This research was conducted for 3 months, from July to October 2022. The data analysis method used in this study was Anova analysis (Analysis of Variance). The design of this study used a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 5 treatments and 4 replications so that there were 20 plots, namely treatment P0 0 ml/water, P1 PGPR concentration 10 ml, P2 PGPR concentration 20 ml, P3 PGPR concentration 30 ml, P4 PGPR concentration 40 ml so that there are 20 plots. Kelompok Tani Bekerja Bersama sebagai kelompok mitra adalah salah satu kelompok tani di Desa Pina... more Kelompok Tani Bekerja Bersama sebagai kelompok mitra adalah salah satu kelompok tani di Desa Pinaling, Kecamatan Amurang Timur, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil survei, kelompok tani memiliki kondisi ekonomi dan produktivitas tanaman yang rendah. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dengan penerapan teknologi biogas bertujuan untuk: 1) Memanfaatkan limbah organik untuk menghasilkan bahan bakar biogas pengganti LPG melalui teknologi biogas; 2) Memanfaatkan pupuk organik cair (POC) sebagai hasil sampingan dari teknologi biogas untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman; dan 3) Meningkatkan pendapatan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan di Desa Pinaling, Kecamatan Amurang Timur, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan pada bulan Mei-Agustus 2021. Metode pelaksanaan, meliputi: penyuluhan, pelatihan, pembuatan demplot padi sawah dan cabe, dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan ini di antaranya: 1) Penerapan teknologi biogas dapat menghasilkan biogas sebagai pengganti LPG, sehingga dapat menghemat biaya bahan bakar LPG sebesar 30% dari harga Rp 138.000/18 kg/bulan menjadi Rp 46.000/bulan; 2) Penerapan teknologi biogas dapat menghasilkan pupuk organik cair, sehingga dapat menghemat biaya untuk pembelian pupuk kimia sebesar 50% dari Rp 1.750.000/ha/musim tanam menjadi Rp 875.000/musim tana; dan 3) Penerapan teknologi biogas dapat meningkatkan produksi tanaman padi sawah sebesar 62,5% dibandingkan dengan musim tanam sebelumnya (sebelum menggunakan POC) sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan petani.

Earth is currently experiencing climate change impact on reducing rice production. Drought is one of the effects of climate change due to water shortage conditions that accur within a specified period. This happens because the region received rainfall below average, North Bolaang Mongondow, an area of this research study is an area is sensitive to reduce rainfall, the data indicate that the decline in productivity in the district due to rainfall. This study aims to estimate evapotranspiration in rice in the Northern Bolaang Mongondow districts using water balance model developed Handoko (1994). The conclusion that the model is able to predict evapotranspiration centers (Sangkub, Bintauna, Bolang Itang Timur, Bolang Itang Barat, Kaidipang dan Pinogaluman). We report effect of application of liquid organic fertilizer to crop formation of cabbage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of liquid organic fertilizer to cabbage crop. Research was conducted in Lenganeng village, district of North Tabukan, Sangihe Islands Regency. The research was arranged in a randomized block design consisted of four treatment. Each treatment was repeated four times. The result showed that application of liquid organic fertilizer was affected to crop height, number of leaves, crop diameter, crop fresh weight and crop weight of cabbage. A field experiment was conducted in Cikeumeuh Experimental Garden of Food Crop Biotechnology Research Station (BAUTBIO) Bogor to study Land Equivalent Ratio (LER), Competition Ratio (CR), and Stress Tolerance (TOL) of sweet potato and maize. The highest tuber yiled of sweet potato was 16,83 ton ha-[1] gained by CIP-2 at 100 cm planting distance of maize and the highest maize yiled was 4,50 ton ha-1 Cangkuang in intercropping with Cangkung clone. The LER, CR, and TOL, CIP-2 and SQ were suitable for intercrops at all planting distance but Cangkuang was not suitable for intercrops with maize. The purpose of the research was to studied the application of gliricidia MOL on the growth and yi... more The purpose of the research was to studied the application of gliricidia MOL on the growth and yield of lowland rice in the salibu method, and to get the best concentration of gliricidia liquid organic fertilizer (POC) on the growth and production of lowland rice. Field research has been conducted in Tababo Village, Subdistrict of Belang, district of Southeast Minahasa. The treatment in the experiment consists of one treatment factor, that were concentrations of gliricidia POC, ie : 0, 50 , 100, 150, and 200 ml/litre. The results showed that gliricidia POC have an effect on plant height, the number of grain/panicle, and the dry grain yield (GKP) / plot, but not affect the number of productive tillers and weight of 1,000 grain. The best results were achieved in gliricidia POC concentration 200 ml/litre with the highest values were: plant height was 98.93 cm; 116.420 grain/panicle; and 8.300 kg dry grain yield or equivalent to 6.92 ton/ha.Keywords : gliricidia POC, production, lo...

