The Impact of Training on Banks Employee Performance

The main aim of conducting this research work is to explore the impact of Training on Employees Performance in the banking industry in Palestine. The Data for this study were collected from the permanent staff working in banks in Palestine through a questionnaire designed to achieve the objectives of this study as the main instrument to gather the primary data; 10 banks have been selected for this purpose. The result shows that there is a significant relationship between Training Material and Employee Performance, and also a significant relationship between Training Delivery and Employee Performance, while the study revealed that there is no significant relationship between (Training Design and Training Content) and Employee Performance. The researcher recommended banks to focus on giving useful and easy to read and see the material, handouts, and activities in training. Moreover, Banks should consider focusing on training that best helps employees in applying and learning various types of knowledge and skills, providing clear instructions for all activates, and providing trainings with reasonable time duration.

Impact of Training on Employee Performance (Banking Sector Karachi)

The purpose of this research is to determine factors that impact training in banks of Karachi and how they affect employee performance. The study observe that how training needs establish, how effective the training methods of banks and their influence of employee performance. Literature review revealed that training is one of the key element that help employees to gain knowledge and confer motivation ad satisfaction. Training enhance skills and abilities of employees. Through training employee learn teamwork and integrity. On the other hand, it also contribute positively towards development of employee performance along with other factors. The research conclusively find that training affects the performance of employees in banks of Karachi. This is indicate by the training framework which is designed to achieve organization strategic goals. Data was collected from Banks of Karachi. Random sampling technique is used by researcher to gather responses from 100 employees through questionnaire. Analysis is done by regression and correlation technique. The findings of research have shown that the factors of training have positive impact on employee performance of banks of Karachi.

The Important of Training and its Impact on the Performance of Employees in Banking Sectors (Abu Dhabi – UAE) to Rise Efficiency

The study aims at measuring the impact of human resource management practices on creativity and innovation with the presence of competencies as an intermediary variable. The study highlights the importance of human resource management practices for UAE banks and explores the role of human resource management practices in enhancing the creativity and innovation of employees. To achieve this goal, six UAE banks were selected as a study area. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of 150 respondents. The analytical, descriptive method was used for analysis. Data analysis and testing were carried out using SPSS. Some of the most important outcomes of this study are: Human resource management practices such as compensation and benefits, employment, empowerment and human resources planning have a positive impact on innovation. Compensation, benefits, employment, training and development, also have a positive effect on creativity. Human resource management practices have a positive impact on training. The study recommends that giving the UAE banks the priority of human resource management practices is of great importance in their dimensions according to the scale of human resource management practices that are interested in achieving innovation and creativity for employees within the banks. The further studies are suggested related to human resources management practices and creativity and innovation because of their impact on achieving competitive advantage.

The aim of the paper is to analyze the impact of training and development practices on employee performance. The study adopts descriptive research design and it imbibes both primary and secondary data. Convenience sampling method is applied for collecting the data through administering a structured questionnaire. The sample size for the study is 300. Statistical tools like Pearson Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis and ANOVA were applied to test the proposed alternate hypothesis. The study concludes that Training and Development Practices have a positive influence on employee performance in the Omani Banking Industry

EFFECT OF TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF COMMERCIAL BANKS IN BURAO DISTRICT;SOMALILAND

Abstract The effect of training on the performance of employees had been discussed broadly in the literature by scholars with different outcomes. The purpose of the current study is to examine the effect of training on achievement in commercial banks in the Burao district of Somaliland. The study is an explanatory through a cross-sectional survey; with sample of two hundred fifty-one (251) has been selected from the target population of 645 from five commercial banks. The current study has measured 33 items; of which 21 of them corresponded to employees’ performances (dependent variable) and 12 of them belonged to the effect of training (independent variable). Descriptive analysis of the overall status of training and overall level of employees’ performances indicated an average mean of 3.13 and 3.29 respectively and was satisfactory. Moreover; a positive significant correlation of 0.653 was observed between training and employees’ performances. With Linear regression; the values of R2 indicated (0.601); this shows training positively affected employee’s performance. And was statistically significant P (.000). Further scientific studies on the phenomena were recommended.
