A Study of Redundancy of Time Dilation in Theory of Relativity (original) (raw)

An Analysis of the Basic Principles of Relativity and the Elaboration and Demonstration of Different Space-Time Concepts

Through a brief analysis of the basic principle of relativity, it is found that there is a contradiction in principle between general relativity and special relativity in solving the specific problem of the clock moving around the earth, and one of them must be wrong. Through comparative analysis of five physical phenomena and experiments, it is proved that there are serious problems in the space concept of relativity theory and classical physic. At the same time, the different concept of absolute airspace is further expounded and demonstrated, and the related space-time physical phenomena and experiments are perfectly explained by this concept. According to this idea, a new time transformation relation is deduced and its correctness is demonstrated. It is proved that the principle of special relativity and special relativity are wrong, and a series of physical laws and physical explanations generated by special relativity may also be wrong, and a series of amendments or new interpretations need to be made.

A Critical Analysis of Time Dilation

TIJER, 2024

Time is the part of consciousness, and not the part of the so-called "Spacetime" created especially for Special Relativity Theory (SRT) by Albert Einstein and extended for General Relativity Theory (GRT) by welding time and space together and making time rge fourth dimension of Einstein's new aether. A New Dimension to Time Dilation

In this theoretical paper hypothetical situations and instruments were used to form, analyse and derieve an expression with the objective of filling loopholes in einstein's theory of time dilation [1,2,3,4,10,12]. Time dilation as presented by albert einstein in 1905 is one of the most experimented and reviewed topic. time dilation states that time slows down in a moving object which is given by. ᵟí µí²•' = ᵟí µí²• √ 1 − í µí±£ 2 í µí± 2 Where: ᵟt'=dilated time elapsed v = speed of moving object ᵟt = actual time elapsed c = speed of light in vacuum The explanation and expression of time dilation works only when vacuum is the medium of object propagation. but, when a medium other than vacuum is present, then this equation falls short of an important factor that is, optical density [8,9]. My research paper here, presents an expression to measure time dilation considering this missing factor. light beam clocks [5,6,7] and the concept of closed and bounded systems have been used as a link connecting optical density to the original theory of time dilation. the new derivation has a potential to reduce errors in measurements in calculations which use the formula for time dilation.

Special theory of relativity postulated on homogeneity of space and time and on relativity principle

In Special Theory of Relativity time is considered to be the 4 th dimension of space -time as a consequence of Lorentz invariance and Minkowski metric, in turn based on the invariance of light speed c. In this paper we'll show that, starting only from universal postulates as homogeneity of space and time and Principle of Relativity, we can obtain space and time transformations (as the Lorentz and Tangherlini -Selleri ones) characterized by an invariant speed generally different than c. These results determine crucial difficulties in the assumption of Minkowski metric and consequently in the interpretation of physical time t as the 4 th component of space -time, also introducing a "relativity" feature in the velocity of light c in vacuum being no longer considerable as a necessarily universal invariant quantity and depending on the physical properties of space which originate from quantum vacuum. A novel interpretation of time, coherent with these results, defined as duration of material change in space, i.e. motion, is finally proposed.

Review of the Theory of Relativity

Journal of Applied Sciences …, 2008

This study is a review of the theory of relativity. Einstein devised the special theory of relativity in 1905. In special relativity Einstein kept some ideas in his subconscious mind which was very important for the modification of physics. Einstein mentioned in special relativity that the mass of a body increases with an increase of the motion of the body . In fact Einstein recognized acceleration instead of momentum unknowingly. This idea was not incorporated in special theory of relativity. Classical mechanics was founded on rectilinear principles of motion. But Einstein observed that space-time is curved and all motions are curved . Einstein had an attempt to establish the curvilinear principle in physics but he could not complete his works. In Time Dilation and Length Contraction Einstein developed some concepts with a number of anomalies. Actually time dilates and contracts due to the fluctuation of gravitational influence in different space-time. In principle of equivalence Einstein explained the gravitational and inertial mass are the same . But this explanation of principle of equivalence needs more elaboration. Body possesses definite shape, size and density but it can only express mass with the help of gravitation. Beyond the gravitational field body is unable to express mass. This idea is not incorporated with the theory of principle of equivalence. Einstein formulated the general theory of relativity in 1915 combining special relativity, accelerated frame, principle of equivalence and gravitational fields. Einstein put forth three experiments for the proofs of the general theory of relativity. But the general theory which are based on assumptions beyond the principle of equivalence are not well substantiated .

A Complete Simplified Theory of Gravity and Time Dilation

Unpublished, 2020

This paper will show: The 100% correlation between Quantum Wave Amplitude and Gravity. The 100% correlation between Gravitational Potential and Time Dilation. Why time dilation as the cause of gravity makes sense. How quantum wave intensity leads to time dilation. How this is radiated outwards from the gravitational body. How gravity behaves more like a weather low pressure system than the standard bowling ball on a trampoline model of warped spacetime. How quantum wave amplitude leads to the swelling of space particles, leading to time dilation. How time dilation led to the big bang and the expansion of the universe. The unification of kinetic and gravitational time dilation.

The Implications of Relativistic Time Dilation on the Nature of Physical Time: A Non-Newtonian Interpretation of Special Relativity

KronoScope, 2006

The Theory of Relativity, in both the Special and General cases, possesses profound inferences concerning the nature of time as a physical component of universal structure, and not as either an abstract concept or a universal entropic progression as is commonly perceived. While the time-slowing observations of what is known as Relativistic "time dilation" are well documented, the temporal interpretations of such dilation effects were critically affected by a Newtonian view of universally invariant time. Consequently, the most sophisticated interpretations of time dilation were parasitically molded by archaic views of physical time and have remained essentially unchallenged for a century, inhibiting any attempts to functionally integrate the observations of Relativity with Newtonian Mechanics. By freeing relativistic observations from the limited paradigm of Newtonian temporal concepts, an alternative, robust interpretation of Special Relativity, one acting in concert with the actions of bodies as described by Newtonian Mechanics, is produced and discussed.

A Review on Theory of Relativity

In this paper we are going to take a review on Einstein's theory of relativity. The theory of relativity of relativity is gives the relation between energy and mass. The theory of relativity is divided into two parts. One is special theory of relativity and another is general theory of relativity. The theory relates to speed, time, and mass mainly. Albert Einstein special theory of relativity is proposed in 1906. Where, the general theory of relativity is proposed in 1916. The special theory of relativity is based on mainly concept of speed of light where, general theory of relativity is based on gravity and curvature in space time.
