In this context, we see that the philosophical paradigm has entirely disappeared. On the other hand, in the cases where the desire to support it is still maintained, we can note attempts to analyse and explain the themes it approaches from the perspective of social pragmatism. Maybe we should not relate such remarks only to the purely theoretical value of philosophy, which is often abstract, but rather have in view an equilibrated didacticism of what philosophy itself represents for the society. In other words, the benefit of education for philosophy becomes obvious to the extent to which, in terms of social pragmatism, there is a certain methodological value which is somewhat responsible for the quantification of what today's society calls tangible resu...

The relevance of the idea of humor at the social level expresses, from our viewpoint, the need to... more The relevance of the idea of humor at the social level expresses, from our viewpoint, the need to understand, assume and, why not, use it at the level of social communities. Under these conditions, we consider the usefulness and functionality/applicability of such an idea in educational terms, and in particular, at the level of the class of students. Such an idea is the very idea of humor as it is found in the educational dimension. Moreover, our interest is focused upon seeing and to what extent, the idea of humor can be considered to be an art, if we consider stylized / “aestheticized”, artistic, expressive criteria. That is why, the assumed purpose of this approach that we have achieved consists in an exhaustive analysis of the idea of humor and, implicitly, of the art of humor in education, as well as of the way in which it manifests and it is recognized at the educational level.

On one hand, we consider the CSR-Corporate Social Responsibility which, in our view, must be brought into direct connection both with the moral entrepreneurship (which should support the philosophical perspective of the statement of business organizations mission) and the purely economic entrepreneurship based on profit maximization (which should support the pragmatic perspective). On the other hand, an analysis of the moral concepts which should underpin business is becoming fundamental, in our view, as far as the idea of the social specific value of the social entrepreneurship is evidenced. Therefore, our approach highlights a number of epistemic explanations in relation to the actual practice dimension.

The economic activity goals reveal a number of aspects which express the need for re-evaluating t... more The economic activity goals reveal a number of aspects which express the need for re-evaluating the way in which the dynamics analysis values may be correlated with the wording business mission. Under these conditions, managerial undertaken strategies at the level of business may be validated in so far as they reveal purpose/ objectives assumed/ undertaken by decision makers (particularly top-managers). Moreover, compliance with eligibility criteria according to which management strategies are reflected, should be aimed at in our opinion improving decision-making process. But such a decision-making process involves an understanding of the judicious economic actors/ labor with regard to the way in which it is possible to analyze the dynamics values in relation to formulation of business organization's mission. In these circumstances, a first objective of this research is analysis dynamics values in the context of formulation of business mission. In this way, by this approach, we strive to show you those conditionings that make it possible formulation of business mission in relation to organizational culture. On the other hand, a second objective that we have in view is given of the way in which is to bring about the process of defining and statement of organizational mission, a process linked to the size of axiological mission statement of business organization. This status as a matter of fact, in the light of the analysis we take into account, a business model in which the objectives, strategies, organization mission business become materialized in so far as that contextuality venture is validated in relation to socioeconomic prospects. Therefore, the existence of phenomena such as social and economic situation involves a series of connections between different levels of displacing of the organization of business which provides, in fact, its legitimacy.

Otherwise, we consider that the importance given to the cognitive and axiological dimensions must emphasize a purely social connotation within a new-built educational system. In these conditions, the dynamic of the current educational reality sends to the organization of a social system in a post-structural manner. Therefore, the decisional substantiation on the actual level of learning processes reflects the fact that the unity of scientific knowledge is sustained by optimal educational models, perfectible in the postmodern educational openings.

Economic reality reveals social considerations, given the fact that it is aimed a materialization... more Economic reality reveals social considerations, given the fact that it is aimed a materialization of the management strategy on business organization's mission. Therefore, the object of this research is represented by the question of the relationship between performance and excellence at the organizational level. Under these conditions, assuming such options aims, on the one hand, an economic analysis of what the mission of an organization represents, and on the other hand, an investigation focused on the identification and the management of the premises underlying its definition and enunciation. From the methodological point of view, this research is organized in an explanatory approach whose aim consists in analyzing the performance and the business excellence within the organization. In this regard, as a result of some significant changes at the society level, we support the idea that the analysis of the business organization's mission should be linked to a pragmatic approach which implies an efficient management strategy. The present interest and the importance of this approach express the fact that economically, but also socially, an important role in explaining the business organization's mission is represented by the contextual pattern. Thus, the comprehension of typology and the establishment of some well-founded management strategies (at the organization level and at the business level) represent evaluation criteria and performance analysis in business administration. Therefore, the particular meanings of a social reality generate specific attitudes for managers to assume the business organization's mission.

The dimension of social/educational pragmatism somehow reveals the need for a model of empowerment of all the social actors towards what is in terms of morality/ethics the imperative of social utility. Such social differences, which are related to the dimension of the organizational culture, generate a series of problems that are not always offered positive solutions. The dimension of social/educational pragmatism somehow reveals the need for a model of empowerment of all the social actors towards what is in terms of morality/ethics the imperative of social utility. It is understood that such a topic takes into account, on the one hand, a series of aspects related to an economic issue, and on the other hand, issues of a methodological / didactic nature found in the teaching-learning-assessment activity. At the same time, the approach that is intended to be highlighted reflects the practical-theoretical dimension of such a possible approach in class. Under these conditions, the research approach assumed involves an analysis focused, on the one hand, on the theoretical aspects related to the approached topic, and on the other hand, on the conceptual-theoretical operationalization with practical implications. In other words, there is an interest in valorizing and capitalizing on the contents approached both theoretically and practically. The idea we want to analyze is to see to what extent the use of humor in didactic activity becomes relevant and, at the same time, to analyze the (direct/indirect) relationship between it and the social and educational reality. Thus, we are interested in capturing the main ideas that refer to such an approach to humor in relation to the idea of education and, implicitly, to the didactic activity.
The aim of this work is focused on a theoretical analysis of formulating the mission statement of... more The aim of this work is focused on a theoretical analysis of formulating the mission statement of business organizations in relation to the idea of the organizational axiological core. On one hand, we consider the CSR-Corporate Social Responsibility which, in our view, must be brought into direct connection both with the moral entrepreneurship (which should support the philosophical perspective of the statement of business organizations mission) and the purely economic entrepreneurship based on profit maximization (which should support the pragmatic perspective). On the other hand, an analysis of the moral concepts which should underpin business is becoming fundamental, in our view, as far as the idea of the social specific value of the social entrepreneurship is evidenced. Therefore, our approach highlights a number of epistemic explanations in relation to the actual practice dimension.
