Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Karya Satria Bekasi

The purpose of this research is to comprehend the influence of leadership and compensation toward employee performance of PT. Karya Satria Bekasi. The used method is analysis descriptive method. Population in this research is 71 office employees and field employees. Data analysis technique exerts double regression with SPSS Program. If it is observed partially, the result is that leadership and compensation variable affect significantly to employee performance of PT. Karya Satria Bekasi, and jointly leadership and compensation affect the performance. Leadership contribution is 50,1%, and the rest 49,9 % is influenced by another factor. Leadership and compensation variable can be used in regression model to predict employee performance.

Gaya Komunikasi Pimpinan Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. White and Blue DI Pekanbaru

Every chief has particular characteristic and different style of communication in managing his/her company. Those three basic system are the styles that should be used by the chief in a company. The goals of this reasearch are to know how communacation styles of the chief in advancing the performance of employess on White and Blue Company in Pekanbaru and what factors which influence the usage of communication style of the chief in advancing the performance of employess on White and Blue Company in Pekanbaru. In this research, the writer uses communication process model. This research uses qualitative methodology. Data collection technique of this research are by observation, interview, and documentation. The analysed data then will be reduced, presented and therefore will result in a general inference. The informen on this research are 10 people selected by using purposive sampling. In order to measure validity of the data, this research uses extension participation and triangulation technique. The result of this research showed that communication style used by the chief in White and Blue Company were family communication and flexible communication which led toward the equalitarian style, whereas the styles family comunication and flexible communication used by the chief on this company were carried out in free. It means that every member of organization can reveal any ideas/concepts or opinions in relax and informal situation. Thereby, the chief can give the employees such comfort situation on company and therefore the performance of the employees can be increased.

Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STIESIA) Surabaya ABSTRACK Employees' performance becomes one of the important aspects in company. Therefore, it needs great effort or supporting factors such as motivation, work dicipline and compensation in order to increase that aspects. Therefore, this research aimed to examine the efect ot motivation, work dicipline and compensation on employees' performance. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used probability sampling, in which all indiviudals within population either separately or in group were given the same opportunity to be sample. In line with, there were 56 employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, branch office Jemursari Surabaya. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research result concluded motivation had positive and significant effect on employees' performance. On the other hand, work discipline had negative and insignificant effect on employees' perfomance. In contrast, compensation had positive but insignificant effect on empolyees' performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, branch office Jemursari Surabaya.

Human Resources is an activity to achieve success in an organization/company. To achieve the goals, targets and the ability to face various challenges, it requires adequate quality of human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Team Work, and Compensation on employee performance at PT. Cun Motor Ponorogo. The sample used in this study were 60 respondents who were employees of PT. Cun Motor Ponorogo. The testing stages used include instrument testing, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. This study resulted in a partial test (t) as follows: Leadership Style (X1) = 0.002, Team Work (X2) = 0.047, and Compensation (X3) = 0.000.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the partial and simultaneous effect of leadership style, communication and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Astra Bima Branch. This study used a census sample technique, namely the entire population of 53 employees of PT. Astra Branch Bima was used as the research sample. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire using a Likert scale, and before being used to collect data, the validity and reliability tests were carried out, then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance is one of the most important factors in an organization, because employee performance is crucial in determining organizational performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance, the effect of job promotions on employee performance, and the effect of compensation and job promotions on employee performance. This research is a descriptive study through a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the employees of PT. MSP Batam as many as 50 employees. The sampling technique uses census techniques, so the number of samples is 50 employees. The results of testing partially the effect of compensation on employee performance is significant, the effect of job promotions on employee performance has a significant effect, and simultaneously the effect of compensation and job promotions on employee performance has no significant effect.
