Talib Kweli ♥[DOWNLOAD] → _Password: djost_DJ Deckstream is a Japanese DJ who has produced beats for artists like m-flo, MIC BANDITZ, and Heartsdales but released his debut EP with tracks that featured Western hip hop artists (read: every track here is in English). The most notable names associated with this album are Lupe Fiasco, Verbal (of M-flo), and Talib Kweli if you're familiar with the domestic hip hop scene. The quality of the music on this album is totally out of this world and I'm surprised I missed this release. This isn't the b*tches and bling hip hop being marketed today but the hip hop that also recognizes social issues. For example, Inconvenient Truth concerns global warming and little things people can do to lessen their own impact on the environment. The highlight, though, is still Can You Let Me Know, a silly upbeat love song that's infectious in every sense of the word (Transformer references FTW). Usually the ♥'d tracks have varying degrees of awesomeness but this time around every track with a ♥ next to it is required listening. Lee JungThe first track, Date sounds so much like an m-flo song if it weren't for the fact that it was in Korean. And that's a good thing here because it's kind of a bubbly pop song. As You See winds it down to an R&b pace and I think what I like best here is the guitar strings that kind of set the mood of the song. Anyway great digital single overall! I highly recommend giving both of these a listen.Change The World PreviewSon Dam Bi - Change the World [MV]This is the title track for the Pristontale 2. The 2nd enigma OST, obviously a video game if you can't tell from the MV lol. This is a pretty lofty techno song befitting of a video game OST and they play it kind of safe with the music. It makes for a pretty good song grabbie/sampler (if you've already heard all the popular songs toward the top of the list, try to work your way down xD). For those of you worried about overdosing on Christmas music, don't worry there's probably fewer than 10 holiday songs in this mix. When I say he sounds similar to Eminem I mean his singing style, not the actual music itself ¬¬; This album is the epitome of collaboration - there isn't a single solo track on it. I didn't actually like the whole album the first time through, but it's grown on me to the point where I listen to a song from it everyday which says something. It's definitely a change from his No More Drama album, and it's more like MC Mong's neo hip hop style. Anyway, fun factoid: Last Game was the ending theme for Night at the Museum for its theatre release in Korea. Also if you watch the MV for One Way, the camera is from what would be Woo Hyuk's perspective.♫ Lyn - 궁금해... (Feat. Eric)Lyn and Eric Mun (Shinhwa) have collaborated at least three times, and they should keep doing it - they have a great singing dynamic together (omgotp). She's probably best known for her Have you ever had a broken heart? song as well as We Used to Love, but once you listen to her albums you find other gems like this one, which has a nice groovy beat. ♫ Jinusean - Tonight (Feat. Kim Ji Eun)Truth be told, Kim Ji Eun has been around since Jinusean's fourth album, although I think she gained more hype when she was seen performing a duet with Taebin (someone call me on it if I'm wrong). You can tell her voice has matured since then when you watch her debut MV (which also features Skull from Stony Skunk).♫ Noblesse - 어떡하라고 (feat. 윤민수) [MV]First off, so the featured artist is a singer from the group Vibe, if that does anything for you. I like the chorus especially, and the MV is pretty interesting. Lots of intercutting :x♫ Noblesse - 음악이 싫어졌어 (feat. 란)I uploaded a second Noblesse song on accident but whatever. Usually piano+hip hop=win. So it goes with this song :]♫ MC Mong - 너에게 쓰는 편지 Part 2 ft. Lisa [LIVE]Uh, when MC Mong's third album dropped this was all I listened to for about a week. YES, it's THAT good and it's THAT addicting. Lisa's vocals are so sweet, and they give you that warm squishy feeling inside :]♫ Honey Family - 너의홈피 ft. Lee Jung'90s and earlier kids will recognize the Every Breath You Take beat. Nice remake.♫ Park Ji Yoon - 그냥 사랑하면 되는데 ft. RainThis is kind of bland for a duet, and Rain doesn't come in for about two minutes. You might recognize Park Ji Yoon as the singer of Sung in Shik and a Moonlight Sonata variation. I like her faster songs, personally.♫ Brian - 바래! 바래! ft. 윤동훈(Trespass) [LIVE]Brian+sexy song=super sexy music. Honestly, this guy's awesome. Please give this a try.♫ Masta Wu - Don't Stop ft. Jinu [MV]You cannot deny the random Jinu love. I also love the kiss part of the song for some reason. I still can't figure it out.
