Analiza Asigurării Cu Resurse Umane Ca Potențial Economic Al Entității

In the context of current technological, social and economic changes, entities face several challenges aimed at further developing the key role of supplier of high quality products and services. These include the need to meet future consumer demands and develop production processes that increase labor productivity and reduce costs. Adequate and qualified human resources are essential to ensure quality production and implement more efficient production processes based on new technologies. As a result, the analysis of human resources is essential to achieve the economic-financial objectives of the entity and to enable the entities to face current and future challenges. The present paper provides an analysis of human resource provision through the lens of quantitative, qualitative and structural changes made within the entity. At the same time, the method of analyzing the stability of human resources through indicators of labor force fluctuation and circulation was exposed.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused immense disruption worldwide through its devastating impact on public health, employment and livelihoods. Governments, workers and employers around the world took immediate action to address the crisis, preserve jobs and protect incomes, although these measures varied in scale and generosity. Although such measures were crucial in mitigating the crisis, all countries experienced a sharp deterioration in employment and national income, which exacerbated existing inequalities and risked long-term "scarring" effects on workers and enterprises. Following these events was the multilateral political response to intervene to address social fragility and inequality.

Curricula De Studii Europene Din Romania. Aplicabilitate Pe Piaaa Muncii (European Studies Curricula in Romania applied on the Labor Market)

Studiul de faţă face parte dintr-o cercetare mai amplă ce vizează dezvoltarea curriculei de studii europene din România. Lucrarea de faţă s-a născut din dorinţa de a răspunde întrebărilor studenţilor care doresc o formare în domeniul studiilor europene, dar şi celor care îşi pun problema aplicabilităţii acestor studii pe piaţa muncii. Lucrarea nu pretinde a fi exhaustivă. Se doreşte, însă, reflectarea unei stări de fapt şi a unei realităţi existente, o inventariere a resurselor actuale şi constituie un instrument de lucru capabil să reflecte o nouă abordare şi o dinamică a nevoilor în învăţământul universitar românesc, vizibilă în România. Pentru realizarea acestui lucru am realizat un studiu de caz în care am colectat date de la toate universităţile din România. Ca sursă principală pentru colectarea datelor am folosit siteurile oficiale ale universităţilor din România, realizând o bază de date primară cu informaţii despre toate cursurile de studii europene. Concret, am accesat site-ul fiecărei universităţi şi apoi pe cel al fiecărei facultăţi din respectiva universitate. Pe baza unei grile anterior stabilite ce cuprinde numele universităţii, numele facultăţii, al specializării sau al programului de studiu, am colectat toate cursurile ce fac referire la dimensiunea europeană. Am notat de fiecare dată doar titlul cursului, multitudinea de cursuri existente nepermiţându-ne intrarea în fiecare fişă a disciplinei. Am realizat acest demers pentru toate cele trei nivele de studiu: Licenţă, Master şi Doctorat. Este posibil ca în timpul colectării informaţiilor să fi fost omise anumite cursuri, având în vedere că sursele folosite, în general cele on-line, să nu fi permis cunoaşterea şi a altor cursuri existente în programele de studiu ale facultăţilor. Acest lucru ar putea contribui la diminuarea gradului de rigoare al cercetării. Însă, toate aceste omisiuni nu pot sa aibă o dimensiune importantă care să pună în discuţie cantitatea de informaţie culeasă. Asumându-ne aceste rezerve inerente unui studiu, vom căuta să dezvăluim specificul Curriculei de studii europene din instituţiile de învăţământ superior din România. Cursurile inventariate aparţin anului universitar 2008/2009, an în care am început să realizăm cercetarea de faţă, însumând pentru cele trei nivele de studii un număr impresionant de cursuri din categoria studiilor europene, şi anume aproape 2000.

The goal of sustainable design is to find thouse constructive solutions, which are reflected in the construction features, which will ensure on the one hand the welfare and on the other hand the coexistence of the three groups that make up the global ecosystem (inorganic elements, living organisms and people). Achieving sustainable design goal is through education in a conceptual framework that has three levels: principles, strategies and methods. They correspond to the three objectives of architectural education regarding the environment: the creation of care towards the environment, explaining the building ecosystem and learning how buildings can be designed in the concept of sustainable development. Each of this principles includes a unique set of strategies, whose study leads to a better understanding of the interaction with the environment. This creates the premise for analyzing the specific methods that both builders together and architects together with other professionals can apply to reduce the impact of buildings they made with the environment.

În prezent, instituțiile de învățământ oferă o multitudine de posibilități de a obține diverse cunoștințe de natură profesională, fără a se concentra pe probleme serioase de interacțiune (în cazul studenților). În condițiile actualului mediu social în continuă schimbare, fiecare își dorește să găsească un loc potrivit în cadrul societății căreia îi aparține, un loc în care să-și poată demonstra potențialul și unde acesta să fie exploatat, unde se va simți apreciat și în siguranță, unde își va putea continua evoluția psihosocială, plină de satisfacții personale. Astfel, ne-am propus să cercetăm studenții din învățământul superior, din perspectiva relației dintre profilul profesional de personalitate și nivelul de dezvoltare a inteligenței sociale, fapt ce ne-a permis să dezvoltăm un model explicativ al raportului dat.

Modelul Big Five al personalității: abordări teoretice si modelarea empirică a unui chestionar standardizat

The aim of the present study was designing a local standardized questionnaire for evaluating traits of personality, following the Big Five model. The questionnaire was built for applying in organizations and to resist social desirability. The theoretical background used in the construction of the questionnaire were part of the Big Five model for personality evaluation. The methods used in this study were specific to the construction and primary validation of a questionnaire: defining the factors, designing the items, verifying the content validity (expert testing). The constructed questionnaire was completed by 524 subjects from the general population. The results confirm the existence of five personality factors, as defined by the authors: sociability, incertitude, persistance, altruism and openness.
