Disamping itu untuk membantu Ibu-Ibu yang menyampaikan permasalahan mereka terkait kendala mereka dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga mendorong Tim PKM untuk bisa memberikan pelatihan manajemen keuangan keluarga bagi Ibu-Ibu PKK. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan souvenir telah dilaksanakan dalam 1 hari pelatihan dan 2 kali pendampingan dengan materi pembuatan souvenir dari kulit pensi dan batok kelapa. Abstrak The background of this research is the lower of student economics result in the class XI ... more Abstrak The background of this research is the lower of student economics result in the class XI SMA N 4 Padang, 2013 / 2014 period. This matter is caused by the lack of student activity in learning process. The aim of this research is to know how the Difference Result of Student learning by using study Co-Operative method of Student Facilitator and Explaining type with Discourse Method in SMA N 4 Padang. Based on data analysis result is found average value 73,26 for class experiment and 62,77 for class control. From data analysis result is known value of t hitung = 2,978 that is bigger than value of t tabel = 1,67 meaning raised to be hypothesis to be accepted at real level α = 0,05. This matter indicate that there are significant difference between student learning result by using study co-operative method of student explaining and facilitator type with discourse method. Based on the issues revealed, which used as prior data to provide input and advice to the authorities to make this creative industry be more advanced. This research is qualitative research and data is collected through interviewed some business owners. Data was collected by using questionnaires. This study used a quantitative design with survey method. The conclusions of this study were: 1) Student satisfaction with the academic services of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang, which was measured in five dimensions of service quality, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and information system overall in the less satisfactory category, this result based on the number of final gap perceptions and expectations were-1.34, and from less than 60% of students chose satisfied answers. 2) Criticism and suggestions of students on the academic services of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang were aimed at all dimensions of academic services, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and information system.

Data collection using, documentation, observation, interviews and then data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the percentage of completeness of the RPP components of Vocational High School Business Management in Padang with the Curriculum Component of the 2013 RPP is 97.01%, the percentage of the suitability of the RPP with the implementation of learning is 27.7%, 27.8%, 30.4%,36 , 2% and 41.7%. this means that the teacher is not competent in carrying out the lesson plans when implementing learning in the classroom. This study aims to describe the suitability of the RPP with the Learning Implementation Process, ... more This study aims to describe the suitability of the RPP with the Learning Implementation Process, the suitability of the RPP made by teachers with the 2013 Curriculum, and the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the RPP. Data collection using, documentation, observation, interviews and then data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the percentage of completeness of the RPP components of Vocational High School Business Management in Padang with the Curriculum Component of the 2013 RPP is 97.01%, the percentage of the suitability of the RPP with the implementation of learning is 27.7%, 27.8%, 30.4%,36 , 2% and 41.7%. this means that the teacher is not competent in carrying out the lesson plans when implementing learning in the classroom. This research is a causative descriptive study. The population in this study consisted of all civil servant employees using primary data and secondary data.
