As of Today, technological developments have included buying and selling activities which result ... more As of Today, technological developments have included buying and selling activities which result in buyers having to pay attention to several aspects before, namely by paying attention to customer reviews, because it is difficult to build trust in making purchases without face to face, with the variety and availability of products increasing the options of buyers, may or may not improve purchasing decisions especially purchases made at Ms Glow Batam. This research is a quantitative study with a population of buyers who make purchases at Ms Glow, a sample of 283 samples. This research concludes that Online Customer Reviews have an effect on Purchasing Decisions, Trust has an effect on Purchasing Decisions, no effect has been found on Product Availability on purchasing decisions, and Online Customer Reviews, Trust, Product Availability have a simultaneous and significant effect on the Purchase Decision of MS Glow in Batam City. The adjusted R square is 0.66 or 65.8%. This value shows how well the independent variable can explain the dependent variable, which is 65.8% with other factors, the remaining 34.2% is influenced by other variables.

This study proposes strategic partnerships with main suppliers (SPWMS), strategic partnerships wi... more This study proposes strategic partnerships with main suppliers (SPWMS), strategic partnerships with target customers (SPWTC), information sharing with supply chain partners (ISWSCP), internal supply chain integration (ISCI), and supply chain innovation (SCI) in new normal and SMEs performance. The result showed that: (1) SPWMS was a significant predictor of SMEs performance, (2) SCI in new normal was not a significant moderator of the relationship between SPWMS and SMEs performance, (3) SPWTC was a significant predictor of SMEs performance, (4) SCI in new normal did not significantly moderate the relationship between SPWTC and SMEs performance. (5) ISWSCP was a significant predictor of SMEs performance, (6) SCI in new normal was not a significant moderator of the relationship between ISWSCP and SMEs performance, (7) ISCI was the significant predictor of SMEs performance, (8) SCI in new normal was not a significant moderator of the relationship between ISCI and SMEs performance.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of brand image, product quality and promoti... more The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of brand image, product quality and promotion on product purchasing decisions at PT Trimitra Warna Jaya. The basic method used in this research is quantitative research method survey research is an option in this study as well as the use of questionnaires in the process of collecting survey data obtained from information from respondents. The population used in the researchers' research was consumers who had purchased Asian paints at PT Trimitra Warna Jaya in the period October 2022 to October 2023. Determining the size of the sample can be done using the Cochran formula. Methods of data analysis were used through validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. The results of the study show that brand image has a t-count of 1.565 <1.98498 and 0.121 > 0.05 that there is no partial positive and significant influence of brand image on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Trimitra Warna Jaya. Then on product quality, it has a t count of 3.145 > 1.98498 and 0.002 <0.05 which shows a partial positive and significant influence on product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Trimitra Warna Jaya. Then the promotion has a t count of 6.029 > 1.98498 and 0.000 <0.05 which shows that promotion has a partial positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Trimitra Warna Jaya. The results simultaneously found 36.740 > 2.70 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so brand image, product quality and promotion of consumer purchasing decisions at PT Trimitra Warna Jaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, brand image and trust on purchasing decisio... more This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, brand image and trust on purchasing decisions of bukalapak application users in Batam City. This research uses quantitative methods. There is also a population of a sample of 100 respondents who use the bukalapak application at least once. The sampling technique used is perposive sampling with certain criteria to be sampled. Data processing using SPSS version 25. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical test, validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, influence test, hypothesis testing. The analysis results of the study prove that the brand image variable with a significant value of 0.01 <0.05 and a trust variable of 0.02 <0.05 has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while the promotion variable with a significant value of 0.166> 0.05 does not have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire which was administrated to a total sample of 200 managers. The response rate was 70% while 60% was usable questionnaires. Sample selection was based on convenience sampling. The analyses involved statistical methods such as reliability and validity tests and multiple regressions. The results indicated that SCM practices are related to SCR. The result also suggested that SCR is related to CA.
Globally, the role of travel agents in increasingly gaining importance in today's travel and tour... more Globally, the role of travel agents in increasingly gaining importance in today's travel and tourism industry. A travel industry without travel agents is quite unthinkable as it would result in utter chaos and disorder in the industry. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the 4Ps, namely price, promotion, place and product, and customer decision-making over travel agents in Palembang, Indonesia. Travel agents are seriously considered for these 4Ps activities to ensure that they allocate their resources effectively and efficiently. A total of 215 respondents were selected from customers of three travel agents in Palembang, Indonesia. The data collected was analyzed using three statistical methods, that is, mean analysis, Pearson correlation and regression analysis. The results revealed that only product and price were associated with customer decision-making over travel agents. Based on the findings, strategic recommendations are proposed for the travel industry in Indonesia.

Supply chain management has become an important issue in any business organization. Organizations... more Supply chain management has become an important issue in any business organization. Organizations are facing increasing competitive pressure with respect to prices, delivery, quality, variety and innovation of products and services. In order to respond to these challenges, organizations require an integrated supply chain. The purpose of this research is to present the relationship between firm integration and supply chain orientation and supporting technology as moderating that relationship. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire which was administrated to a total sample of 400 executive officers, directors, presidents, vice presidents, managers, and senior staff in fourteen South Sumatra areas. The response rate was 71% while 62% was usable questionnaires. Sample selection was based on convenience sampling. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and correlation between independent and dependent variables. The analyses involved statistical methods such as reliability and validity tests and multiple regressions. The results indicated that internal firm integration is related to customer orientation, competitor orientation, supplier orientation and logistic orientation. Firm-supplier integration is related to logistic orientation, operation orientation and value chain coordination. Firm-customer integration is also found to be related to all supply chain orientation components. The moderating influence of supporting technology on the internal firm integration and firm-supplier integration and supply chain orientation was not demonstrated. However, the moderating influence of supporting technology on the firm-customer integration and supply chain orientation did exist.

Calismaya iliskin veriler Klang Vadisi ve Penang Bolgesi’nde 497 kisinin katilimiyla gerceklestirilen anketlerin neticesinde elde edilmistir. Calismada yapisal baglamda PLS Modeli ve data analizi baglaminda ise SEM Modeli kullanilmistir. Yapilan 497 anketin neticesinde, calismanin verileri, uygunluk ve zorluk baglaminda internetten tugla ve harc magazalara dogru degisen bir egilim oldugunu gostermistir. Bulgular benzer sekilde cinsiyet ve niyetin de musterilerin kanal degistirmesinde etkin unsurlar oldugunu ortaya koymustur.
