Students agree that their parents be informed about their education and personal status at UACh; in order to decrease academic lagging behind, academic failure and low efficiency, they recommend counseling, mentoring and psychological counseling, among other suggestions. For the design, implementation, and operation of tutoring at UACh, the views of students as a reference guide as to the most efficient actions should be taken into account.
