Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Untuk Meningkatka Keterampilan Belajar Siswa

Artikel ini ditulis untuk memberikan gambaran tentang layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan keterampilan belajar siswa kelas X MIA 8 SMA Negeri 1 Kudus. Untuk maksud tersebut penulis menggunakan metode observasi yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif prosentase dengan cara membandingkan skor hasil penghitungan dari kondisi awal hingga siklus kedua sehingga peningkatan keterampilan belajar melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siswa kelas X MIA 8 SMA Negeri 1 Kudus dapat diukur dan diketahui dengan valid dan tepat. Layanan bimbingan kelompok ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil, dari 11 subjek penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan belajar siswa rata-rata 12. Dengan peningkatan keterampilan belajar ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa dalam mencapai prestasi yang optimal.

The purpose of this research was to improve students' motivation using group guidance services. The method used was pre-experimental with one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects were eight students who had low learning motivation. Data collection techniques use Motivation Scale Learning. The results showed that students' motivation could be enhanced by using group guidance services. The analysis of the data using different Wilcoxon test, from the pretest and posttest results obtained z output < z tabel (-2.530 <1,960) Ha was accepted, and Ho was rejected. Salah satu faktor penunjang keberhasilan belajar yang ditinjau dari siswa yaitu motivasi .Salah satu faktor penunjang keberhasilan belajar yang ditinjau dari siswa yaitu motivasi. The purpose of this research was to know the increasing of student's study motivation by using group guidance service. This research used experiment method with one group pretest-posttest design. Subject of this research was eight students which had the low study motivation. The data collecting technique in this research was used the study motivation scale. The result of this research shown that study motivation could be increased by group guidance service, This could be looked from data analyzed of pretest and posttest that shown that Z output =-2,533and Z tabel 0,05 = 4, Because Z output < Z tabel so that Ha was be received. It mean that the low study motivation school students in the tenth grade of MAN 1 Krui Lampung Barat in year 2012/2013 could be increased by group guidance service.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penyesuaian sosial siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Loghia melalui bimbingan kelompok. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pre eksperimen dengan desain one-grup pre-test post-test. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket penyesuaian sosial. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Wilcoxon signed rank dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05 diperoleh P=0,05 diperoleh Pvalue = 0,012. Pvalue ˂ α (0,012 ˂ 0,05) dengan demikian H0 ditolak. The purpose of this study is to determine group guidance services in increasing student self-confidence. This research method uses literature review method from previous research. The subjects of this study are some of the results of previous research which are in accordance with the variables discussed in this research. From the results of research group guidance services can be used as an effort to increase student self-confidence, this is evidenced by a change in the subject after the implementation of group guidance (previous literature review). Based on the results of the study that had been done, it was found that through the group guidance technique the students' self-confidence began to build. This article discusses about autonomy to solve their learning problem. The students need a autonomy to solve their learning problem. Group guidance can be used to improve autonomy to complete the learning problem. This research was aimed at disclosing the influence of group guidance service to improve autonomy to solve the learning problem. An experimental research pretest and posttest control group design was utilized to test whether group guidance can better improve autonomy to complete the learning problem. The findings of this research were: (1) there is a significant difference between post test and pretest of the experiment group on autonomy to complete the learning problem. (2) there is no difference on the pre and post test of the control group students on autonomy to complete the learning problem. (3) there is a significant difference on autonomy to complete the learning problem between experiment group and control group.

ENGLISHThis Classroom Action Research is triggered by the existence of students from Public High School 2 in Pati who did not continue their education to higher education due to social problems that became obstacles for them in planning further studies. The purpose of this study was to improve further study planning in class XII IPA, Public High School 2 in Pati in the Academic Year conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. In each cycle includes several stages: the formation stage, the transitional stage, the activity stage and the termination stage. The results of the study showed that there was an increase for students in their advanced study planning. This can be found that in the initial conditions of students experiencing social problems are 10 children, it became 5 children in cycle 1 and in cycle 2 as many as 0 children.
