Organizational Culture in a school and Institution is highly reflects values and norms which is being the vision and mission of the institution in achieving its goals. The suitable culture in its application will have a positive impact in work motivation to improve teachers’ performance better. The good performances of Educators and education staffs will make the achievement results in the organization increase. This analysis used the independent variable of culture organization and work motivation, and independent variable is teacher performance. Research Article The goal of this research is to evaluate the influence of school organizational culture and leadership on the success of teachers. This comprehensive analysis was done at Muara Sugihan State High School in the sub-district. The data collection method used a questionnaire administered to a sample of 59 teachers. The goal of this research is to evaluate the influence of school organizational culture and leadership on the success of teachers. This comprehensive analysis was done at Muara Sugihan State High School in the sub-district. The data were collected using a questionnaire administered to a sample of 59 teachers. The findings of this analysis find 1) there is a positive and significant impact of the school organizational culture on the performance of teachers in the Muara Sugihan District; 2) there is a positive and significant influence of the principal leadership on the performance of teachers in the Muara Sugihan District; 3) there is a positive impact on the success of teachers in the Muara Sugihan District between the ethos of the school community and the leadership of the principal. This paper provides different finding from other paper where the school tends to have good teacher's performance, they should have good organizational culture and principal leadership.
The Influence of Organizational Culture and Principal Leadership Towards Teacher’s Performance

This study determined the effect of organizational culture and principal leadership on teacher performance. This study uses quantitative methods with correlational research. The population of this study was 43 people, namely teachers of public elementary school teachers in Gugus 6, Gelumbang District. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Gugus 6, Gelumbang District; (2) principal leadership has a significant effect on the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Cluster 6, Gelumbang district, and (3) organizational culture and principal leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Gugus 6, Gelumbang District.

Improving teacher performance in an organization or especially in schools is very necessary to be able to produce good performance. The purpose of writing this journal is to determine the factors that can affect teacher performance, where the authors limit the factors of organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction of teachers at SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. The method in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach (deductive). The subject of this research is Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School. The population in this study were the principal, the vice principal in the curriculum sector, the vice principal for student affairs and finally the teachers at the school, with the total population in this study amounting to 67 people. Determination of the number of samples using saturated samples, data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis techniques using parametric statistical tests. Hypothesis testing is done by interpreting the results of the linear regression test. Based on the results of the analysis of funding calculations, it can be concluded that organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction both independently and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School teachers. That is, the better the organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction of the teacher, the better the teacher's performance towards the Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School.

The research aims to analyze the effect of: (1) the ability of the principal to lead on teacher satisfaction at work; (2) organizational culture in schools on teacher satisfaction at work; (3) the effect of the principal's ability to lead on the teacher's motivation to work; (4) the influence of organizational culture in schools on teachers' motivation to work; (5) the influence of the principal's ability to lead on teacher performance; (6) the influence of school culture on teacher performance; (7) the influence of teacher satisfaction at work on teacher performance; and (8) the influence of teacher motivation in working on teacher performance. The research subjects were teachers of State Vocational Schools of Technology and Engineering in Medan City. The sample is 174 people. The research method is path analysis. Based on the hypothesis testing: (1) the ability of the principal to lead on teacher satisfaction at work is 4.8%; (2) school culture on teacher satisfaction at work by 2.3%; (3) the ability of school principals to lead to teacher motivation at work is 7.8%; (4) school culture on teachers' motivation to work by 3.4%; (5) the ability of school principals to lead to teacher performance is 16.2%; (6) school culture on teacher performance by 7.6%; (7) teacher satisfaction at work on teacher performance of 4.6%; and (8) teacher motivation in working on teacher performance by 10.2%. The results showed that the principal's ability to lead, school culture, teacher satisfaction at work, and teacher motivation in working on teacher performance was 59.7%, and the rest was determined by other conditions.

Optimal teacher’s performance is one of the main factors in the student's learning achievement. Therefore, the study of variables that are thought to have an influence on teacher’s performance is very important. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of (1) principal's leadership on teachers’ performance; (2) organizational culture on the teacher’s performance. And (3) principals’ leadership and organizational culture together on the teacher’s performance. The method of the research, is correlational research. The population in this study were teachers of senior high schools in Kepahiang Regency, totally 258 people. Samples were taken by cluster random sampling. The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the correlation between school organizational culture and achievement motivation with the performance of school teachers. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method at MA Miftahul 'Ulum Tuyau. The research findings are: 1. There is a correlation between school organizational culture and performance. 2. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and principal leadership on teacher performance. The research was conducted at the State Junior High School, Makarti Jaya District. This type of research is correlational quantitative. This type of correlational research aims to determine the existence of a cause-and-effect relationship that affects each other and is related to research variables. The study population was 100 respondents with a research sample of 100 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. The results show that: 1) there is an influence of organizational culture on the performance of the teachers of the Makarti Jaya District Middle School, 2) there is an influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of the teachers of the Makarti Jaya District Middle School, 3) there is an influence between organizational culture and the leadership of the principal on teacher performance Makarti Jaya District Junior High School.

This study aims to determine and examine the direct influence of: (1) organizational culture on teacher work motivation; (2) organizational culture on teacher work motivation; (3) academic supervision of teachers' work motivation; (4) academic supervision on teacher performance and (5) work motivation on teacher performance. The population of the study was PAUD teachers in Medan Selayang Subdistrict totaling 141 people. By using the Slovin formula, a sample of 105 people was obtained which was determined by proportionate simple random sampling. The research method is path analysis which aims to test the theory and obtain information about the research. Based on hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is a direct effect: (1) organizational culture on teacher work motivation with 31 > rtable (0.328 > 0.159) and tcount > ttable (3.652 > 1.645); (2) academic supervision of teachers' work motivation with 32 > rtable (0.253 > 0.159) and tcount > ttable (2.813 > 1.645); (3) organizational culture on teacher performance with 41 > rtable (0.270 > 0.159) and tcount > ttable (2,994 > 1.645); (4) academic supervision on teacher performance with 42 > rtable (0.211 > 0.159) and tcount > ttable (2.396 > 1.645) and (5) work motivation on teacher performance with 43 > rtable (0.264 > 0.159) and tcount > ttable (2.822 > 1,645). The results of the study provide an overview of organizational culture, academic supervision, and work motivation which together affect teacher performance by 29.1% and the rest is determined by other conditions.
Background: This research aims to describe Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Teacher Performance in "St. Albertus High School' Malang, analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on work motivation at "St. Albert's High School" Malang, analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at "SMAK St. Albertus" Malang, analyzing the effect of work motivation on teacher performance in "St. Albertus Malang", analyzing the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance through work motivation as an Intervening variable in "St. Albertus Malang Senior High School". Materials and Methods: The number of respondents in this research were 78 people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Results:The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on work motivation, which means the work culture and discipline of teachers will foster motivation from each teacher, organizational culture and work discipline do not have an influence on teacher performance, which means that organizational culture which is already good and the discipline of the teachers does not improve performance but the teachers maintain good work results, work motivation has an influence on teacher performance which means that high motivation can improve performance. And also, there is the influence of Organizational Culture, work discipline on performance teachers through work motivation which means good culture and discipline of each employee will improve the performance of each employee through the motivation of each employee.
