This research was conducted in order that the principals, teachers that are working in educational institutions andstudents opinion about the assessment of the productivity of using information technologies. It was carried out todetermine how much efficiently the administrators generally use information technologies in the institutions theyare working, which technologies they use, the problems they face while using such technologies and how muchimportance they attach to information technologies as well as understanding and assessing their attitudes oninformation technologies of school management. The views of the administrators, teachers and students wereinvestigated in the research regarding theusage of information technologies. As a result, this research demonstratesthat information technologies are generally a benefited field in educational institutions, yet it seems that there isinsufficiency in its use as well as serious technical troubles while benefiting from this technology. It can be deemedaccepted to be positive if; the administrators, teachers and students have positive thoughts on the usage ofinformation technologies in educational field, the school administrators have positive opinions on informationtechnologies and they give importance to the innovations and follow them for the dissemination of informationtechnologies in spite of all these problems. I wish that this study will contribute to the usage of informationtechnologies in educational institutions more efficiently and could be a guiding work
The introduction of online access to electronic reference materials has changed the forms of information services provided by libraries for their users However, although electronic information sources are collected on a large scale by academic libraries, they are not used in the same scale. The main objective of this study is to find out the factors that affect the adoption and use of online databases. Rogers’ diffusion theory was used to evaluate the effect of perceived innovation attributes of the online databases on the rate of adoption. The survey instrument was distributed to 351 faculty members from the 8th Zone of Islamic Azad University (IAU) in Tehra. This study confirms that the respondents perceived the relative advantage (Correlation Value 0.64), compatibility (Correlation Value 0.65), complexity (Correlation Value -0.57), trialability (Correlation Value 0.31), and observability (Correlation Value 0.53), all are related to adoption and use of online databases. The findings of the present study indicated that 49.28 percent of faculty members were early majority and over 60 percent of the faculty members accepted and used online databases, indicating the acceptance rate is average (3.67).

The development of information and communication technologies has accelerated public service delivery through the application of information technologies in the world. In addition to these improvements, as a consequence of the reform efforts in the 2000s, important changes have occurred in the quality and quantity of the duties of local governments. Owing to the usage of information technologies for public service provision is making important contribution to local governments to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. It is expressed that the usage of information technologies for public service provision is making important contribution to local governments to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. The aim of this study is to analyse the effects of information technologies on service provision of The Special Provincial Administrations of Konya, Kayseri, Kırşehir and Kırıkkale. The study based on a survey of employees and an interview with relevant managers of The Special Provincial Administration of Konya, Kayseri, Kırşehir and Kırıkkale. The results revealed that The Special Provincial Administrations of Konya, Kayseri, Kırşehir and Kırıkkale made a good progress in the usage of information technology during the local services but there are some insufficiencies and it can be seen that these institutions will continue working to achieve a beter stage.
