This paper examines the effect of leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on high schools’ teachers’ performance in Koto Parik Gadang Diateh District. The population of this research is All High School Teachers in Koto Parik Gadang Diateh District. The sampling technique was by using the proportional random sampling method. Questioners were distributed to 100 teachers. Data were analyzed by using path analysis and prosesed with SPSS 24. The results showed that: 1) Leadership had a significant effect on organizational culture, 2) Leadership had not a significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) Organizational culture had a significant effect on job satisfaction 4) Leadership had a significant effect on teacher performance, 5) Organizational culture had a significant effect on teacher performance, and 6) Job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Koto Parik Gadang Diateh District.
Background: This study aims to determine the effect of competence, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and work motivation on teacher performance. This research is motivated by the problem of teacher competence and job satisfaction which is still low, organizational culture that can be indicated as influencing teacher performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on the progress and improvement of the quality of teacher performance at Junior High School in South Mapat Tunggul Sub-district. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. Materials and Methods: Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and interviews. Respondents of this study were 49 teachers of Junior High School in South Mapat Tunggul Sub-district. The sampling method uses the total sampling method where the entire population in this study is used as the research sample. Hypothesis testing is calculated using the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 24.0. Results: From the results of this study it is found that partially competence has a significant effect on teacher performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance, and job satisfaction, organizational culture, and work motivation together have a significant effect on teacher performance. the performance of teachers at Junior High School in South Mapat Tunggul Sub-district.

Improving teacher performance in an organization or especially in schools is very necessary to be able to produce good performance. The purpose of writing this journal is to determine the factors that can affect teacher performance, where the authors limit the factors of organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction of teachers at SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. The method in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach (deductive). The subject of this research is Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School. The population in this study were the principal, the vice principal in the curriculum sector, the vice principal for student affairs and finally the teachers at the school, with the total population in this study amounting to 67 people. Determination of the number of samples using saturated samples, data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis techniques using parametric statistical tests. Hypothesis testing is done by interpreting the results of the linear regression test. Based on the results of the analysis of funding calculations, it can be concluded that organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction both independently and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School teachers. That is, the better the organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction of the teacher, the better the teacher's performance towards the Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, discipline, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and teacher performance at SMP Negeri Bandar Petalangan. Teachers execute their tasks. The quality of education has not changed, and student scores like the average national exam score remain low, indicating a severe issue. Indonesian education quality issues are shared by all groups. This study used multiple linear regression. Multiple regression has multiple study factors with one dependent variable and multiple independent variables. SMAN 25 Kab. Tangerang must enhance teacher performance by addressing leadership, motivation, and job happiness.

Research objectives (1) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction and lecturer performance (2) To analyze the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction and lecturer performance (3) To analyze the influence of motivation on job satisfaction and lecturer performance. (4) To analyze the influence of job satisfaction on lecturer performance. This study used a quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires as many as 260 respondents. The study was conducted from June to November 2021. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of Amos Version 25. And SPSS Version 25. The results of this study showed that: (1) Organizational culture, leadership style and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) Job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance (3) Organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and insignificant effect on lecturer performance. (4) Organizational culture, leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance through job satisfaction.

The teacher performance is determined through competency, including planning, assessing teaching and learning, mastering learning materials, processing, and implementing. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the direct and indirect effect of principal learning leadership, work culture, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at the State Elementary Schools in Banjarmasin Timur Sub-District. A quantitative method and correlation technique was applied to 14 schools with 340 teachers. A random sampling technique was further applied to the total number of teachers collected, producing a sample size of 184 respondents. The data collected from respondents through a questionnaire was then analyzed using descriptive, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and path analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on teacher satisfaction through motivation as a constraint variable. The object of research is the Pelita Kasih Methodist School in Medan. The population in this study were 30 teachers at the Pelita Kasih Methodist School in Medan using the population sampling method. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that leadership and work environment have a significant influence on teacher satisfaction. It is evident that motivation is not able to strengthen or weaken the relationship between leadership and work environment in relation to teacher satisfaction.
Leadership Style of Principal and Organizational Culture Improve Teacher Job Satisfaction

The aim of this study is to explore the empowering of leadership style and organizational culture in increasing the senior high school teacher job satisfaction. The research used a quantitative approach by taking a survey. The affordable population in this study are 146 heads of public and private high schools in East Jakarta. The sampling technique used is a simple random sampling which gets 60 samples from the affordable population of 146. The result shows that the senior high school teacher job satisfaction can be improved by the empowering of leadership style and organizational culture. Strengthening leadership style and organizational culture will improve teaching practices and having teacher real job satisfaction. A combination of leadership style and organizational culture of teachers are required. Finally, teachers conditions for teaching practices are examined at one point in time. The Quality of students will improve if teacher job satisfaction also increases.

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Principal Leadership, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Quality of Education Teacher, simultaneously or partially and find out which of the three independent variables the dominant influence on the Quality of Education. The object of research is limited to the Principal Leadership, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction and Teacher as an independent variable in the quality of education as the dependent variable. The number of samples in this study was 50 teachers. The results showed that the test Hypothesis I accepted that School leadership, motivation and job satisfaction of teachers simultaneously affect the quality of education. It can be seen from the value of F indicates a significant level of 0.00 ˂α 0.05. Hypothesis II accepted that School leadership, motivation and job satisfaction of teachers partially affect the quality of education. It can be seen from the significant value of three independent variable t respectively of 0.047 ≤ α = 0.05, it indicates the working motivation partially significant effect on the quality of education. Uji hypothesis III also accepted that influential teacher job satisfaction dominant the quality of education. It can be seen from the variable beta coefficient greater teacher job satisfaction, namely 0353.
