Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi dan etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palembang. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey-explanatory yaitu pendekatan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari variabel kompetensi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adapun analisissnya dengan menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 1.Komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palembang. 2.Etos kerja pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palembang. 3.Komunikasi dan etos kerja pegawai secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 56,9% terhadap baik atau buruknya kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palembang.

The design of this research is associative (causal). The object of this study is the performance of the staff of the Parliament Secretariat Southeast Sulawesi Province. The population in this study are all servants of Parliament Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi province, amounting to 148 people. The samples using the formula Slovin. Analysis of data used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research concluded that: Cultural organizations significant positive effect on the motivation of employees, Cultural organizations significant positive influence on employee performance, Effective communication significant positive effect on employee motivation, Effective Communication siginifkan positive effect on employee performance, Motivation significant positive effect on the performance of employees, Motivation mediates the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, The motivation mediates the effect of effective communication to employee performance. This means that the motivation could be a mediating variable in strengthening effective communication influence on employee performance in Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Parliament Secretariat.

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of communication, communication and social performance on the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. The research method used is survey research method. P The population of this study is all employees of the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat totaling 60 people. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi yang belum optimal dalam menghasilkan kinerja pegawai, situasi dan kondisi pegawai yang berada pada zona nyaman, adanya posisi pimpinan yang ganda antara pimpinan DPRD dengan pimpinan Sekretariat DPRD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang berdasarkan golongan yang diambil dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 147 orang PNS pada Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja menunjukkan hasil positif sebesar 0,306, pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja menunjukkan hasil negatif sebesar 0,301, pengaruh kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja menunjukkan hasil positif sebesar 0,629.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Communication on the Work Effectiveness of Apparatus in the Arateng Village Office, Sidenreng Rappang District. This research aims to find out the influence jointly or partially between loyality, commitment and organizational culture to the performance of the Workers at the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau Regional Secretariat Of North Sumatera. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using primary and secondary data. The population is the workers of the company. Sixty five workers become the sample of this research. Data analysis technique used is linear regression which shows that from the three independent variables applied to the regression model (loyality, commitment and organizational culture).
