional oleh Kementerian Agama sejak awal kelahirannya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai organizational citizenship behavior dan employee engagement mana saja yang yang bersesuaian dengan makna ikhlas beramal. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik literature study, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Teknik stock taking dengan cara mengumpulkan dan mengklasifikasi berbagai textbook dan jurnal serta berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior dapat dipadankan dengan ikhlas non kontraktual dan employee engagement dapat dipadankan dengan ikhlas kontraktual karena memiliki nilai-nilai tertentu yang bersesuaian dengan beberapa nilai keikhlasan. Diperlukan berbagai kajian lanjutan untuk menguji temuan ini.

Layanan keagamaan ini telah diselenggarakan oleh Ditjen Bimas Buddha sejak tahun 2007. Penelitian ini hendak melihat apakah pelayanan keagamaan yang dilakukan Ditjen Bimas Buddha ini memenuhi kepuasan masyarakat pengguna layanan yang sebagian berkultur desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan keagamaan Ditjen Bimas Buddha Kementerian Agama pada tahun layanan 2018, dan 2) unsur pelayanan
yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas perbaikan di tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui survey secara online berupa e-questionair kepada responden di 34 provinsi. Analisisnya menggunakan metode servqual yang bersesuaian dengan Permenpan Nomor 14 Tahun 2017 tentang Pedoman Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat.
