School Organizational Culture and Achievement Motivation With Teacher Performance at MA Miftahul 'Ulum Tuyau School

The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the correlation between school organizational culture and achievement motivation with the performance of school teachers. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method at MA Miftahul 'Ulum Tuyau. The research findings are: 1. There is a correlation between school organizational culture and performance. 2. There is a correlation between achievement motivation and performance. 3. There is a correlation between school organizational culture and achievement motivation with performance. The results of the study implied that in school organizational culture, achievement motivation, quality of performance.

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Teacher Performance at Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School

Improving teacher performance in an organization or especially in schools is very necessary to be able to produce good performance. The purpose of writing this journal is to determine the factors that can affect teacher performance, where the authors limit the factors of organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction of teachers at SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. The method in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach (deductive). The subject of this research is Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School. The population in this study were the principal, the vice principal in the curriculum sector, the vice principal for student affairs and finally the teachers at the school, with the total population in this study amounting to 67 people. Determination of the number of samples using saturated samples, data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis techniques using parametric statistical tests. Hypothesis testing is done by interpreting the results of the linear regression test. Based on the results of the analysis of funding calculations, it can be concluded that organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction both independently and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School teachers. That is, the better the organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction of the teacher, the better the teacher's performance towards the Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School.

The influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance

This research aims to describe the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Air Sugihan. The method used is a quantitative research method with a population as well as a sample of 33 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25,0 Program. The results showed that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance, (3) there is an influence which is positive and significant between teacher work motivation on teacher performance, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance.

The Effect Of Organizational Culture And Working Discipline On Teacher Performance With Motivation As Intervening In Senior High School "Santo Albertus Malang"

Background: This research aims to describe Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Teacher Performance in "St. Albertus High School' Malang, analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on work motivation at "St. Albert's High School" Malang, analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at "SMAK St. Albertus" Malang, analyzing the effect of work motivation on teacher performance in "St. Albertus Malang", analyzing the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance through work motivation as an Intervening variable in "St. Albertus Malang Senior High School". Materials and Methods: The number of respondents in this research were 78 people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Results:The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on work motivation, which means the work culture and discipline of teachers will foster motivation from each teacher, organizational culture and work discipline do not have an influence on teacher performance, which means that organizational culture which is already good and the discipline of the teachers does not improve performance but the teachers maintain good work results, work motivation has an influence on teacher performance which means that high motivation can improve performance. And also, there is the influence of Organizational Culture, work discipline on performance teachers through work motivation which means good culture and discipline of each employee will improve the performance of each employee through the motivation of each employee.

Work environment, work motivation and organizational culture in influencing teachers’ performance

One crucial factor in determining the successes of learning in schools is the teachers’ performances. Teacher’s performance not only determines the learning successes but also the achievements of the organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effects of the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture on the teachers’ performance in the XYZ School. The number of subjects in this study was 82 teachers who taught at the XYZ, both the Primary and Secondary levels. A quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method, in which the Smart PLS application was implemented to process the data, was used in this study. For the data collection, a survey technique using a questionnaire was selected as a research instrument. The results of the data analysis have shown that the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture have positive effects on performance.

The Effect of Teacher Competence, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation on Teachers Performance in SMP Negeri, Mapat Tunggul Selatan Sub-District

Background: This study aims to determine the effect of competence, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and work motivation on teacher performance. This research is motivated by the problem of teacher competence and job satisfaction which is still low, organizational culture that can be indicated as influencing teacher performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on the progress and improvement of the quality of teacher performance at Junior High School in South Mapat Tunggul Sub-district. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. Materials and Methods: Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and interviews. Respondents of this study were 49 teachers of Junior High School in South Mapat Tunggul Sub-district. The sampling method uses the total sampling method where the entire population in this study is used as the research sample. Hypothesis testing is calculated using the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 24.0. Results: From the results of this study it is found that partially competence has a significant effect on teacher performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance, and job satisfaction, organizational culture, and work motivation together have a significant effect on teacher performance. the performance of teachers at Junior High School in South Mapat Tunggul Sub-district.

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Academic Supervision and Work Motivation on PAUD Teacher Performance in Medan Selayang District

This study aims to determine and examine the direct influence of: (1) organizational culture on teacher work motivation; (2) organizational culture on teacher work motivation; (3) academic supervision of teachers' work motivation; (4) academic supervision on teacher performance and (5) work motivation on teacher performance. The population of the study was PAUD teachers in Medan Selayang Subdistrict totaling 141 people. By using the Slovin formula, a sample of 105 people was obtained which was determined by proportionate simple random sampling. The research method is path analysis which aims to test the theory and obtain information about the research. Based on hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is a direct effect: (1) organizational culture on teacher work motivation with 31 > rtable (0.328 > 0.159) and tcount > ttable (3.652 > 1.645); (2) academic supervision of teachers' work motivation with 32 > rtable (0.253 > 0.159) and tcount > ttable (2.813 > 1.645); (3) organizational culture on teacher performance with 41 > rtable (0.270 > 0.159) and tcount > ttable (2,994 > 1.645); (4) academic supervision on teacher performance with 42 > rtable (0.211 > 0.159) and tcount > ttable (2.396 > 1.645) and (5) work motivation on teacher performance with 43 > rtable (0.264 > 0.159) and tcount > ttable (2.822 > 1,645). The results of the study provide an overview of organizational culture, academic supervision, and work motivation which together affect teacher performance by 29.1% and the rest is determined by other conditions.

The Effect of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Achievement Motivation on Teacher Work Commitments in Junior High School of Teladan Timur in Medan

This study aims at describing the efforts to improve teacher performance. The method used in this research is a quantitative, descriptive and verification approach. The type of investigation is kausalitas and Path Analysis techniques with the help of SPSS. The component that becomes a benchmark is the improvement in teacher competency and teacher performance assessment. These two things are called teacher performance inherent in the teacher's functional position in carrying out the main tasks, functions and responsibilities. Early Competency Test is the initial forum for involvement in teacher performance management. Teacher performance management can be seen from Early Competency as a national recognition database, teacher performance appraisal institutions such as Institution of Education Quality Assurance, Universities collaboration on achieving the improvement of teacher performance. The results of this study discuss two programs that influence the organizational culture as an effort to improve the performance of Madrasah Aliyah (Religious Senior High School) teachers in Bengkulu province. The results show that the Madrasah organizational culture has a positive and direct significant effect on teacher performance. Therefore, it can be suggested that if we want to improve teacher performance, we have to improve the work culture organization.

Analysis of The Influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Through Motivation as Intervening Variable (Study on Teachers at State Vocational Schools in Banyumas Regency)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. This type of survey is a quantitative survey because the data used to analyze the relationships between variables is represented numerically or on a numerical scale. A sample of this study was a teacher at Banumas Regency State College, who has worked for at least five years and has already obtained educator certification for as many as 199 staff. The type of data used in this survey is primary data obtained by a data collection method using surveys distributed to respondents. The analytical method used in this study uses PLS-SEM. The results of the survey showed that leadership style and organizational culture had a significant positive effect on motivation. However, the management style does not affect employee performance. Organizational culture and motivation have a significant positive impact on employee performance. Motivation can be used as an intervening variable.