The results showed that the high accretion paclobutrazol can produce the content of chlorophyll a (0,032 mg g-1) and chlorophyll b (0,004 mg g-1), dry weight of 1000 grains (207 g) and dry weight / plant (6.038 kg) was 8 years old clove higher than the control. Recommended further research to determine the maximum effect of paclobutrazol application on plants. Paclobutrazol at a dose of 2.5 g / tree height increment can deliver maximum results of cloves. The first factor is the Granola variety and Supejhon. The second factor is the altitude, which is 750 m above sea level and 1200 m asl. The results of this study indicate that the rate Crop Growth Rate (LTT) and the Tuber Growth Rate (LTU) of Supejhon Granola varieties have a much higher altitude 1200 m asl (Modoinding) compared with altitude 750 m asl (Langowan). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dosis kompos jerami yang tepat untuk mensubstitus... more Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dosis kompos jerami yang tepat untuk mensubstitusi pupuk NPK pada pertumbuhan dan produksi padi sistem IPAT-BO dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari I1=0% kompos jerami dan 100% pupuk NPK, I2=25% kompos jerami dan 75% pupuk NPK, I3 =50% kompos jerami dan 50% pupuk NPK; I4=75% kompos jerami dan 25% pupuk NPK dan I5=100 % kompos jerami dan 0 % pupuk NPK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemupukan kompos jerami dan pupuk NPK berpengaruh nyata meningkatkan pertumbuhan padi sawah yang meliputi rata-rata tinggi tanaman dan jumlah anakan, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata pada produksi. Rata-rata tinggi tanaman tertinggi pada perlakuan I1 , I5, I3 dan I2 masing-masing 102,28 cm; 101,40 cm; 101,20 cm dan 100,28 cm. The treatments were completecombination of levels of three factors in a factorial pattern of Split-Split Plot Design. Thetreatments were : (1) sweet potato varieties (SQ, Sukuh, and Cangkuang) as main plot factor;(2) planting distance of maize (100 cm x 50 cm, 100 cm x 75 cm, and 100 cm x 100 cm) as subplotfactor; and (3) rates of potassium fertilizers (0, 45, 90, and 135 kg ha-1 K) as sub-sub plotfactor.Result of the experiment showed that the highest Crop Growth Rate (CGR) and NetAssimilation Rate (NAR) were gained by Cangkuang with application of potassium in allplanting distances of maize. The highest tuber yield of sweet potato was 16.83 t ha-1 gainedby Sukuh with optimum potassium dosage was 108.43 kg ha-1 K at 100 cm x 100 cm plantingdistance of maize. Kelompok Tani Bekerja Bersama sebagai kelompok mitra adalah salah satu kelompok tani di Desa Pina... more Kelompok Tani Bekerja Bersama sebagai kelompok mitra adalah salah satu kelompok tani di Desa Pinaling, Kecamatan Amurang Timur, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil survei, kelompok tani memiliki kondisi ekonomi dan produktivitas tanaman yang rendah. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dengan penerapan teknologi biogas bertujuan untuk: 1) Memanfaatkan limbah organik untuk menghasilkan bahan bakar biogas pengganti LPG melalui teknologi biogas; 2) Memanfaatkan pupuk organik cair (POC) sebagai hasil sampingan dari teknologi biogas untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman; dan 3) Meningkatkan pendapatan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan di Desa Pinaling, Kecamatan Amurang Timur, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan pada bulan Mei-Agustus 2021. Metode pelaksanaan, meliputi: penyuluhan, pelatihan, pembuatan demplot padi sawah dan cabe, dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan ini di antaranya: 1) Penerapan teknologi biogas dapat menghasilkan biogas sebagai pengganti LPG, sehingga dapat menghemat biaya bahan bakar LPG sebesar 30% dari harga Rp 138.000/18 kg/bulan menjadi Rp 46.000/bulan; 2) Penerapan teknologi biogas dapat menghasilkan pupuk organik cair, sehingga dapat menghemat biaya untuk pembelian pupuk kimia sebesar 50% dari Rp 1.750.000/ha/musim tanam menjadi Rp 875.000/musim tana; dan 3) Penerapan teknologi biogas dapat meningkatkan produksi tanaman padi sawah sebesar 62,5% dibandingkan dengan musim tanam sebelumnya (sebelum menggunakan POC) sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan petani.

