Business scandals and ethical misconduct caused millions of dollars in losses, left behind damaged organizations, forced them to close their business and left thousands of employees jobless without any future guarantee or security. This incident has left scholars and managers asking what role they might have played to curb these ethical scandals and what role they can play in the solutions. Scholar and managers collectively have responded to the ethical challenges that we face in organizational life. Some scholarship assesses the current state of ethics in management education, helping us to diagnose and tackle the realities of unethical behavior. Religions and philosophical schools of thought have always played a significant role in the development of human values and behavior which has a great impact to business and corporate management. Research also suggests that the encouragement of religious principles in business can lead to benefits in the areas of creativity, honesty and trust, personal fulfillment, and commitment, which will ultimately lead to increased corporate and business performance. It is where Islamic Management come into place where the foundations, principles, and practices will give impact in developing ethical standard to organizations. Islamic Management will bring students and managers back to basic where they cannot put aside the role of religion in safeguarding management practices in organization.

It has always been a core of hundreds of discussion, books, Research Papers and other manuscripts, the code of Organizational code of conduct and its distinct boundaries with respect to Western social values in close comparison with Islamic code of moral practices. In fact the fundamental philosophy behind these two conventional and peculiar schools of thought is very different and distinct in its very nature and intrinsic focus. The fundamental emphasis of this paper is to encircle, envelop and ensemble relevant ideas pertaining to the challenges of Islamic ethics with the Managerial traits in the very right perspective of an Organization, running beneath the banner of comprehensive Islamic Code of Conduct. In order to establish an inclusive understanding of Ethics in the Islamic perspective, it is indispensable to begin with its conceptual and philosophical definition. The most important above all is to look into how we can improve the challenges of implementing the ethics of Islam with managerial traits and the performance of organization.

Managers’ Views on Ethics Education in Business Schools: An Empirical Study
More and more scholars are expressing their apprehensions regarding the current state of management education. The increased number of corporate scandals has fueled their concerns that training students to have sound business ethics upon graduation has failed. Consequently, research is emerging that focuses on the lack of impact that business ethics teaching has had on students in recent years. Remarkably, the voice of managers has barely been heard in this area, even though they are the ones who are among those best suited to evaluate graduates’ capabilities to solve ethical dilemmas. This research npresents the managers’ view on the role of business schools in training students in business ethics, and the managers’ evaluation of business schools’ success in that area. The findings reveal that managers are quite disappointed with the lack of improvement in the ethics of graduating students. Managers nonetheless provide a range of ideas for business schools to work on, and particularly, call for closer collaboration between industry and business schools.

There is a dire need to disseminate the true Islamic teaching in an unbiased, moderate and practical manner that advocates the preaching of Islam and paints the real picture of the said religion with true colors. The significance of this study is more than ever as every passing day is adding more fuel to the fire engulf between Islam and west. The principle ideologies of Islam are universal as the Holy Prophet (pbuh) was the last in the list and series of Messengers sent by GOD. Round the globe the level of uncertainty is on the rise, unrest in many countries and political instability has turned the corporate Managers into money minting machines and companies are trying to squeeze the last drop of blood out of their bodies in order to earn more. A Manager must be a role model and if Ethics is compromised then no organization would be able to survive in the long run and Islamic Managerial Ethics provides the foundation for framing this role model.

In today's globalization process and economic crisis, the realisation of ethical principles is of utmost importance, since ethics may appear as the crucial factor in terms of comparative advantages. Paper will show changes in long-term period by comparing results from researches conducted in 1996, 2007 and 2015. Survey is conducted among students of Faculty of Business and Economics at University at Zagreb, as future active participants in Croatian economy. Research results could indicate changes in business behaviour ethics with respect to possible business situation under consideration among students. We must not neglect ethical principles in specific areas where it would be desirable even to exceed the existing formal standards (like, for instance, in the area of environmental protection), thinking of life conditions for future generations. On long term basis, results could influence treatment of ethical issues through the process of management education.
