interpersonal skills and job performances at Wisma Negeri, Negeri Sembilan. These variables were
focused on the employees of Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan. Data from 130 respondents
have been gathered using a set of formulated questionnaires while this study was being conducted
in 2014. The collected data was then analysed by using SPSS and the value of the R-square showed
that 52.10% of the variations in job performance can be explained by stress level, ergonomics and
interpersonal skills. The empirical results have proven that job performance is most significantly
influenced by interpersonal skills, followed by stress level. However, the results have also shown
that ergonomics do not have a significant effect on job performance. Thus, it was concluded that
some other explanatory variables should have been included in this research such as managerial
standards and motivation to make the research more comprehensive. Similar researches should
also be conducted in other workplaces in order to obtain a more conclusive result. The researchers
would also like to suggest having an open-floor office concept in this organization to strengthen
relationships among its employees in order to increase job performance.

Researcher employed KLCI to proxy for Malaysian stock market return. The determinant factors studied are based on lending rate (BLR), exchange rate (EXR), gross domestic product (GDP) and consumer price index (CPI). To analyze the relationship between all variables, the Johansen cointegration test, Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) and Granger causality test are used. The empirical result revealed that there is a long run and short run relationship between Malaysia stock market return and the determinant factors. The Granger causality test suggests that GDP and CPI have a unidirectional causality to KLCI. Meanwhile, a unidirectional causality also occurs between CPI, KLCI, and EXR towards BLR. However, only EXR has bidirectional causality to KLCI. The study also concludes that all independent variables that consist of GDP, CPI, BLR and EXR are significant in determining KLCI return in Malaysia.

satisfaction level and estimate tourist satisfaction index at the Pulau Kapas Marine Park
(TLPK), a tourism destination in Malaysia. To meet these objectives, a set of
questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect primary data from tourists visiting
TLPK. The questionnaire consisted of 46 items pertaining to services provided in TLPK
and tourist impression of TLPK as a tourism destination. Information on specific and
general satisfaction level regarding each item and socio demographic profiles of tourists
were also collected. Data collected was analyzed using two computer packages namely
the Statistical Package for Social Science (SSPSS 19.0) and AMOS (5.0). Factor
analysis test was conducted on all the 46 items of which only 18 items were finally
selected. The items were classified into 4 categories and used in a multiple regression
model to estimate tourist satisfaction. The 4 service categories/elements were i)
diversity of tourism products ii) supporting services iii) overall trip and iv) level of
safety. The result shows that the most significant element affecting tourist satisfaction
or with high correlation value is supporting services (0.90), followed by level of safety
(0.87), overall trip (0.868) and diversity of tourism products (0.854). For the overall
model, the R-squared value is 65 which mean 65 percent of the tourist satisfaction is
due to the four elements of services mentioned. With respect to the satisfaction index,
this study finds that the index is at 63.05 percent which can be regarded as a moderate
level.
