Sorry guys, but 
versiform is now officially closed. I've gotten back into icon making but decided I needed a fresh start. I have now moved to my new icon community letterpapers, so you can catch my new icon posts there. versiform will still remain up but will not be updated anymore.

FIRST BATCH IN, LIKE, FOREVER. And I still haven't finished those icon requests yet *mad blush of embarrassment*.
I seriously have no anime colouring skills (meaning my talents mainly lie in manga colouring), but I've been watching this season's anime quite a bit lately, in particular these series, and I wanted to try, see what I could do. I can only go "grrrr" at a lot of these, but I'm hoping there will be those who will like them anyway.
Next I'll get onto completing those requests, eh? XD;

Time for another tutorial, I'm kind of bored tonight and wanted to post something here since it's been pretty much dead for a while. Anyway, it's an easy but effective tutorial today, using some pretty artwork by BL mangaka Minami Haruka.

It's amazing what boredom can make you do. And a desire for improvement.
This entry says exactly what is on the tin - I'm going to open the community up for requests. So for the first 20 commenters, if you want a smashing, knock-em-dead *SMIRK* icon(s) made just for you, feel free to fill out the form below.
Just a few ground rules to lay down:
- A maximum of two icons per person.
- It can be any subject, but preferably manga, anime or game-related.
- If possible, please do not resize the images you want to have made into icons, especially if it a manga page (you can specify which panel/s you want made into icons though).
- Including a colour reference, especially if you think I'm not familiar with the series, would be wonderful, plus make my life a heck of a lot easier. ^^
- Unless said otherwise, icons will be gankable. So if you don't want that, let me know.

Gawd, 4am and I'm only waiting until now to post this new completed challenge. My body is going to hate me tomorrow, I'm sure of it. =_='
Satsuki is the subject of this 10variations challenge, mainly because there isn't a lot of icons of her. Which is really disappointing because she is possibly my favourite Dragon of Earth.
And she kind of reminds me of me a little...
And this is a great pic of her. I completed this challenge in less than a day, I just got so into it. And the results I am VERY pleased with, for the most part. :D So enjoy~

My computer had been in the shop getting repaired this week, just before I was able to post this icon batch, which made me rather sadfaced all week. But now it's back, it's time for a celebratory icon post! Today, I am offering 51 icons. More manga colouring (I swear, it is an addiction).

...it's been a while.
54 icons today, a selection of old and new icons to choose from. Mainly coloured manga - I've been attempting to improve my technique, and although there's a lot to learn, it's coming along. If anyone has some good tips for colouring techniques, I would be happy to hear them. But for now, enjoy the icons.
