Konsumsi Beras Organik Pada Tingkat Rumah Tangga DI Kota Yogyakarta

This research was conducted (1) to determine the organic rice consumption patterns in the region of Yogyakarta City (2) to determine the characteristics of organic rice consumed in the region of Yogyakarta City and (3) to identify the factors influencing the demand for organic rice in Yogyakarta City. The basic method for this research is descriptive analysis. The research located in Yogyakarta City were determined through incidental sampling, there were 35 organic rice consumers as respondents. The data was analyzed by multiple linier regression analysis by Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The result showed that (1) there are 3 categories for the consumption patterns of organic rice at the household level in Yogyakarta City, they are routinely, mixed, and occasionally, with the following results: total food expenditure per month 2,1 million rupiahs - 5 million rupiahs (45,71%), the amount of consumption per month is 21-40 kg by the number of family 5-7 members (51,43%), most consumers...

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis neraca beras Indonesia berdasarkan produksi dan konsumsi dalam negeri, (2) menganalisis provinsi-provinsi di Indonesia yang surplus dan defisit beras, serta (3) mengetahui kondisi keseimbangan neraca beras Indonesia terhadap impor dan ekspor beras. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah spasial dengan analisis komparasi keruangan. Variabel yang digunakan untuk menghitung neraca beras pada penelitian ini adalah produksi beras, konsumsi beras, impor beras, serta ekspor beras. Neraca beras di Indonesia selama pada tahun 2011 – 2015 adalah surplus berkisar antara 16 juta hingga 22 juta ton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik konsumen, menganalisis preferensi konsumen dan menganalisis strategi pengembangan atribut produk beras pada masa pandemi covid 19 di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis. Research aims to understand variable influence the price of organic rice, the price of nonorganic rice, chicken egg price, education, income, the number of family members, preference on the organic rice in the city of surakarta and elasticity demand. The basic method used in this research is descriptive and analytical method with survey research technique. The method of determining the location of the research is aimed at Surakarta City. The sampling method used is accidental sampling with 100 respondents. Data analysis used the multiple linear regression analysis. Salah satu kebijakan Menteri Pertanian berkenaan dengan ekspor dan impor beras adalah peningkatan ekspor jenis beras khusus, seperti beras organik. Permintaan pasar global beras organik semakin meningkat, tetapi Indonesia menghadapi pesaing seperti Thailand dan Vietnam. However, the high conversion of agricultural land has caused a decrease of the agricultural land in Pekalongan Regency.
