Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) has brought a great challenge to our society worldwide, which has resulted in the need for mandatory change in almost every aspect of our lives. Undoubtedly, educational practice is one of the most affected issues by this pandemic. At all levels of education, educators have forced themselves to adapt to online learning systems and platforms in a very short time. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the problems educators experienced in online learning practices during COVID-19 pandemic, the changes they expect in educational practices in the post-COVID-19 world and the measures to be taken in education against a potential outbreak in the future. Purpose of Study: Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), deals with Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has instantly spread worldwide, leading to an episode of intense irresistible pneumonia. The COVID-19 pandemic has created a phenomenal change in educational teaching-learning framework globally. Other than financial and social effects, there is a difficulty in adopting new online education systems by stakeholders of academic institutions. Methodology: The review presented here is based on the platinum open access literature focusing on the adoption of the online education system during the current pandemic situation. This compilation of the findings is based on a systematic review published by the scholars of the relevant field of research targeted to opportunities and challenges in adopting ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and online teaching-learning pedagogy. Main Findings: Specifically, school students need to deal with various sorts of ecological, electronic, and mental battles because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic out broken at the late 2019 was reported as a cluster of cases in December at Wuhan, China by The World Health Organization. The pandemic has been lasting about a year claimed more than 55 million cases and 1.5 million of death globally. This has brought into drastic changes in the normal lifestyle of people worldwide, especially into the routine of education field creating many changes into their policies and practices. The Pandemic has disrupted the cl assroom education system and paved a new normal way to online education system. The Information Communication Technologies have provided a rescue hand to bring back the student and teacher communication through online classes to persist the education. The study involves in analyzing the new normal practices at education sector in providing their classes online and the precautionary measures in enhancing the effectiveness of online classes.

ONLINE EDUCATION DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC -TEACHER AND STUDENT PERSPECTIVE -A STUDY

Covid-19 virus affected almost all the countries and caused chaos among the people. Social distancing and wearing a mask has become a necessity. Teaching and learning can't be halted, especially for those who are looking for acquiring jobs or getting admission in best universities. In Traditional system, Face to Face interaction between Teachers can understand the expression of a student and analyze student's level of understanding. Covid-19 has entirely changed the existing system and forced teachers and students to switch on to Online Education. Usage of Information Communication Technology (ICT) tools has been there since many years, tools such as Computers, Audio System, Smart Boards, Over Head Projectors, LCD Projectors etc., are in place which helped the teacher to explain a lesson or topic in a effective manner. It is said "Picture Speaks Louder than Words", i.e., manual based teaching methodology has its own limitations, it is difficult to estimate whether student has gained exact knowledge or not, due to this reason, handmade charts were used which played its role to some extent. In the due course of time, we have been viewing advancement in technology and everyone started using various types of electronic devices and are getting connected with the network. Usage of Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, etc., has become a necessity. Today teachers are utilizing virtual class rooms, taking classes from home. In this paper we try to identify various resources, techniques and methods which can help online learning activity more interactive and effective. Online Learning Implementation during the Covid-19 Pandemic: Teachers’ Perception and Students’ Responses

Technology plays a vital role in education, most currently due to the Covid-19 pandemic, forcing educators to work and students to study from home. This study aims to analyses teachers' perception and students' responses toward the online learning implementation which have undergone for more than one year. The study utilized mixed-method research of quantitative and qualitative, which was conducted by a survey and interview. It involved 37 teachers comprising the full-time and part-time teachers and eight representative students from 4-year levels. There were two instruments used to collect the data, namely questionnaire and interview guide. The findings were analyzed descriptively. First, the results from the questionnaires were presented quantitatively by calculating the percentage and then determined by using theoretical ideal reference assessment. The result of this study proved that most teachers generally had a good perception of the implementation of online learning. Additionally, the students mainly had good responses toward the implementation of online learning. Thus, in the year ahead, this kind of learning is becoming an appropriate model that needs to be implemented maximally with better treatment, especially in a virtual meeting via more synchronous platforms.

The teaching profession has always been complex and dynamic, but now the challenges are posed to a society as a whole by the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of the research was to determine teachers' perceptions of the challenges of conducting online teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic. 413 teachers from Croatia participated in the research. Respondents were distributed according to the level of education at which they work in three groups (primary school teachers - grades 1st to 4th, subject teachers – grades 5th to 8th of primary school, subject teachers - secondary school).
