Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan stres kerja pada anggota polisi Satlantas Polrestabes Semarang. Stres kerja merupakan suatu respon fisiologis, emosional, dan tingkah laku yang dialami anggota organisasi, akibat dari ketidaksesuaian antara tuntutan pekerjaan dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki anggota organisasi. Iklim organisasi merupakan persepsi yang diberikan oleh individu terhadap praktek di lingkungan organisasi yang mencakup kualitas kepemimpinan, kepercayaan, komunikasi, perasaan melakukan pekerjaan yang bermanfaat, tanggung jawab, imbalan yang adil, tekanan pekerjaan, kesempatan, pengendalian terhadap perilaku, struktur dan birokrasi, serta partisipasi karyawan. Anggota kepolisian yang bertugas dilapangan rentang terkena stres kerja yang diakibatkan rendahnya kecerdasan emosi yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan stres kerja pada anggota kepolisian Satuan Lantas Polrestabes Makassar. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kecerdasan emosi dan skala stres kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota satuan lantas polrestabes makassar sebanyak 36 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dalam pengambilan sampelnya, dengan kriteria pengambilan sampel yaitu seluruh anggota kepolisian satuan lantas polrestabes makassar. This research has a purpose was to determine the effect of social support and burnout on police performance at Polrestabes Bandung both descriptively and verification consisting of simultaneous and partial. There is a population of 296 members of the Bandung Police Satsabhara Polrestabes and 75 respondent were abtained using the slovin method, using multiple linier regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. which were tested using SPSS 25 for window application, and police performance are descriptive analysis, it is explained that social support, job burnout, and police performance are in the good category, the results of the verification analysis prove that social support significantly & positively affects police performance, while job burnout significantly & negatively affects police performance, then social support and job burnout simultaneously affect police performance.

The function of the Police that is vulnerable to work stress is the traffic function where the duties of the Traffic Unit include fostering traffic order, law enforcement and traffic order, registration and identification of drivers and motorized vehicles, so researchers want to examine to find out whether there is a relationship between multicultural personality and interpersonal relationships with colleagues with work stress members of the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit. This study used a quantitative method with measuring tools such as the Work Stress Scale, the Multicultural Personality Scale, and the Interpersonal Relations Scale with Colleagues. Study The population of this study were members of the Semarang Police Traffic Unit. The sampling technique for this study used identifiable sampling. The data obtained were then analyzed with multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there is a personality relationship with interpersonal relationships with coworkers and work stress for members of the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit which produces a negative relationship in multicultural personality with work stress. with colleagues with work stress where the higher the interpersonal relationship with coworkers, the lower the work stress, the opposite will result. This means that there is a relationship between multicultural personality and interpersonal relationships with coworkers with work stress members of the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit, and partially there is a very significant negative relationship between multicultural personality and work stress of members of the Semarang Polrestabes Traffic Unit, and interpersonal relationships with colleagues with work stress of members of the Semarang Traffic Police.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran stress kerja pada polisi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan teknik penggalian data melalui wawancara. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan analisis konten. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini melibatkan empat personel polisi di Kepolisian Darah Jawa Barat dari dua direktorat yang berbeda yaitu Direktorat Sabhara (Samapta Bhayangkara) dan Direktorat Reskrimum (Reserse Kriminal Umum). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat stres kerja pada keempat personel dengan faktor penyebab yang berbeda-beda terkait dengan tugas pokok yang berbeda pula. Adapun komponen tersebut diantaranya yaitu beban kerja yang berlebih, resiko cedera dalam pekerjaan, jam kerja yang berlebih, dan tekanan dari masyarakat, serta sumber daya yang tidak memadai.

Type research of analytic observasional with approach of crossectional. Research population all satuan polisi pamong praja distric Sukoharjo and of sampel a number of 50 people with sampling technique of simple sampling random. this Research variable is work load (variable independent) and job stres (variable dependent). data analysis use Product Moment Pearson. Result of research show work load of satuan polisi pamong praja is including moderate category counted 37 people (74%) while job stres including light category counted 43 people (86%) and there are corelation among work load with job stress at satuan polisi pamong praja Distric of Sukoharjo p=0,000 (p<0,005).

Setiap orang pernah mengalami perasaan tertekan atau stres. Stres dapat timbul dari berbagai macam sumber, diantaranya adalah tuntutan. Tuntutan terhadap pekerjaan bisa merupakan sumber stres yang potensial. Sumber stres yang potensial memicu timbulnya stres yang berhubungan dengan peristiwa kinerja maupun psikologis dari pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuaan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh stres terhadap kinerja anggota polri di polres pulau Buru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 85 orang yang dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisis yang di gunakan pada penelitiaan ini adalah uji chi square, dengan variabel yang diteliti adalah stres dan kinerja anggota polri. This study alms to determine the relationship between work family conflict and work stress on police women of Polres OI. This research is a correlation quantitative study. The subjects is 31 police woman. There are hypotheses in this research, there is relationship between work family conflict and work stress of the police woman of the Polres OI. The measuring instrument in this study uses two scales, namely the scale of work family conflict and the scale work stress. Data analysis used pearson product moment analysis by SPSS v.25 for windows. The Purpose of this study is to find out how descriptive description of work stress that occurs in police members. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The dependent variable in this research is job stress. Subject in this study amounted to 44 police officers who joined in 9 units of function on Element Implementation Main Task in the police. The nine unit function are selecte based on purposive sampling method. When data collection is done using a scale method of dissemination developed by the researchers themselves. Reability was obtained for α = 0,956 for work stress scale with 45 items. The result obtained show that work stress ( M = 146,51, SD = 19,69) low on the subject. Known in the unit of Criminal Investigation function, psychological symptoms show more dominant results than other symptoms.
