This study aims to determine the income of farmers from rice field farms in the Mapanget Village Talawaan Sub-district North Minahasa. This study lasted for 3 (three) months from the preparation stage, data retrieval and to the preparation of research. Research location in Mapanget Village, Talawaan Sub-district, North Minahasa. Primary data is obtained through a list of questions that have been prepared, while secondary data obtained from the district office and village office. Based on the research results, the income of paddy field farming managed by respondents in Mapanget village comes from harvest season 1 (one), harvest season 2 (two) and harvest season 3 (three). Wetland paddy farming in Mapanget Village is able to provide benefits and the farming continues to be cultivated even in urban areas.*er*.

This study aimed to determine the income of wetland rice farming in Buyumpondoli Village. The location of the research was purposively determined with 38 respondents selected from 250 farmers using the Slovin formula. The analysis used was the analysis of income. The analysis showed that the average rice production was 4793.51 kg/1.02ha or 4699.52kg/ha. The average revenue of the rice farming was IDR 28,761,081.08/1.02ha or IDR 28,197,138.31/ha with the average total cost of IDR 11,024,175.68/1.02ha or IDR 10,808,015.37/ha and the average income of IDR 17,653,229.73/ha or IDR 17,307,087.97/ha.

The purpose of this research is to find out how large the rice farming is contributed to family income. The research was conducted in December 2018 to January 2019, ranging from preparation to research Report preparation. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary Data is derived from a direct interview with the respondent's farmer. Secondary Data is obtained from the village office of Taratara One, and internet through Google Books and Googlescholars to obtain articles of journal and thesis related to the topic of the research that is contribution of rice field farming to Family income. The sampling method was done intentionally with a total of 25 respondents. The analysis used in this study was a descriptive analysis and used the formula contributions as well as presented in the form of tables. The results showed that rice farming was an average contribution of 22.29% on family income.*eprm*
ANALISIS PENGARUH PAJAK DAERAH TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH ( PAD ) DI KABUPATEN MUSI BANYUASIN
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi pajak daerah, pengaruh pajak daerah terhadap PAD, hambatan dalam memungut pajak daerah serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi PAD. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan dan Aset Daerah (DPPKAD) Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Data sekunder tersebut dikelola menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan variabel independennya berupa pajak daerah dan variabel dependennya berupa Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Hasil menunjukkan antara lain: terdapat peningkatan potensi pajak daerah dan mengalami penambahan objek pajak daerah dari 6 jenis pajak daerah menjadi 9 jenis pajak daerah, pajak daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD, adanya hambatan dalam memungut pajak daerah serta terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi PAD selain pajak daerah. Dalam hal ini sebaiknya DPPKAD Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin agar dapat meningkatkan potensi pajak daerah dan mencari upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam memungut pajak daerah serta tetap memperhatikan dan mempertahankan faktor yang mempengaruhi PAD selain pajak daerah.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of advertising CV. Mubarokfood could be seen from four dimensions EPIC (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact and Communication) and to determine the dimensions of EPIC which most dominan. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, interviews, and recording. The basic method is Descriptive-Analytic. Analysis using the EPIC model. A questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents in the area of Central Stores CV. Mubarookfood and Kudus city. Interviews were conducted with the marketing manager. The results showed that the ads that are presented in the form of print media (Brochure), outdoor media (X-Banner, Billboard, Neonbox, Banner) and electronic media (Radio, Internet). The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of ads based EPIC model shows that the advertising of the CV. Mubarokfood seen from the dimensions empathy obtained an average score of 4.596, the dimensions of persuasion have a score of 4.244, the dimensions of impact have a score of 4.605 and dimensions of communication have a score of 4.471. The third dimension is included in the scale of "effective", except the dimensions of persuasion are included in the "quite effective" only. The value of the average score is highest impact dimension of 4.605. Overall advertising CV. Mubarokfood considered "effective" with an average score of 4.479. That is able to inform, persuade and remind the public in Kudus city, as well as stimulate the awareness, interest and action ends on the purchase.

This research aims to analyze social-economic factors that affect the rice farming income. The study was held in the village of sukorejo, denkorejo, the ponorogo district that was selected on purpose (purposive method). The method of sampling was used randomly by the number of respondents as many as 50 people. Data analytical methods used in this research are the Cobb-Douglas model with the unit output price technique or UOP Cobb Douglas Profit Funtion (UOP-CDPF) . The results of the analysis indicate that a large number of rice farmers in the village of sukorejo are profitable and efficient. Further, it is found that factors that have a real effect on income are the price of urea, the price of phonska fertilizer, and the wages of labor. Factors that have no effect on income are aducation, family members, the price of organic fertilizer, the cost of fertilizer, and medicine. The purpose of this study was to determine and calculate the contribution of upland rice farming income to farmers' income. This research was conducted from September 2021 to November 2021. Primary data were obtained directly from selected respondents at the research location. The sampling method was carried out with a sampling census which made all members of the population as samples, the population in this study was 40 field rice farmers in Taraudu Village. The analysis used in this study is analyzed using the contribution formula and is presented in tabular form. The results of the study showed that upland rice farming contributed 10.72% to farmers' income.
