ObjectivesTo identify the level of Mental Health Status of Adolescents During the COVID-19 Pandem... more ObjectivesTo identify the level of Mental Health Status of Adolescents During the COVID-19 Pandemic among the Bangladeshi Graduate Student at DhakaMethodA cross-sectional survey was conducted with 330 students from different public and Private Universities in Dhaka, Bangladesh between April 01, 2020 and July 31, 2020 amid the COVID-19 lockdown period in Bangladesh. A standard, self-administered online questionnaire consisting of questions on socio-demographic variables, mental health status, as well as stress management sent to the respondents through social networking platforms. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and correlation tests.ResultsThe mean score of mental health status was 2.08 based on four points scale. They felt problem in decision making (3.04), in doing the things well (2.92), in enjoying normal day to day life (2.88), in playing a useful part in life (2.85), in doing their task (2.75), living in perfectly well and in good health ...

Introduction: Jelly fish or jellies are the members of the phylum Cnidaria (Coelenterata), consis... more Introduction: Jelly fish or jellies are the members of the phylum Cnidaria (Coelenterata), consisting of a gelatinous umbrella-shaped bell and trailing tentacles. Sting contains toxic peptide, phospholipase A and histamine-liberating factor. Jelly fish stinging in Bangladesh is rare. Yet, from a management point of view, this epizoonozis might gain importance given the ever-growing popularity of seaside fishering and tourism. We are presenting a case of jelly fish contact illness in Cox's Bazar Medical College. Case Report: A 30 year old male patient was stung by a jellyfish while fishering in the Bay of Bengal near Teknaf of Cox's Bazar District on 3rd Jurne' 2013. A couple of minutes later urticaria were formed in the contact area accompanied by a burning and sore sensation. Within few minutes he developed severe abdominal pain, bodyache and paresthaesia. Immediate decontamination was done by patient himself with sea water though ideally it should be with 5Vo acetrc acid. Routine laboratory investigations show no abnormality except non-significant ST elevation in ECG. The patient was managed conservatively with anffistamine, corticosteroids and antibiotics and recovered completely within four days.

In view of the above, Branches of the Bank have been encouraged to invest their deposits in their respective areas and in particular for the economic upliftment of the rural people. Accordingly, a scheme in the name and style of 'Rural Development Scheme' has been introduced to cater to the investment needs of the agriculture and rural sector to create opportunity for generation of employment and raising income of the rural people with a view to alleviate poverty.

The green Human Resources Management has emerged from companies engaging in practices related to ... more The green Human Resources Management has emerged from companies engaging in practices related to protection of environment and maintaining ecological balance. The slogan is earning profit through environmental sustainability. This paper proposes the development of a model of green human resource management by reviewing the literature on human resource aspects of environmental management. The study followed archival method of literature review. The literature has been classified on the basis of entry to exit processes in the HRM on the basis of available literature on green Human Resources. From the perspective of green human resource management, this study argues that Green HRM can play a useful role in business in promoting environment related issues by adopting and following the processes.