A field experiment was conducted in Cikeumeuh Experimental Garden of Food Crop Biotechnology Research Station (BAUTBIO) Bogor to study Land Equivalent Ratio (LER), Competition Ratio (CR), and Stress Tolerance (TOL) of sweet potato and maize. The highest tuber yiled of sweet potato was 16,83 ton ha-[1] gained by CIP-2 at 100 cm planting distance of maize and the highest maize yiled was 4,50 ton ha-1 Cangkuang in intercropping with Cangkung clone. Field research has been conducted in Tababo Village, Subdistrict of Belang, district of Southeast Minahasa. The treatment in the experiment consists of one treatment factor, that were concentrations of gliricidia POC, ie : 0, 50 , 100, 150, and 200 ml/litre. The results showed that gliricidia POC have an effect on plant height, the number of grain/panicle, and the dry grain yield (GKP) / plot, but not affect the number of productive tillers and weight of 1,000 grain. The results showed that the high accretion paclobutrazol can produce the content of chlorophyll a (0,032 mg g-1) and chlorophyll b (0,004 mg g-1), dry weight of 1000 grains (207 g) and dry weight / plant (6.038 kg) was 8 years old clove higher than the control. Recommended further research to determine the maximum effect of paclobutrazol application on plants. Paclobutrazol at a dose of 2.5 g / tree height increment can deliver maximum results of cloves. Perlakuan terdiri dari I1=0% kompos jerami dan 100% pupuk NPK, I2=25% kompos jerami dan 75% pupuk NPK, I3 =50% kompos jerami dan 50% pupuk NPK; I4=75% kompos jerami dan 25% pupuk NPK dan I5=100 % kompos jerami dan 0 % pupuk NPK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemupukan kompos jerami dan pupuk NPK berpengaruh nyata meningkatkan pertumbuhan padi sawah yang meliputi rata-rata tinggi tanaman dan jumlah anakan, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata pada produksi. Rata-rata tinggi tanaman tertinggi pada perlakuan I1 , I5, I3 dan I2 masing-masing 102,28 cm; 101,40 cm; 101,20 cm dan 100,28 cm. The treatments were completecombination of levels of three factors in a factorial pattern of Split-Split Plot Design. Thetreatments were : (1) sweet potato varieties (SQ, Sukuh, and Cangkuang) as main plot factor;(2) planting distance of maize (100 cm x 50 cm, 100 cm x 75 cm, and 100 cm x 100 cm) as subplotfactor; and (3) rates of potassium fertilizers (0, 45, 90, and 135 kg ha-1 K) as sub-sub plotfactor.Result of the experiment showed that the highest Crop Growth Rate (CGR) and NetAssimilation Rate (NAR) were gained by Cangkuang with application of potassium in allplanting distances of maize. The highest tuber yield of sweet potato was 16.83 t ha-1 gainedby Sukuh with optimum potassium dosage was 108.43 kg ha-1 K at 100 cm x 100 cm plantingdistance of maize.
