Thematic Learning Model on Lower Class Student in SDIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin

Thematic learning is one of the integrated learning model that uses themes to link some subjects so as to provide meaningful experiences to students. The purpose of this research is to describe the basic concept of thematic learning model which applied to SDIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin, its implementation and implication. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive phenomenological method. Furthermore the authors use content analysis to analyze information on curriculum documents SDIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. The results of this study are the basic concept of thematic teaching model applied to SDIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin, implementation of thematic learning model including planning, implementation and evaluation. The thematic learning model has implications for teachers, students, textbooks and has implications for facilities, infrastructure, learning resources and instructional media.

Development of Thematic Teaching Materials Based on Local Wisdom in Grade IV Elementary School of North Aceh Regency

In general, teaching materials and learning processes tend to be teacher-centered, while students only listen to what is conveyed by the teacher. So that the teaching materials used have less impact on improving student learning outcomes. From that tendency, researchers took the basis of research on students of Grade V Elementary School in North Aceh Regency with the aim to produce thematic teaching materials products based on local wisdom that are in accordance with the demands of KD / KI in the 2013 curriculum, further to find out the practicality of local wisdom-based thematic teaching materials that have been developed; and to find out the effectiveness of thematic teaching materials based on local wisdom that has been developed. The purpose of this study is to analyses the planning, implementation and constraints of thematic learning based on local wisdom in the new normal period in elementary schools. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of thematic teaching materials based on local wisdom values in improving the learning outcomes of grade IV students. This research was conducted in elementary school, Palipi district, Samosir regency. This research method is development research. The aims of the study is to find out the development of thematic learning materials based on scientific approach. The data was conducted in the IV grade student of SD Negeri 094151 Sipanganbolon Academic Year 2018/2019, the sample taken from 30 students. The result shows that the feasibility assessment by material experts obtained an average score of 3.27 and 81.94% (Very good), the feasibility assessment by linguists obtained an average score of 3.56 and 89% (Very good), the feasibility assessment by design experts obtained an average score of 3.4 and 85% (Very good).
