This Community is for You If
*You have anywhere from 1-50 "vanity pounds" to lose, and you are fed up with people either
*A* labeling you with an eating disorder or
*B* repeatedly telling you that you do not need to lose weight.
*You love both taking, and viewing "before & afters" as well as "progress pictures"
*You are looking for a small community where people of these similar interests could post
This Community is Not for You If
*You have an insatiable desire to weigh like 65 lbs.
*You are considered to be classified as morbidly obese
...Trust me on this, you would both be better off with the mediation of a medical doctor.
We do not condone illness here.
There are no rigid rules as far as posting goes, however the "ideal post" would be as followed:
*Current weight @ whatever specific "set time" that you opt to weigh yourself either daily, or weekly, or whenever you choose.
*Long term goal, and how close you are to achieving it.
*Short term goal, and how close you are to achieving it
OPTIONAL
*A current "progress updated picture"
*Caloric Intake for the day
*Caloric expenditure at the gym, or after excercising
Note: While optional items are not required, they are for your personal benefit, and help make up the basis for this community
That said, I wish everyone a quick and painless weight loss!

This is meant to be a close knit, friendly weight loss community in which we both watch over eachother, and work together towards the achievement of similar goals.
That said, I would like nothing more than for all different types of people to be able to join for their own benefits, however this is not the place to "warn people" about the potential "dangers" of diet, excercise, and in some cases severe calorie depletion. I highly doubt any medical doctors are joining this community, so please keep your thoughts at bay, or offer them up to the communities where people openly speak of purging and weighing 46 pounds. This is not that kind of community. Most of us are young women who have previously tried all of the methods listed in here as weight loss techniques, and are fully aware that they are only meant for temporary usage.
