Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada Koperasi Berkah Makmur. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Human resources are one of the important elements for a business or company to run well. Therefore, companies need to manage human resources as well as possible. PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. is one of the largest finance companies in Indonesia in terms of assets and operational network. The company focuses its business activities on automotive and non-automotive financing, which consists of financing for four-wheeled vehicles (cars), financing for vehicle collateral, as well as leasing for heavy equipment, machinery and others. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of leadership style, training and motivation on the performance of employees of PT BFI Finance Surabaya Branch. This research is a quantitative research. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 95 employees of PT BFI Finance Surabaya Branch as the research sample. The independent variables consist of leadership style (GK), training (P), motivation (M) and employee performance (KK). The sampling method is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests, while the method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable leadership style, job training and work motivation had a significant effect on the employee performance of PT BFI Finance Surabaya Branch.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style (7 items) as an exogenous variable / free, work motivation (3 items) and Employee Performance (3 items) as an endogenous variable / tied to the Vocational School (SMK) Telekomunikasi Sandhy Putra Banjarbaru South Kalimantan. The study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 63 people , taken a sample of 58 people. In this study used a questionnaire to reveal the variables that influence the decision of the respondent. Instruments of each item statement was measured using a Likert scale of measurement that uses an interval scale 1-5. Point 1 to 5 are level scores for each statement. The results of the questionnaire first tested the validity and reliability. Further analysis conducted inferential statistics that aims to test the influence of transformational leadership style variable (X1), work motivation (X2) on the performance of the employee (Y) as well as to test the hypotheses that have been formulated in this study. This study used path analysis method to examine the contribution that each pathway is indicated by the coefficient of the path diagram of causal relationships between variables X1, X2 on Y. correlation and regression analysis which is the basis of the calculation of the path coefficients. In the calculations using the tools of SPSS for Windows version 21. The results showed that transformational leadership style variable to variable indirectly affect work motivation, work motivation variables directly influence employee performance variables. transformational leadership style variable to variable indirectly affect employee performance, transformational leadership style independent variable has no direct effect on employee performance through workplace motivation.

Kinerja karyawan merupakan komponen penting penilaian kualitas kerja perusahaan yang diwujudkan dari hasil kerja karyawan. Sejumlah hal yang perlu diperhatikan agar karyawan memiliki kinerja yang optimal adalah perusahaan harus memperhatikan faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BPR Balaguna Perasta, Klungkung. This research was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on performance of employee mediated by work motivation variables. This type of reseaarch is explanatory with a quantitaiive approach. The data used were primary data that obtained and collected through direct survey using questionnaires to respondents. Proportional random sampling method was used in this research. The participants were 109 employees of PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation-Palm Oil Mill (GMP-POM). Explanatory methods and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were used to explain between variables. In analyzing the data, this research evaluated the measurementt model (Outer model), structuraal model (Inner model), goodness of fit, and hypotheses tested using Bootstrapping. The results of this research indicated that the transformational leadership style has a significant positiive effect on work motivation. The transformatiional leadershiip style has a posiitive and not signifiicant effect on employee performaance, meanwhile, work motivatiion has a significant positiive effect on employee performaance. This research also proved that work motivatiion successfully mediated the effect of transformational leadership styles on employee performaance from insignificant positive to significant positive.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpian dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Bank BTPN Cabang Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagi kuesioner kepada 32 responden pegawai Bank BTPN Cabang Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, berdasarkan uji statistik t, nilai t hitung untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan 3.233 > t tabel 1,695 dan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. Sedangkan variabel Motivasi 5,637> t tabel 1,695 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai
