We commonly read in the Newspaper about the poaching of the Trees in forest such as Red and white Sandalwood trees, Mahogany, Malabar neem, Burma teak and CP teak etc taking place across the globe. Since the purpose of these trees are more, and also the cost of those trees is also huge. By selling the woods of such trees, a large amount can be earned and therefore the smuggling of such trees may take place which is considered to be an illegal act and also affects the growth of the country. In order to prevent the illegal smuggling of these trees some necessary measures are to be undertaken. The goal is to design a system which restrict the smuggling and save theses valuable trees so that ecosystem is under balanced state by preventing deforestation. The system uses the WI-FI module and android application from which we can find the location of the tree where the poaching is done. The system also uses a chip (board) on which various Wireless sensor devices (such as sound sensor, vibration sensor, metal detector and Temperature/Humidity Sensor) are embedded and which are controlled through IoT. These sensors monitors and controls the parameters like tilting, burning and cutting of the trees, and these are continuously updated on Blynk Android App installed in Smart phone.

Now-a-days most important tress such as sandal wood. Teak in forest are pirating, leads to serious threat to forest resources, causes significant impact like economic damage and ultimately devasting effect on the environment all over the world. These trees are utilized in medicinal sciences, beautifying agents which make it as expensive and pitiful. So, we need to limit pirating by carrying some preventive estimates. As a part of preventive measures we have built up a framework, ensure limit sneaking. The microcontroller based on anti-poaching system employing WSN technology, which is capable of detecting theft by monitoring the vibrations produced by the cutting of trees/branches. Using a three axis MEMS accelerometer. Info can be uploaded by using microcontroller along with PC. In remote monitoring applications. Widely used technology is WSN.
IRJET- AUTONOMOUS SYSTEM FOR PROTECTION OF VALUABLE TREES FROM SMUGGLING USING ZIGBEE

In recent years poaching of valuable trees has been extremely increased. The purpose of this paper is to design an autonomous system which is useful for protecting forest areas. The poaching and illegal movement of commercial trees like sandal woods, teak, sag wan etc., is also reason in reducing forest flora and fauna. The suggested system will consist of two units sensing unit and monitoring unit at forest area. The sensing unit has an electronic division which consist of microcontroller, four sensors, ZigBee module, GSM , RF transmitter and receiver. This sensing unit will give information to the monitoring unit, which has a personal computer. The authorized person receives the information from monitoring unit will take action to provide security of trees.
IRJET- WSN BASED ANTI INTRUDE ALARM SYSTEM FOR TREES IN FOREST

The proposed system is all about smuggling of trees like sandal, sagwan, red sandal. These trees are very costly as well as less available in the world. To restrict such smuggling of and save the forests around the globe some preventive measures need to be developed. This paper designuses three different sensors namely, temperature sensor(to detect forest fires),sound sensor(for effective detection and illegal logging of trees i.e., sound generated while axing the trees is sensed). Data generated from these three sensors is continuously monitored by the forest officials with the help of Blynk server and Blynk app over the wifi module. A buzzer is activated when their conditions are violated. A water pump is also activated to put off the forest fires. Output devices are activated through relay switch. Forest officials notify when any event occurs so that appropriate action can be taken.

In the past few years, trespassing into protected forest areas to smuggle assets of the forests like wood, meat which garner a high value in the market has become a very common site. To secure and monitor acres and acres of widely spread forest area is indeed a herculean task. Therefore, implementing the concept of "Internet of things", a system is proposed that could combat this issue where the environmental crisis is at peak. "Internet of things" is a system that interacts through the Internet of computing devices embedded in everyday items, allowing them to receive and send data. The system proposed here is to build a framework which can be utilized to limit smuggling. The structure framework utilizes four sensors that are-PIR sensor, temperature sensor, sound sensor and vibration sensor. In addition to the sensors, a PI camera is proposed to the system to monitor actions around the device's perimeter and they are all mounted on Raspberry pi. Information created from these sensors are constantly sent over the network to the officials using a Wi-Fi module over the cloud.

In India The jungles of Karnataka and Tamilnadu, the notorious smuggler "Virrappan did the smuggling of such trees for many years. To restrict such smuggling of and save the forests around the globe some preventive measures need to be developed. Because of huge amount of money involved in selling of such trees lot of incidents are happening of cutting of trees. In this context we are supposed to provide a protection to the trees which can be used to restrict this smuggling. The purpose of this project is to save valuable trees which have high demand in market like teak, sandalwood, etc.
IRJET- Implementation of a Forest Monitoring and Alerting System

In many parts of India where sandalwood-a priced commodity is grown, illegal chopping, and smuggling of trees has become a big menace since the past few decades. This has led to a drastic loss in the tree population as well. To tackle this, a forest monitoring and alerting system is essential. Currently, monitoring mostly takes place manually by guards in many areas. This is a very tedious and inefficient task. In the proposed paper this problem is solved by creating a network of sensors with a controller forming a node and sending the data to a more powerful central station which is the Raspberry Pi. Data from the multiple sensors is collected at the controller present at the node. This data is then transmitted to the central station where the data will be processed. The code at the central station will include the conditions when an alert has to be sent. The concerned officials are notified through an E-mail and a webpage will also be used to view the status of the sensors. This model is an efficient way of reducing human interference and error involved in the surveillance of large areas, thereby reducing the problem of illegal chopping of trees.

Henceforth, we have to secure the trees to save our environment. The smart forest system gives some element to shield the tree from different perilous like unlawful or unapproved cutting of the tree, fire because of lightning, intestinal fires, awful nature of the dirt. With the assistance of IoT sensors and algorithm, we can get the live status of the forest. This system will diminish the expense of support of the tree to give ongoing information to approve Government Department.
IoT based Anti-Poaching System for Trees and Wildlife Monitoring System in Remote Area

These days we see a lot of news about how smuggling/theft of most important trees such as sandalwood, sagwan in forests, poses a serious threat to forest resources, and also brings about an economical damage as they are poached for their medicinal values. Even wildlife is endangered due to their differential cost in the wet markets. This project is based on IoT technology and also follows WSN principles to obtain a client-server model. A network of sensors is used in each node (also known as the client) to monitor the surrounding behavior of the trees which detects forest fires and anti-poaching. Each node connects to several other nodes via routing protocols communicating to each other and the status (data) of the sensors is constantly collected by the client. If the monitored data is above the threshold, it immediately sends a notification to the server which will send the message to interconnected servers. This goes on until it reaches the concerned authority along with the node's location using a GPS module via the internet. A similar principle adheres to the Animal section. The health of the animal is monitored where, if the temperature of the animal goes beyond the threshold value, the connected node sends a notification to the server and so on until it reaches the concerned authority along with the RFID tag and location of the animal using RFID module and GPS module via the internet.

The motive for this task is to organize the enemy of the most important robbery structure in the Protected Forest regions. The theft and illegal development of commercial trees such as Sandalwood, Teak, Sagwan, etc. have been a concern. It is also a breakdown of Forest Flora and animals. As concerned citizens our belief system is to resist such exercises through the latest developments. These trees are the largest and most inaccessible in the world. This is used in medical science and in addition beauty care products. Due to the large titanic value of the money associated with the supply of piles of trees that occur in deforestation and their subtlety. Joining such allocations and saving forested areas around the world in a particular conservation effort should be passed. We conclude such a structure that can be used to bind this assignment.
