wizard_icons is just a standard icon community. Anyone is allowed to post, as long as they follow the rules.
Rules
1. Do not post if you have less than 3 icons.
2. If you have 4 icons or more you must put it under a cut.
3. You are allowed to post bases.
4. Do not post icon requests.
5. If you want to post a color bar or any other kind of graphic you must put it under a cut.
6. All icons must be Harry Potter-related.
7. No advertising of events or communities.
Not following the rules will result in the deletion of your post. If you repeat an offense intentionally, you will be banned from the community.
