Classroom communication is very important in teaching-learning as it is the chief means by which the teacher and the students work together. Effective teaching and communication are synonymous, for, good teachers are clear communicators and good communicators are effective teachers. Our society today has a vast array of modern media of communication. These modern media are among the tools, the education profession uses to mould and shape human minds. Good teaching, in fact is intercommunication. There must be reaction and interaction with constant feedback.

It will help in further improvement in his behaviour and enhance teaching effectiveness. Communication is an imperative part of the teaching process. It establishes teacher and taught accord. A teacher motivates, oversees and inspires students to attain and accomplish their targets. His effectiveness depends upon his abilities to communicate well. Communication can predominantly be characterized in two ways: Verbal Communication and Nonverbal Communication. Effective communication skills square measure extremely necessary for a tutor in transmission of education, classroom management and interaction with students in the class. Communication is that the art of transmission info, ideas and attitudes from one person to another. Communication and its advancement are vital to modern civilization. Human beings need to communicate with his fellow beings. LOUIS A. ALIEN has defined communication as: "Communication is the sum of all the things that one person does when he wants to create understanding in the mind of other. It is bridge of meaning. It involves a scientific and continuous method of telling, listening and understanding." Communication is an indispensable part of the process of teaching. It establishes teacher and taught relationship. A teacher motivates guides and inspires students to accomplish their goals. His effectiveness depends upon his abilities to communicate well. Communication can broadly be characterized in two ways: Verbal Communication and Nonverbal Communication. Verbal Communication Verbal communication involves the use of symbols that generally have universal meaning for all those who are taking part in the process. Verbal communication may be spoken or written. These spoken or written verbal symbols square measure called language. Additionally, verbal communication is highly structured and uses formal rules of grammar. Non Verbal Communication All human communication that is neither spoken nor written is called 'nonverbal'. Nonverbal behaviour is generally expressed either consciously or unconsciously through signs, actions, object, language, symbols or gestures. Teaching behaviour is an act of the teacher which occurs in the context of classroom interaction. Teachers behave in numerous ways in which and, therefore, there are different types of classroom interactions. Techniques of interaction analysis have been helpful in the analysis of teaching behaviour.

This study aimed to analyze teachers' and students' opinions on didactic communication, for optimizing this process. The investigation question was: are there any disputes between teachers and students about the message transmission/reception in didactic communication? The answer is yes, there is a dispute about the communication process in formal school: teachers see the factors influencing communication as related to students' preparation and students, to the teacher's personality; the dominant language is verbal for teachers and nonverbal for students, etc. Didactic communication can be optimized if the disputes of the stakeholders in education will be brought to a common denominator.

Effective Communication A Tool for Improvement of Secondary

Communication remains a unique instrument that integrates management functions in an organization. This explains why communication is inevitable and indispensable in the school system for effective management. This paper examined how communication aids managers of secondary schools in carrying out their duties effectively. Meaning and avenues of communication as well as communication flow were discussed. Road blocks to communication and active listening as a means of promoting a closer, more meaningful relationship between the staff and students towards school improvement were considered. It was concluded that communication is an important ingredient and vital instrument in any given organization and a good school principal should bear in mind that the success of the school is determined by his effective management of the school. It was also recommended, among others, that the channel of communication needs to be modern, effective and as personal as possible if management of large organizations such as the school is to maintain close ties with teachers and encourage maximum performance.

THE DOMINANT MODEL OF COMMUNICATION IN TRADITIONAL TEACHING AND MODERN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS
The traditional school system included adopting as much information without critical thinking while modern school tends to democratic education that is focused on the development of individual abilities of each student and to develop his critical thinking. In traditional teaching communication the teacher dominates. Such is the autocratic communication which was reflected in a bossy role of teachers while in modern teaching the emphasis is on the student's role and the democratic communication. In pursuing the goal of non-experimental empirical research that we set in our study, we found that there is a statistically significant connection between interpersonal communication in teaching and students' success, and that those students whose teachers mostly used the democratic model of communication in teaching achieved statistically significantly better school achievements than those students whose teachers use mainly the autocratic model of communication. The survey was conducted in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Herzegovina-Neretva Canton) and a sample of 423 respondents (322 students and 101 teachers of primary schools). Through the results, contents and messages of this paper we have tried to make you aware of the importance of this segment of communication in the learning process and as such to make it the subject of everyday questioning and continuous work that should lead to its improvement, and thus to improving the quality of the entire educational process.
